I am not frustrated, I think you don’t get the point, you college Mr Christian was unprofessional and arrogant and he hung up the phone, nobody so far got back to my with apologies but I guess this is the Humac way to treat his customers.
Anyway as a customer service you should call the store Humac in norreport and get all the information about the case and get back to me with an answer, I already wasted much time trying to speak with the insurance company and your colleagues and nobody could give me a answer about why I have to pay extra 499kr to get fix my watch if I have already pay it? And if I have to pay this extra bill, what was the 499kr that have already payed about?
And why when I bought the watch the employees from the shop told me that with this extra insurance I was totally cover?
If the watch is worth 3000kr Nobody would pay 1000kr for the insurance

I bought the Apple Watch with an extra insurance of 499Kr and when it got broken the insurance company ( securator) sent me an invoice of 499kr extra to get fix the watch.
When I bought the insurance nobody informed me about that, instead they told me that no metter what happens with the watch, they would give me a new one. I didn’t signed any piper about this extra 499kr.
Anyway I called the insurance and they told me that Humac had to info me about that, then I called Humac and an unprofessional employee named Christian didn’t know explain why I should pay this extra bill and he hung up even the phone.
I’ll never again buy a apple product from Humac , and I would I suggest to the company to take care more about the customer service and inform their own customers about all details and not cheat on them.

I took one iPhone 7 and one 6s to Kultorvet branch to replace the batteries. The same day iPhone 7 is ready for pickup so I re-visit the branch. I ask about the 6s and they tell me that when they tried to change the battery, the phone turned off and would not turn on again, and since it happened in their hands, they will replace the phone with a new one without any extra cost. So far so good.
They say that I cannot take back the broken phone, because the procedure says that it has to be destroyed. My next ask was to ensure that all the data is deleted from the phone before they scrap it. They said that it's too late because they have already sent the phone for replacement and I should trust them that the phone does not turn on and my data is destroyed with it. How on earth have you sent my phone for replacement without my permission when my ask was only about battery replacement? And I also have to trust you (?!?!) that my data is destroyed as well. I really believe that you should ask me before you proceed. They gave me the contact number of their partner company who fixes the devices, so I could check with them the status of the phone. Why do you give me their number? I talked with you, not with them. There was nothing that I could so I just left.
Next day I am coming back to get the new device. The girl gives me a device which is not in a box!!! Is this a new device? How do I know that? She said that it's a new device because it has some plastic on it. Are you serious? I can go and put some plastic myself. Can you show it to me in your system please? No, because this is personal data and I cannot see that for you, but you can call this number and check... Good luck! I followed their instructions for one more time and I waited for 30 minutes on the phone until nobody picked it up. The girl could assure on behalf of her boss that if the device is not brand new, they will take care of it. Really?!?! You can assure me? After all this mess why should I trust anything you say?
And like all of this was not enough, there's was one more thing. When I gave the phone for repair, I asked about my SIM card, is it OK if I leave it inside? Yes, no problem she said. Guess what, when the "new" device arrived the SIM card was not there. They had to destroy it. Really? You took and destroyed my SIM card without my permission? Are you going at least to give me a new one or pay for it? No!!! So I called the carrier and I have to pay for a new one which will come in 6 days.
No apologies, no refunds, no nothing. Thank you Humac. I came to replace a battery and I ended up with a lost phone, out of control of my personal data, lost SIM card and a new (???) phone. All of that without my consent. Not to mention that they gave me a wrong receipt, which I noticed when I was outside the store and when I came back to return it, they said "Good that you noticed that", otherwise I would have left even without a warranty of my "new" phone. Nobody came to assist with the case, leaving a girl who's been employed for 3 months to handle everything.

I think I had one of the worst retail experiences in 7 years in Denmark today, and lets be honest DK is NOT renowned for its customer service, in fact its best known for its complete lack of it! I was utterly disgusted with the treatment I received from a particular shady sales rep there. So on Saturday I ran in to pick up 2 iPads and 4 pencils. We have a corporate account and I knew that I would not be able to get a discount on the iPads because 2 days earlier I had purchased 2 from Vesterbrogade and because they were already on tilbud, the wonderful sales rep there said he couldn't give me a discount but on the pencils he gave me 10% discount. So on Saturday I went into the Frederiksborggade store because I live very locally to it and I asked the rep (I have his name if you need it) for 2 iPads and 4 pencils. I said we have a corporate account and that we usually get a corporate rate. This rep said he couldn't find my account details and that he couldn't give me a discount. I needed the iPads as I had reps heading out of the country first thing Monday morning and they needed to take them with them, so I bought them. On Monday when I submitted my receipt at work, I could see what had happened. Firstly the invoice was made out to my company details address everything, that was weird seeing as I didn't give him all of these details in store, which then makes me think, he lied, he COULD find my account in the system. Then I see that he has given me a discount on the iPad (wow 20% discount, amazing, I thought you couldn't do that) but that he has CHARGED ME full price for the supposed 'free' accessories. As I am an ex Apple product manager and distributor manager, I know for a fact that sales reps make next to nothing on hardware and that they make most of their commission on accessories, particularly NON Apple/ after market accessories. I know exactly what this rep did, he gave me some sort of discount on the iPad (an item he makes no commission on) and then he loaded up my invoice with accessories that ate up the discount so he would get paid a commission on the deal. This is dishonest and this is NOT giving away free product. This is being sneaky with invoicing to gain a commission on a sale. Of course I could not submit this invoice to my finance team as there were all these line items with a cost for unauthorised accessories on the invoice, so I did the honest thing and went back to Humac in Frederiksborgade and the rep who served me on Saturday was there. I did not demand a discount and I did not demand to keep the items, I requested to have a new invoice made where the supposed free items were exactly that, listed as free. Instead I was told that they couldn't do anything about it and that was how it was. Both the rep that served me and his colleague were INCREDIBLY rude to me and made it VERY clear that I was being difficult by asking them to reverse the transaction. I pointed out to him that I could have been dishonest and just walked into a different Humac store and returned the items and lied and said I didn't need them (and got one of the iPads for 20% off), so he shouldn't be making me feel guilty for asking for what I asked for in the first place, 2 iPads and 4 pencils! AGAIN I was told he couldn't find my account even though on the computer screen I could see all our account details. I showed him that he lied to me about not being able to give me a discount on the pencils by showing him the invoice I got from Vesterbroggade Humac last week where I received 10% off. He became increasingly rude (even interrupting me when I had to take a quick business call and yelling across the store for me to 'come over here now and put your number in the computer') and finally after much arguing with him he took back his supposed 'free' items and issued a credit note and then reinvoiced everything again at full price without the free items. I then wanted to purchase 8 iPad covers and he basically threw me out of the store. What a horrendous and disgusting way to speak to a business customer! What a horrific experience of what is supposed to be a Premium Apple Reseller. I am utterly appalled and will be sharing my experience with my all my Apple contacts. experience about buying apply watch from humac.
i wanted to gift apple watch to my wife birthday and i have found a good offer in humac but the watch is located in slagelse and i am living in copenhagen. I called customer center talked to Mr. Wane, one of the rude customer agent not even listen the problem and said humac never sell any refurbished item ok fine. Then i went to my nearest humac center in rødovre Centrum and talk to the salesman and he said they product is refurbished and have to get it from slagelse store. I drive all the way from copenhagen and get it but all seperate box and salesman forget to gave me adapter with the package and i end mail to customer center to know about the packaging .Mr wane called me and again behavior very rude with me and said i have to all the way again to get the adaptor from slagelse store though its their mistake. But finally i got it from nearest store after hour conversation and explain to the manager and though he offered me a used adapter and said normally apple watch does not come with adapter and have to use with computer so funny manager.He said he was not happy to give me the adapter.
This is humac. may be they have different rule and product selling but still some times humac needs to measure the situation about customer not getting rude with customer. When they have customer centre to support customer.I personally never going to buy anything from Humac and not recommend anyone from buying and make sure to buy anything from their. The watch is useless becouse the strap is big in my wife hand and have to chage from slagelse store.

I wanted to use Humac (Bruuns gallery Aarhus) to deliver an iMac for repairs. They convinced me to hand it over to the Clemens Torv branch on the grounds that a technician is on site and will look at it straight away.
At Clemens Torv branch 1st assistant made it clear he had no desire to deal with my query, despite store being quiet and over staffed. Bad attitude and borderline rudeness in this store was shocking. A young manageress got involved and had even worse tone and attitude. Contrary to what I was told, there is never a technician on site and I had to strongly insist for my mac to remain in its original box for protection. I went home with that feeling of having made a huge mistake, 24hrs later I picked up my item form the store and decided to take it to professionals instead.

Danny on Gammel Mønt was so helpful today! He quickly found the problem and was able to get my computer running smoothly again so I could get back to work. I would highly recommend stopping by if your Mac isn't functioning properly. Also, compared to some of the larger stores, this one was very clean and organized. Here is a very unusual situation I have experienced in Humac at Frederiksberg Center.
To start with, I was at Humac by Nørreport Station gave me about 15 per cent, and I always bought the latest iPhone and Macbook. They were always friendly and helpful.
This year I returned to the same place, but suddenly they would not help me or give me a single discount, instead they were really rude when they spoke to me.
Therefore, I send a really strong warning that those who read this text should never turn to Humac at Nørreport Station, as they really treat their old regular customers unfairly and manipulatively.
Now I really want to endorse the other department at Frederiksberg Center, where I was served by Jonas Grøndlund and the head of department, Peter Nygaard, who were incredibly extraordinary to me, where they looked into my situation and gave me both a discount and supported me entirely.
I bought the latest Macbook, its headphone and a new iPhone.
The staff spent a lot of time talking to different people to make it as cheap as possible. Most people quickly give up, but they were really good at talking if you want to ask some questions or buy from them.
Basically, they know what it means to be serviceminded whereas at Nørreport Station they are indifferent about people, just want to milk money from them.
I recommend only to visit Frederiksberg Center.
I hope my recommendation will be used.

Be careful when buying newly released products from Apple with Humac. I ordered a new Apple Pencil with them, which according to their website was in stock. I checked their website for the next two days and the item was still in stock. Three working days later the status changed to out of stock. The expected delivery was already from 1 day, so I wrote to their support and learned that the ordered Pencil is not in stock and that they ordered more pencils from Apple. To a question when will the item arrive, I got a reply from Humac Support saying - 'We don't know'. It is a shame because I could have ordered the pencil for the same price directly from Apple's website with a concrete delivery time.

I brought them a MacBook that is important for my job. I needed them to replace the battery (which is one of these glued-in batteries that one can't replace oneself), and also to replace the anti-reflective coating, which was covered by Apple's free replacement program.
In the first place, they refused to replace the coating, on the grounds of a small dent on the BACK of the case--a location that couldn't possibly have any effect on the anti-reflective coating delamination, which is a well-documented issue with this line of MacBooks. I was pretty irritated when they started saying that they wouldn't cover the replacement, and when I expressed my displeasure, they backed down. OK.
So I left the laptop with them, and after several days I got an e-mail saying the work was finished. I went to pick up the laptop, and they told me that they had not replaced the battery and were unwilling to do so because IT WORKED FINE IN THEIR OPINION. I had NEVER asked for their opinion about whether the battery worked fine, because I know exactly what I need out of the battery, and I it has aged too much (>3.5 years) to meet my demands. Whether it works fine in their opinion is of no interest to me whatsoever, especially since they know nothing about how I use the computer or what my requirements might be. They had agreed to do certain work if I would pay them to do it, and all I wanted was for them to do that work. I wouldn't have minded if they had contacted me to confirm that I wanted the work done, or to inform me that they didn't recommend a replacement. That would actually have been nice. But refusing to do the work, without giving me any option, shows total disrespect of my judgment about my own needs for my own work-related equipment. And, really, what's it to them? If I ask them to replace a brand-new, perfectly working battery, and if I'm willing to pay, why should they refuse?
At least they didn't charge me for anything; and, the screen does look better with the new coating. Still, do yourself a favour, and stay away from these people if you possibly can.
