I won a bid for a hotel which was declared bankrupt before I could use the coupon. Hotelkamerveiling refused to refund me which is UNETHICAL. I had to bid on another hotel, only to discover that I can never manage to make a reservation for the nights I WANT and CAN go. I already lost money on another bid for exactly the same reasons. Hotelkamerveiling do not inform potential customers about the LIMITED AVAILABILITY OF SUITABLE DATES, especially during weekends. Another problem is that if you book too far in advance and you cannot go due to unforeseen reasons you cannot change the dates. This is extremely CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY. Customer service is terrible, emails do not get answered within 72 hours or not at all. If you phone them you have to pay 1 euro plus costs, they take long to answer and issues do not get resolved. Hotelkamerveiling should negotiate better deals with the hotels for suitable dates, or refund customers. I now have another coupon for which I cannot manage to make a reservation on suitable dates. I also got a message in my emailbox that mails received from hotelkamerveiling is unsafe because they did not pass the fraud-tests.
