Their product quality is not bad but their delivery and service and customer care are awful. After 1 month delay they delivered Wardrop after they left we found that the glass is broken. I do not know how long again I need to wait. They will not call me I need to call them to go there spend my time and money and etc to tell them to come and fix it. I noticed that they always apologized here and mentioned that they will give feedback to the manager but I do not believe it. If it was like that they might improve the service after this much complain.

I ordered a dining table, 3 chairs and bench from Höffner München-Freiham store. After a long wait of 12 weeks, they delivered the dining table and bench, one chair was damaged and 2 chairs completely missing. We got an appointment after 1 month where the 3 chairs were supposed to be delivered on 02 October. To our suprise, only 2 chairs were delivered. The delivery man said that half part of the third chair is missing and we need to follow up with Customer Care (Kundendienst).
I have tried repeatedly to contact Kundendienst but they don't answer the phone at all. I also contacted the salesperson, Mario Vladinov, who promised to follow up with Kundendienst and his boss, and get back. It's been two days, there is no response from him either. Besides he does not answer the phone either.
After-sales service is very bad, I would stay away from Höffner in future.

I stay in Darmstadt and the nearest Hoeffner store is in Mannheim. Last year I had ordered a complete Kinderzimmer. It was delivered to me in installments (original agreement was delivery of all products at one go). Even then the Hoeffner customer care kept calling me and was continuously postponing the delivery date.
Two weeks ago I had ordered online a carpet. Now 10 days have passed since the "promised delivery week" (it was KalenderWoche-10) and still I don't have my carpet. Moreover customer care phone number is not very helpful in giving you the info why delivery is going to be late.
I will never again order from Hoeffner. Pathetic service.

If you think I’ve made my mind based on one bad experience, just read through:
1. Last year we bought a couch and after waiting for 12 weeks, they delivered a wrong couch, had to wait another 8 weeks to bring the right one! (I thought these things happen, but was I wrong!)
2. We bought online 3 closets, and a desk and requested for assembly for 2 of the closets. When the purchased finished we noticed due to one of the closets taking long to get ready we have to wait 12 weeks, so we canceled that one over the phone and the customer service (if you could call that) told us we can even request for part delivery meaning since one of the closets and the desk would be ready in two weeks, those can be delivered and the second closet will arrive after 8 weeks (we had no reason to doubt that). On another purchase, we bought a TV table as well. When close to the delivery of the TV table AS ALWAYS they sent us an email that they have a problem with their delivery and its very busy and it will be delivered with two weeks delay! And part delivery is also not possible again since they are super busy scamming people with their horrible service! We requested since you are not keeping any of your promises at least add assembly of the desk to the list and we will pay for that. They responded it’s not possible since it may cause other deliveries delay!! Dah!! Like they deliver anything on time!
3. After 12 weeks they brought all the items together (just to make it easy for themselves with no meaning for customer appreciation), they assembled the two closets and JUST TO TOP THAT UP they had forgotten to build two of the doors for the closet. When complaining about this to SO-CALLED customer service! They rudely responded they are allowed to fix the issues in two attempts!! And yes we had to wait another 4 weeks till the doors get ready!!
4. And upon delivery of the last item (a sofa bed we bought), they broke a lamp!! To complete their perfect delivery!
The annoying part is they don’t keep their end of the bargain, never deliver items on the time promised, they have a very rude customer service that not only does not solve any issue but also shockingly rude!
My suggestion is if they don’t have the item you like in stock, just choose another store. And don’t fall for the promises they give you upon purchase, they are not going to keep them!
Big brands usually tend to improve their system and customer satisfaction as they get bigger, this is not an intention for Hoffner!

I Bought A Vitrine Valencia Tivoli in 14 May 2019. Finally Vitrine Arrived one month later on 18 June 2018. On Friday 21 june I take my half day free for Montage work. I open both box but did not find Montage Map. So could not build the Vitrine and could not close the open Materials in the box. So Open Box staying 2 and half weeks in my small appartment floor, and i have 3 small kids. I Called several times but no success. finally after nagging them i got Montagemap via Email.
While montage I seen 2 plates from Vitrine having big Rib, I would love to add photos. very big company but not sufficient quality. I normally do not write review but here i am writing my frustration.

Bought two wardrobes on 31.05.2019.
On the delivery date, 26.06.2019, they told me that they just have one wardrobe available to deliver and the second one will be delivered in the future!! I didn't accept it and they told me that they will bring both of them another time.
I got an email that those will be delivered on 08.07.2019.
Surprise, on 08.07.2019, we got again just one wardrobe!!
Still, the second one is missing!!
They don't have any explanation!!
After sending email to the address that they mentioned in here, we got the same answer!! they don't know what has happened!!

Terrible experience shopping with Hoffner. We ordered a bed more than 2 months ago, it was delivered with one entire box/part missing, therefore is impossible to use. When we contacted customer service they were rude, did not care at all for the inconvenience this has caused, we were told "it takes as long as it takes" and to stop asking. We have been sleeping on the floor since that as old bed was already removed. Nothing offered in compensation for this experience and we are still waiting. Would advise to avoid Hoffner at all costs, plenty of other good options out there which hoffner will not allow me to name here but sure you can find them.

I bought several items at store and at the site. From the store I bought some returned items at low price what was really good. The bad part is the delivery time. The usual timeframe is 7-9 WEEKS! I know that are some companies that not work with great stock and keep the demand flow as low as possible. Since there are some big furniture items wait for more than 6 weeks to take it is a pain. Besides the whole time to wait all the contact was polite and eventually possible to use english in the conversations. All delivery dates were confirmed by a previous phone call. No complaints about the delivery or products. Just received as expected, well packed and without issues. I recommend the store, but advise a good planning to wait your new sofa or wardrobe for the next month, with luck. :)

No information on when the delivery will be done. When I called the customer service, was treated very rudely by the customer service agent. I would expect more from a reputed company like Höffner

I have tried to contact the company over the phone and by email since the furniture was delivered and assembled in my apartment, due to the fact that the one part of it was delivered broken. I purchased a table, with four chairs and a bench, and one of the piece of wood from the bench is chipped off. So far, I got no feedback from the emails I sent and I'm planning a visit next saturday to the store I bought the table from, to issue a formal claim.

It turned out that the staff at the electric equipment's department created a wrong list of items for us. When we took the goods from the warehouse we noticed that error. Had to spent 45 minutes to correct this!
