She aks me to provide the few transactions which I make two years ago nut i can't remembe how I put money into HitBTC account.
I provide which coint I have and when I open account, I have pasword I send the ID and make selfy they recive same reply all time a couple of transaction hashes of deposits that you made to your HitBTC account!
I don't know it and I can't find it, do you understend??????? It is hapen two years ago maybe pay from my old phone I don't remember!!!!

This is one of the worst crypto exchanges I've ever been on in my life. WAY Too Much FORCED Uncalled for Security on the site for everything you do. There is like 5 security task you have to do just to withdraw, deposit or do anything. SUPER Expensive Withdraw Fees... The pointless waiting of 48 hours to withdraw funds on top of that, also the stupid must transfer from main account to trading account, more of a FORCED waste of time. The Options are not flexible, slowing user experience down. I don't recommend this website. go to Coinbase, Changelly, Tradesatoshi; anywhere but here, Because you will be sorry.

Support has always been helpful, and fees are relatively low. They keep delisting coins without warning, though, and the only message you get is "you trade at your own risk". Really bad for my trading strategy.
It hasn't been a coin but four, for me. I know they do that with many coins. And no matter how many times they tell you to go to System monitor, this is just a tool that tells you afterwards. No warning whatsoever.

It so happened that at one point I could not withdraw my funds from the hitbtc.com exchange (this happened more than a month ago). I created a ticket to find out what was the matter.
In response, I received a large letter from the support service so that I need to go through the procedure KYC
Referring to the policy:
I provided all the required documents, it wasn’t easy but I tried, hitbtc.com didn’t really want to accept utility bills to confirm my place of residence.
then I was asked to provide information about the transactions with which I replenished my wallet on hitbts.
provided detailed information about transactions, I replenished my account on hitbtc.com through a third-party exchanger papa-change.com
Now and until now I receive the same message from the support service
"Please be advised that there is still an ongoing investigation concerning this account, thus unfortunately we still cannot allow the operations. We’ll get in touch with you immediately as soon as the situation changes."
I connect every day, but nothing changes.
Then I asked the nearest circle of friends and three had the same problems, they blocked their accounts.
And so far nothing has changed.
In addition to one, we’ll call him Andrei, he had dual citizenship, the Russian Federation and Romanian citizenship, with a Russian passport he could not pass verification
as soon as he provided information that he is a citizen of Romania, he immediately had his account unblocked.

I trade now 2 years on hitbtc, and didn't have real problems. the profit is also good. The withdrawal system is cheap for big amounts, but then also very expensive for small amounts. 1 Thing I don't like is that you delist coins without any notice. Sending an email to inform would improve your service
