I posted a review about the website: myholidays.com some weeks ago regarding a ticket they never issued but they charged to my credit card. The ticket was charged by the airline Hahnair. They said they were going to refund the money of the ticket but it has been more than 5 weeks that I’m waiting. A friend who bought the same ticket with the same credit card already got refunded while I’m still waiting. I have emailed the company asking what happened but they are ignoring me for the last weeks.
Please help me!
