I bought parts to build my first gaming computer, after 2 months my computer shut down, the graphics card was faulty. I tried contacting them but couldn't get through emails and phone.
Finally got some contact to send the graphics card back for a replacement. It had taken them 3 months to give me a new one and finally decided to sent it back to me costing me more money for post and packaging.
Two weeks down the line i was happily playing bf4 when suddenly the pc turned off, A pc technician had a look inside my computer and guess what it was the same shi tty graphics card they sent to me in the first place.
Avoid this shi tty company.

I made an order on Monday (22-Feb-2016) and 3 days later the itens still not shipped, I emailed them yesterday and still didn't reply to any email. I want to cancel the order but nobody replys to my emails.
Now I find the customers reviews, and came to an conclusion this company is an scam, and last year was gone bankrupt.
Spent 140 euros, and nothing!

i bought 5 items, money was taken from account, was confirmed by email 5, then i get parcel was 3!!! 1 week they did not respond emails, phone was not working..
funny but then i warning them about ''European Consumer Centres'' and
they response, next day they send this 2 items.. MY ADVISE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

On 2 November I ordered a custom-built PC. After a week I received it, so that was ok. But then the new PC didn't boot. What a disappointment! The Kundenservice suggested that I fix it myself, which is crazy, but after I sent them photos proving there was no loose cable they asked me to send it back. And I immediately did.
On 25 November they sent me an email stating that they had received the PC and that the estimated repair date was 24 December. Now I got really annoyed: one month to fix a cable?! I also wrote it to them.
In the first week of 2016 I had not received a confirmation of the repair. So I mailed them every few days to inquire for this. On 8 January I phoned this guy at the Kundenservice. He was annoyed that I was mailing so often, said that they have some capacity issues with the repair, and promised that it would be repaired the next week.
I was kind of surprised to receive an email on 11 January that the PC had been repaired and would be shipped the next day. However, until now (ten days later) I have not seen anything. I sent mails but they just don't answer.
THIS COMPANY IS A BIG FRAUD!!!
What is also frustrating is that I bought this PC as a gift for my father-in law. He has been waiting for almost three months now.
I am now figuring out how to get my money back, and if not, how to spread the word that this company sucks. e.g., the German Justice Department and local Chamber of Commerce should be aware of all the reviews on this page.
See below: Hardwareversand reponds to my review. I would like to inform the readers that the company doesn't bother to respond to my direct mails. So this is just window dressing. It is a shame!

I ordered some parts a few months ago from them (from Ireland) and after a long period of silence, I received all but one part. The company goes bust and I'm told to come back later for a refund. Now I have to go through the German courts to get my money back while hardwareversand are free to start selling again. I asked them why I couldn't get my money back from them and they basically said it's not their problem.
Horrible service. Please do you best to find another store. First and last time I use them.

I can not fault them on their prices because they are the cheapest you are going to find. But there customer service and delivery times are terrible. I ordered a product which cost 700 quid and it took them 6 days after they got payment to ship it. I then ended up return said product and it got back to them took them 2 weeks to send my money back...my most recent order cost 750 and it has be 12 days since they got their payment and it still hasn't been shipped. One or two days understandable but 12 is just ridiculous for a company

Have not recieved my money return:
"9 September: Order Placed
9 September (3 hours later): Write email and cancel the order
10 September: Order confirmed canceled-
12 September: Money taken from credit card. Email sent telling them to send it back Today
17 September: I have not recieved my money back quietly. The shop tells me theyhave not taken any money, even i have sent them evidence. They dont sent my money back and they dont accept my credit card did HAS BEEN charged. The response from the shop is very slow. The stock indication is faulty too
I want to open a banking dispute against them

Very good prices, quick delivery to many countries and support (although hard to get a response) is also very good in resolving problems should you need to return something for whatever reason. Very happy and would deffinitevely recommend!

PC parts were shipped out realy fast!
I will update my review after I will receive pc parts.
I got my pc parts, motherboard I got was used. I opened motherboard box and there were motherboard with i/o panel shield, not inside anti-static bags without any foam padding and so motherboard inside box was like inside washing machine.
all other pc parts were in good condition

it takes 3 days to have answer to any question...
So; in my case the first contact was to have the total amount...
Because I by from France and I have a VAT NUMBER. The total amount isn't automatic, you have to contact them...
They have a French interface on the website, but it don't works properly and you need to go to DE to have forms that work...
So I order the 24/06 and they ship the 12/07...
A product has a defect ! As the contract (General Terms of Trade) they pay the return shipment...
I am always waiting the paid shipment sticker...

I placed an order 1503197596 for different products including 6 pcs Delonghi SER 3017 ECAM Wasserfilter, Article number:HV61DS17DE. When the package arrived they had packed the wrong filters and instead I received DLS C002. I mailed customerservice 10. of January 2014 to ask them what to do. I haven't heard from them yet.
Last week I decided to send back the wrong filters, but I still haven't heard anything from Hardwareversand.de. I still expect to receive 6 SER 3017 filters, because otherwise I have paid 47,63 € for 6 filters not according to my order and the orderconfirmation.
Very bad customer service....

Ordered an Asus VX238H on 19 november. It should be shipped at the 22nd. It didn't, got postponed till the 26th. Didn't shipped then. Now the ship date is unknown. Tried to cancel the order twice, no reaction. Asked about more information, no reaction. Thank god, I've paid with PayPal, so I opened an dispute. I hope this get fixed soon.

I placed a new order on the 26th of March, because my previous order was returned.
However until now, I haven't received a refund at all from my order and also my new order still hasn't been shipped. Today I received an email that they refunded my order and will not ship out my order?! Probably fake stock?
I have no problems with canceling the order, HOWEVER they should have said this on the 26th of March and not on the 2nd of April!

Ordered some stuff 3 days ago, and one item was supposed to get in stock yesterday. But now the status of that item says "delivery date unknown" - thats unprofessional.
When I try to contact them, there is no answer. And they have already charged my credit card. I told them to cancel my order, no answer.
I will update this review when I get my money back.
I have now written an email to them, as told below. No answer yet...
Company keeps sending emails about changing product to an alternative one, and refusing to cancel order and refund money. I hate this company.
Still no email answer regarding my wish to cancel order.
Called them today, they could not speak english. I speak a little German though, and the lady promised to cancel my order. But the order is still active if I log in on their website. They still owe my 330 euro.
Order status is now "Cancelled". But I still havent got my money back.
UPDATE #5 - 5th april 2013
Still no money refund. I write to them every day, no answers at all. Avoid this company.

I will definitely buy from them again.
It took about 3 days to process and ship the order and another 3 days to ship from Germany to Denmark (over the holidays). Everything in perfect condition and works.
The only drawback was that I asked a question regarding my order on the 18th of December and I got a reply 3 working days later (Ticket: #2012121810004159). I was asking about the availability for the K400 since it was currently listed out of stock after I placed the order. But it was okey since they had it in stock when they shipped the items to me.

Most of the articles came at time which was good. They promised to send the rest articles at once they get them.
Week after week and I didin't get any articles - they didn't keep promises they made. I made several (at least 10) reclamations and It was very difficult to get any contact to their staff. It took almost 2 month before they promised to give my money back - they decide that they are not going to sent the missing articles - why so?!? (they didn't answer to that)
Only 10 euro for extra sending cost is there anymore, let see, how long it take to get back (2 month later and now I have the money). So to warn all others if you have something to complain ... prepare to wait for a very long time - they haven't got any hurry to answer.
This was too much for me so I decide to purchase from somewere else in a future.
They have all needed information about the order on their customer history and e-mails. I have no intention to take any contact to them anymore. Too much is too much - they had time enought to correct their mistake. I hope better luck for every other.

First order from them and it was totally disappointing. Honestly i havent had such bad customer service before.
Placed an order from them 1 month ago, wrote in the comments that there should be a C/O in the address since i recently moved and my name hasnt been placed on the bell yet, it was simply overlooked, they shipped the item pretty quickly but package got returned because the postman couldnt find my name.
Thats when the entire nightmare began. Got an email from them saying that the package was returned to them as the address was wrong. So i wrote back saying that they didnt include the C/O and requested that it be reshipped.
Got a second email from them saying that nothing can be done because the item has been reshipped, so i thought ok i shall leave a note on the door for the postman. 1 week later, the package still didnt arrive, didnt hear a single thing from them within the week so i wrote back to them again. The third email i got from them simply said that it would be reshipped. If it hasnt be reshipped why tell me in the first place that it has been reshipped and the address cannot be change!?
So i waited for another 2 days, package still didnt arrive, wrote to them again and they told me once again that it will be reshipped?! So i sent them an email asking when will it be shipped.
Came the next day another email saying that the order has been cancelled and my order would be refunded, despite the fact that i didnt request for the cancellation!!!
Wrote to them again requesting them to ship the package again but hey they totally ignored my request and repeated that the item will be refunded. After going through all the waiting and the frustration, i just wanted my Monitor, told them once again that i didnt want a refund, i wanted my Monitor. Once again it was ignored.
Then finally got an email from them saying that they would renew my order, thought they had finally gotten my message but Alas! 3 Days later still nothing from them!!
Have i mentioned that the customer service personel is changed every single day and it seems that there is no communication between them. 1 month after placing order, i am still left hanging not knowing what the hell is going to happen. Totally pathetic service, frustrating experience. My conclusion, order at your own risk. They dun even deserve that one star.. seriously
