I am ordering from Hello Molly for many years to Azerbaijan, and never had a problem with shipping (usually it took 5 days to arrive), except my last order, probably because it was to a different country (Greece). I was asked clearance fees by shipping company. I contacted Hello Molly customer service and was amazed how quickly they responded and solved the issue. I would like to specially thank my Hello Molly angel Gwen, for whom no distance existed between Australia and Greece :) Very nice and friendly person, who got in touch with shipping company here and did an outstanding job. The quality of dresses depends from an item, some are really nice, some not so much, but I adore the style.

BEWARE do not buy from this company. I ordered the same dress in 2 sizes as I was not sure of the fit. When I requested return info for one of the dresses I was told that they would only refund $8 (plus I pay for the return) and would give me 15% off next purchase. Do not order from them!

I made a purchase on this site.. Hoping I would get lucky, as the cloths are inexpensive. The item was Way too big. The item was shipped from a NY address. I contacted them the same day I received it. They gave me a hard time about sending it back as I did not have time to wait for another or or something else. Wanted pictures of me in it to prove it was too big. Then stated I had to send it to China if I wanted a Full refund. Then said they would offer a $6.00 refund and a 15% off another item if a kept something I could NOT even wear as it is WAY too big for me. Not very good business.I do not usually make these post but I feel that this is unfair to consumers. I questioned the NY address and they stated it has to go back to the "Main" factory not the NY one. I felt like it was BS and felt like if I had to pay all the fees I would keep it. They also stated I could NOT used Fed ex or DHL. AS DHL is one of the larger ones that goes to China and is cheaper. They also sent me a "Please review your item and experience. Once it posted to their site they removed it! So you read reviews on their site thinking they have all good ones and they do NOT!

MY ABSOLUTE FAVE STORE!! Seriously you know when you're in that mood and you need something new for the weekend and all the other stores have pretty much all exactly the same stuff, its like ugh.. but then I head on over to Hello Molly and the selection blows my mind in the best way possible, it's like I didn't even know this dress existed but I NEED it. Also express delivery in Sydney so I just order on Thursday night from the comfort of my own home, 3 glasses of wine in hand, no annoying salespeople and it's here Friday so I actually have something to look forward to at my dreary 9-5... you know that feeling. Their Customer Service is pretty fab too, you'll actually get a reply the same business day. Too easy, seriously you won't be disappointed, your wallet might be thoooo.

It’s that time of year again… Homecoming. I had heard of the brand Hello Molly before and had only heard good reviews about it: “The dresses are so cute and great quality,” is what I heard the most and so I decided I wanted to give it a look for Homecoming.
While looking on the website, they have such cute clothing. The dresses are stunning and would be perfect for any special occasion coming up. I found the dress I was in love with and ordered it ASAP so that I was able to get it a little bit early before homecoming just in case anything else happened. I was told I would be getting a confirmation email saying my order had been shipped within the next few days.
Eight freaking days passed, and still no email so I had to take matters into my own hands and see what was up. They lost the dress which was frustrating, but the lady I was working with through customer service told me she would have it delivered within four days. I could tell they felt awful and wanted to help.
Another four days passed and I was so excited to receive my dress, but to my luck, I got it and it was broken! The seam was unraveling in the front, and one of the holes in the back was not connected to the dress so that a string could get through. It is very frustrating waiting extra days to have a broken dress!
I emailed customer service, again, and she said they did not have any more of that dress in size small in stock. At this point I was livid. She gave me multiple options on what I could do, so I ended up fixing the dress myself, and then was going to receive partial store credit as well as a discount.
I was so frustrated. I didn’t honestly care to buy anything from them because they weren’t meeting my expectations, but I did have partial store credit and wanted to use it. I logged onto the account to see only 20 dollars store credit. After buying this 75 dollar dress and going through a mess of events to get 20 dollars? That is so rude in my opinion. I at least should have been given half my money back, especially since everything in the store is so expensive.
I found the dress I wanted to buy and used the store credit while also wanting to use the discount code of 10% off. Turns out, that doesn’t work either. I didn’t even care to contact them. All I wanted was the dress and to move on, never buying something from them again.
Dress arrives a couple days ago, tried it on, didn’t fit, and wanted to return it, but there's no receipt/return label in the package because we have to print it out ourselves. I read more about the return policy, and the lady I emailed said I would be receiving more store credit for returning the dress I ordered. All I want is a refund! Awful website with awful return policies.
Overall, I have been very disappointed with Hello Molly. They have very adorable clothing, but are very overpriced, and a huge mess to deal with. If you want to struggle getting your order, this is the place to shop.

I ordered a skirt and dress. paid for the order by credit card, the money was withdrawn from the card. hellomolly send me a letter that the transaction did not pass and the order will not be sent. money on the card did not return! the bank confirmed in writing and over the phone that the transaction was successful. I am waiting for a response from hellomolly and a refund of my money !!!

I called up because I ordered a dress with express shipping and it had been 3 days with the order still saying ‘processing’, keeping in mind express shipping is 2-5 days. Therefore I rung up to see what the go was, straight away she chased it up getting in contact with the warehouse and got the order shipped that afternoon for me. Obviously it is disappointing that it took so long to be shipped because it is required for an event at the end of the week, but she was amazing, great customer service skills and very apologetic about the warehouse let down. It will now get here in time. Will be purchasing again, maybe just not last minute though (my own fault) 😊

Terrible! Ordered a dress that I saw online, and the one that came was completely different material and shade of pink. Super cheap looking, no tag. Took over a month to ship and receive item. When I contacted to return it they told me I would have to pay for shipping and be responsible or they told me to go sell it myself. Ha! So unprofessional. Ended up wasting $40 something and threw out the dress it was so cheap and unwearable
