If it goes right, OK, but if you have a problem, like a missing package, you have a real problem. At first they answer, but they do not provide any solution. Finally, they simply do not answer. If you want to obtain your shipment of return of your money, prepare to claim and claim, and also prepare to take legal actions. I must say that we have been loyal customers for couple of years and most of the time everything was ok. From time to time some of the coins were changed with others,but at least they were changed with the coins of same value and nothing was missing. Ok,we have received some coins without capsules and that's was it. The last 2 orders were not that perfect,I don't know what the problem was. First we have got different coins,which were half of the price we paid and when we contacted Mr.Andreas we just got his answer that he is in hospital but he is going to take care of the things. That was his last mail and no more answers(or anything else-he did not do anything). Now we made another order(true that a year later) and we reminded him and I was so naive to really think that he will put something beside for that lack of value. Nothing,not even an answer to our message. But at least nothing was missing now,the order was ok,just the package was so strangely packed that half of the coins fell out of tubes and couple of capsules were broken. I think we will not order here again..

Each order I've received missing coins....Andreas has replied after my declaration about law&police treatment of the fact.
He said I will ship with next order - in next order not olt coins and new missing coins....this happened to more and more people.
Customer care-doesn't exist

sadly due to that nature of reviews (that they take time to leave) most people only leave then when things go wrong this im guilty of too
i have placed 11 orders with the above site, for amounts in the area of £13k
10 of those order ware promptly shipped / delivered 3 - 4 working days after the site received my payment,
tho 1 of the orders was lost by either DHL or parcel force on the 22th (july) of last month, (witch i know has nothing to do with heubach-edelmetalle), tho the way my emails to it have been handled are truly poor customer service, and as of the 8th of this month (aug), have been ignored all together,
and altho im sure the outcome with be the order get resend in a few months, a little customer service when im asking to be kept update on whats going on wouldnt be to much to ask for an order worth just under £900
when things good well there good well when you need customer service, sadly there is non,
