I like the review but the bathroom number was incorrect. I like the checklist for things to look at when looking for a house or selling your own. That was very helpful. Would like to have had a way to understand why the estimate for the was higher than I thought it should be. Overall a good value for the fee and thanks for having the service.

Very easy to use and provided a reasonable assessment of the value of my house. However, it seemed to not account for the condition of the house especially those aspects that are most important to buyers like updates.

The information is not exactly accurate to date. Doesn't allow for changes. For example, this home has 3.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms but the report says 3/2. Not a bad user experience.

It took three tries to get the proper discription of the house, but no actual information was available. I needed the full report by the next morning so it was basically a waste of my time and money. I had high hopes for this site.
