I really was hoping that you could give companies a No star rating.
I purchased 2 CoolAir personal space coolers and both did not work from day 1.
I have asked for a full refund and sent them videos to prove that they do not work.
This company is not to be trusted.
They have informed me that they have refunded my purchases but after 6 weeks nothing has arrived into my account.
Trading Standards should stop them advertising for goods to be supplied into the UK.

hello yes I to bought a dronex pro??? DEOS NOT LOOK LIKE ONE IN ADVERT and yes it took 5 weeks to arrive(went to America not Australia paid extra for extra blades(2 pairs) only got 2 in total. wish I read this before I paid my money.do not trust this company

Son unos estafadores a los que pagué pero que jamas recibi. Envie varios email pero nunca tuve el dron, solo falsas promesas.
Cest un arnaque... j'ai payés mais je n'ai jamais eu le drone, J'ai ecrit de nombreux mails mais j'ai euseulement de fausses promesses
They are scammers I paid but i never received... I sent several emqils but i never had the drone only false promises.

One star is one too many for this terrible company. I brought the T watch which came with a scratched screen and flat battery. After several emails and an offer to return (at great stage expense) or refund me the money for a new battery; I was then told my 30 day return/support policy had expired. What a shonky bunch of crooks. Avoid these rogues at all cost. Shopping with these thieves is like flushing your hard earn cash down the toilet. Spread the word and warn all your friends.

Not what I ordered... a drone pro...with camera... NO camera. I only wanted it for the photos. Slow in coming. Wish I'd read these remarks BEFORE I ordered! My bad, could be your good luck. Do NOT order from this company; they have three names for this order alone. If you read further you'll see more of the same experiences. I want a refund. I will contact PayPal, who it would seem, know that this company isn't honorable. As many here have already expressed surprise that PayPal hasn't done anything, I will also say the same. I use PayPal to protect my purchases. If they aren't doing as they advertise, then shame on them. I shall pursue this claim with PayPal... we will see what type of response I get...

N.B. The firm is "Hyperstech" not to be confused with Hypertech an American company (and there is a liquidated UK firm named Hypertech who traded in the same business area - something dubious or dodgy there perhaps?)
My experience mirrors all those below. I bought a DroneX Pro 720. What I received was a 420 Drone model. I got it going, eventually, but unable to control with my mobile phone, nor would filming/photo facility work (which is the only reason I bought it). Could not get the App to work either. Instructions emanate from China and the English is atrocious and incomprehensible.
Obtained an address to send it back to NOVADS Estonia (which cost me £10.55, they refuse to pay for returns postage). Posted it back, sought a refund, they refused. Complained to PayPal they couldn't/wouldn't assist, said I needed proof of delivery to NOVADS. 6-months later, the parcel I's posted to Estonia turns up on my door-step with an "insufficient address" label on it! Hyperstech or NOVADS had given me an incorrect address, or refused to sign for it. I'm now too late for a PayPal complain (over 180 days). Hyperstech continuing to refuse to refund me. These companies need to be brought down. Watchdog anyone?

I bought a Drone X Pro from this company which, when it arrived, eventually, turned out to be a very cheap nasty piece of rubbish a really bad FAKE, just about every good point on the advertising video is missing from this piece of junk. The drone works in a very basic way, a way that a drone costing far less money would offer and it only works then if the phone app is used, limiting the use to inside a building. Having clearly stated what I think of the drone I now come to the remote control which is appaling, I spent a number of hours with it in pieces trying to get it to work, it's manufacturing quality is like something out of a Christmas cracker, truly dreadful, care off sticky pads and a large amount of profanity I eventually got it to work though I cannot see it lasting for long. Oh by the way if you expect to get a unit with a micro card slot for picture storage and a camera that can be rotated for horizontal and vertical photographs, and a bag to keep it in, none of these items exist. Basically you will be spending your money on rubbish, don't do it, learn from my missfortune please.

First of all - Trustpilot is referring to hypertech.com [US] whereas all the reviews here are referring to Hyper Sls Ltd shop.hyper-tech.co (e-mail: @hyperstech.com) [CN].
Apart from the fact that trademarks and patents are a fairly unknown concept in China, business practices are also not compatible with western standards. This is reflected in the reviews here.
I expect that the few positive ones have been produced by hyper-tech employees.
I ordered a Drone X Pro with spare propellers and travel case in early October 2018. I paid an amount of EUR 163 via PayPal. Three weeks later I received an e-mail with a tracking number of a package destined to Italy (not my country). I enquired by e-mail and received a message saying "We deeply apologise for the abnormal delay. Your order has already been shipped from our side and it should be delivered in a week as per the tracker." I received a new tracking number which 17Track could not find in the system. One month after placing the order I received a mail from Justine - stating that I should wait 7 more days. Two months after placing the order and threatening to send my lawyers after them, a certain Catherine from the "Customer Support Team" provided me with a new tracking number - this time for a shipment to Belgium (not my country) and advised me to contact the local post office. I went there but, as expected, they could not find the tracking number in their system
So finally, after almost 3 month of fruitless exchange of e-mails I contacted PayPal and filed a claim against Hyper Sls Ltd to get my money back. This process took a little over a week and I had my money back.
From now on, before ordering anything on the internet from a company I do not know I am checking the Reviews on the Web and if there are more than 20 % "Bad" marks I stay away from this outfit.
It does not matter whether the company is doing this because they are crooks or because they do not know how to operate an internet business - it ends up being a waste of time and money.

Ordered a flashlight from them, after paying for it (May 7th) and waiting for over a month and half I contacted them. Their response was the product was returned to them for "unknown reason" and they asked me if i wanted the product shipped again. When I requested for a refund, they agreed. It's July 12, and i am still waiting for that refund to be processed. I really wish I had read the reviews before.

Hyper tech or Happy Shopping or whatever this business decides to call themselves this week are thieves and PayPal needs to shut them down. PayPal is at fault also if they do not. I ignorantly purchased the extended warranty on top of my worthless, non-working, sub-par, falsely advertised, fraudulent item. HyperTech/Happy Shopping sent me a return address that doesn’t match any paperwork that i have received and refuses to acknowledge my prepaid extra warranty. It does not matter what you order from this company, it is all junk designed to rip hard working people off and steal customers from upstanding and honest merchants by falsely advertising their products under fraudulent names and offering “technological deals”. Do Not give HyperTech/Happy Shopping any of your money whatsoever. They have no product for sale, special deal or not, that is not sub-par junk designed to steal your money. If you order anything from this company you will be scammed. I am trying to get help from PayPal now and will update this post as soon as i have an answer.

Bought a drone x took five weeks to get ordered extra blades got 2 .when it did arrive it wasn't what I ordered, so I emailed them and they said that they were out of stock and sent me a substitute instead, I said I want what ordered, they just send it back for a refund at my own expense, I then said you send me what I paid for and I will return this piece of rubbish at your cost not mine you stuffed the order up, no good they refused, looks like I'm stuck with it. All I can say anyone thinking of buying anything from these rip off merchants take heed from myself and other people on this site (DON'T) beware

Recently I posted two reviews on Trustpilot regarding a T Smart Watch, and a X Pro Drone.
I both cases there were problems.
WATCH: One could not read what was on the Face as the Battery was just about to loose its last Legs. Contacted them by mail only to receive a message asking for a Video to prove the Face was BLANK.
Sent a few pictures but not a video. Answer from them was they could not help. Brought to a well known Watchmaker who specilizes in Hi-Tech Watches, He advised that battery was exhausted, and replaced it with a new Battery which lasted about a week.
Conclusion there is an internal fault in the watch which is flattening the battery.
Their support are totally unwilling to do anything unless they get a Video.
THEY DO NOT LISTEN. THEY DO NOT CARE AND THEIR GOAL IS TO GET CUSTOMERS MONEY AND THEN SHIP FAULTY OR UNTESTED PRODUCT,
HYPERTECH HAVE DONE NOTHING OTHER THAN REQUEST VIDEOS OF THE WATCH.
THEY ARE THE WORST SITE I HAVE EVERY DEALT WITH OVER THE YEARS
Drone arrived well packed and protected. A small amount of sub assembly was required. That was not a problem.
Loaded Batteries into hand controller. Switch it on all good. Switched on the Drone power Button. NOTHING. as flat as a Pancake. Removed Battery connected charge cable connected USB end to Charger. [Samsung] Nothing. Changed Charger to Apple type. Same result.
Advised them that it would not accept charge.
Again make a video of removing battery, connecting to charge cable and charger,plugged in to power, and watch for the red light. Nothing. I lft it on my Desk for 2 Hours while I was working. No red Light. Neither Charger or Battery became warm due to charging. Still no red light.
I lost count of names of support people as I do not think I had the same one twice.
Now I have a Smart Watch and a Drone from this supplier that are useless.
PayPal need to look hard at them!!!!!

Hi i bought a Drone x pro off Hypertech it arrived in good working order but i have crashed it and need a spare part, so i emailed Hypertech to ask them can i order spare parts and the only answer i got back was sorry to inform you we don't sell spare parts!
So i have emailed them again asking them where can i buy them from but still have not had a reply.
Poor after sales service if you ask me.

Stay away, !I would not give them any stars ,This Novads or Hypertech as they also call themselves are theiving low lifes, they supplied me with a so called military standard watch it looks,feels like something out a Christmas cracker dont bother buying from this company products are absolute rubbish, they promise to sort things if you can get through on their phone number yet do nothing they do not reply to emails STAY AWAY THEY MUST HAVE SHAFTED 1000'S OF PEOPLE ,STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY my invoice 6d5be44edccb55 got a refund but £10 short due to exchange rate, as refunded in dollars and my bank charged me for overseas transaction.

Leur site web est une addition de mensonge.
Pas de garantie, pas de retour SAV, pas de réponse à tous mes demandes, documentation en anglais et très succinte et surtout incompréhensible...mauvaise traduction.
Drones vendu 3 fois leur prix.
Bref des gens qui "volent"...très bien.

Drones sold 3 times their price.
In short, people who "fly" ... very well.

I received a ECOHEATS which does not work - I have been advised to send back to ESTONIA - WHY?? this will incur another additional cost of approx. £30 when the return address on the parcel states Feltsham in England
I have already paid for 2 adaptors - to prove the item does not work …. I am paying £35 for the joy of receiving and returning a faulty item absolutely ridiculous
Hypertech clearly advertise alleged happy customers - they should also publish negative reviews or at least explain to customers before they buy that faulty unused items are expensive to return
I am very annoyed and can ill afford this charge - I bought the unit to save money !!!!

I bought a dronex on line at the end of October.
7 days later I checked on the progress of the delivery and sent a mail querying why it’s as taking so long. I was told that it could take up to 30 days to deliver. I then waited and at the end of the 30 days queried again and was told that it could take up to 45 days to get delivered.
I have still not refined the dronex after paying for it online..., this is daylight robbery.
They should be offering to refund me.
I sent another mail last week enquiring about the progress and am still waiting for a reply. My tracking number is: 180665
