Took a few days to arrive,would have gave 5 stars if arrived in one or 2 days.

Good customer service. An item arrived damaged and was replaced with the minimum of fuss.

Satisfied with my purchase. Not sure why delivery takes a week seeing as they use an post delivery.

I purchased some tools from Handy Hardware and unfortunately, they were out of stock. This then startd a number of issues and wrong information supplied.
That said, when I did leave some negative feedback, the Customer Services Manager called me directly, which I thought was very good practice. I have since changed my rating to 4 stars, based on his call and the genuine concern that Handy hardware had dropped the ball.
I have yet to open the arrival, and can only surmise that everything will be OK.
Had there been no issues like past prurchases, they would easily get 5 stars, but at least I finally have my tools and will continue to use them.

V good service, delivered straight to my door and good quality product.

Delivery can take a while but if in no rush, can get good value and customer service are good to deal with.
