Worst customer service ever. Would not take a return when I was told by a store employee that we could try the item and return it. It was a backpack for a oxygen machine.

It took them 5 days and several unanswered emails and calls before they finally returned my call after I left a message threatening to cancel my order on my Resmed Airsense10 Auto before they called me to say they were going to expedite the shipping on that day. So it took me a week to get my machine. Their web site says they send next business day and will send you an email with all the shipping info. This did not happen in my case. Then when I got it it doesn't have an SD card. I call them and they were very rude about saying manufacturer doesn't include it anymore and what's included is listed on their cite. Also, my machine is not communicating with the myair technology which is one of the reasons for purchasing so I wouldn't have to take things to my doctor. The person at "Help" was very unhelpfull. Maybe, because I'm from the south I expect a little friendlier communication even when it's something you can't help me with and also expect calls and emails to be responded to. If you also expect these things when you purchase items you might look elsewhere.

This company shipped me a product that was not what I ordered. It was the same brand and product name, but it was the "portable" version of the CPAP with no humidifier. It was, in fact, so similar that I did not notice the difference right away.
I started using it, and the air flow was so awful that I could not keep it on for more than a few hours at a time. (I had used a different machine successfully in the past, so it's not that I was unaccustomed to using a CPAP mask.) I had to bring it in to my medical provider and they determined that the settings were not what had been specified in the prescription.
When I contacted Help Medical Supplies, they said that because the item had been used, it could not be returned. There was no apology and absolutely no acknowledgment that THEY SENT ME THE WRONG THING. I could understand not accepting, for instance, a used mask... but this is a machine. It could be used by someone who actually wanted a portable CPAP. As it is, I am out $580. Very disappointing and frustrating.
UPDATE: After I was told I could not return the product, I emailed "Colleen," saying, "Thank you for the clarification. I think your company is dishonest and has shameful business practices. The machine you sent me was not only not what I ordered, but it was not calibrated properly. I will be sharing my experience and this opinion via social media." I then got a phone call from a representative of the company who proceeded to ARGUE with me and RAISE HER VOICE, implying that I was stupid for not having compared the picture on the website to what I'd received. Even if that were true, how is that helpful?! "If you'd woulda called us, we woulda corrected it," she said. This woman then said, "COLLEEN TOLD ME YOU WERE GONNA GO ON THE INTERNET AND SLANDER US." Really?! Oh my God. She hadn't even bothered to go online and see if I'd written a review. If she had, she'd have seen that EVERYTHING I SAID WAS TRUE. Dropping this down to one star because of the completely clueless customer service.
(If I'd been in the position of the company, I would have said, "We are so sorry to have shipped the wrong item. Unfortunately the product cannot be returned because it has been used. However, we understand that the error was ours to begin with, and we would like to offer you a $___ credit, or a ___% discount on a replacement product, as an apology.")

I bought a certifies refurbished portable oxygen concentrator with a one year warranty. It arrived with several items missing (external battery, straps, cannulas). Once notified, they did promptly ship the missing items. I used to POC on several occassions, but it didn't increase my oximeter percent. I tried several times, then took the POC to have the oxygen purity measured at a local medical equipment facility which found it to only generate oxygen in the 70-78% range - woefully inadequate. Once contacted, Help Medical claims my warranty is void since I took the machine to an outside vendor. So I'm just screwed.

When my five-year-old CPAP machine broke down I went to the Internet Looking for the best price on a ResMed AirSense 10. Came across the HelpMedical Supply website, I gave them a call and got Rusti their representative. Rusti provided me with all the information that I needed to purchase the machine. I received the machine two days later all set up all I had to do was push the button to get it working. Working with HelpMedical Supple was a pure joy and would highly recommend them for CPAP machines and accessories for their best pricing and service. Ask for Rusti.

Avoid this company if you need an expensive product like a non invasive ventilator as they only accept wire transfer, leaving you with no protection and leverage at all. They only accept unopened product for return which is ridiculous as how would you know if it is functional or not without opening the box?? On top of that, if you are lucky not opening the box, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
I ordered a Trilogy 100 as my mom is in need of the ventilator. She has never used any ventilator but her doctor prescribed this machine.
First, when I asked them whether a mask is required, they said no and only cannula was required. When I received the product, I found I was unable to use it without a mask. Then I ordered the mask from them. I thought that would be all I need and nobody told me a tubing was required until I found out that I was still unable to use it without the tubing. Given the back and forth and their errors, I decided to return the never used / completely new ventilator. When asking about the return, I was told it cannot be returned as the box is open.
The respiratory therapist Alex is very rude, unknowledgeable and unprofessional with no empathy. He kept saying that I did not order the mask from them, which I did! And he kept saying that "most people buy the tubing and mask before the machine" to blame me for their mistakes.

Jeanette was extremely helpful in getting my Travel CPAP ordered and shipped out pronto. It was refreshing to work with someone who did not need to follow the book and treat you like a number. She gave me multiple options to get the necessary paperwork to her and responded promptly when I did to confirm the receipt.
So far the CPAP has worked as expected. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Based on this sole experience, Help medical delvers on their product and service.

I purchased a suction device that they took days to even ship. Then they shipped in ground across the country from NJ to CA. I wanted to cancel the order so they charged me a 20% restocking fee. Almost borders on a scam in my opinion.

My grandfather has been paralyzed from the waist down for 7 years now. Over these 7 years he has used different Bath Shower Chair, but none of them were comfortable for him. Ordered an AC charger based on their web page which shows the charger and the AC power cord, but there was no power cord when it arrived. Wrote a couple times but I am being ignored completely. I would not have ordered if the power cord was not included. They have since added in bold type to the web page that the power cord is not included but they still show the same picture with the cord. It is deceptive advertising. Do not do business with them.
