Dreadful experienceAwful delivery. I had to order my items twice for them to actually arrive and even then they were damaged. I was offered to return it but couldn’t as it was meant to be a present. I purchased the python print combat…I purchased the python print combat boots and when they came there was green discoloration on the buckle so I ended up getting that fixed and I only wore a few times not even enough to scuff the bottom on the boots and they are falling apart, I'm getting big holes in them. I wouldn't mind but they are beautiful and expensive for them to be falling apart straight away. Extremely disappointed. A worthy buy. I'll buy againI ordered a bag and wallet from the guess.eu site on the 26th of January and it was delivered on the 13th of February. I contacted the team through out and they were quite fast and helpful in responding. My stuff is as shown and they took great care handling my package. I'll definitely buy again. Sharing my experience to help othersThis is a review for an express and standard order that I placed one after another. The express order placed on : 12/08/21 on a Friday and was delivered 15/08/21 on monday to London UK . the person who packed my order put a receipt in the box but no returns label! So clumsy ! I don’t have a printer so I’ve had to visit a printing shop and pay for my label it was only £1.20 but that’s not the point. My standard order I also placed on 12/08/21 was not dispatched until 16/08/21 and was delivered today 23/08/21, note: (almost two weeks after the order was placed) this time my order did come with a returns label but no receipt :/ . I need to return some items from both orders and will be taking them to my local collect plus point tomorrow morning. I will write an update when the refunds are processed to help others as I can see a lot of people have had many issues with refunds and receiving their orders. I would say 1. make sure you pay with PayPal so you have the money back guarantee , 2. Choose the standard delivery option if you are able to wait for your order as express (£16) is pricey and still offers tracking once it enters the country 3. Only order items like tops (not bottoms or coats) or accessories that are guaranteed to fit to avoid hassle of returns and long waiting times CUSTOMER SERVICE only replied to 2 out of 5 emails so they are basically useless at assisting with any questions..luckily I received my orders and we will have to wait for the verdict once I dispatch my returns tomorrow. I am quite skeptical about ordering from them again incase I do have any problems in the future..will they even answer me ? At the same time I love their clothing + offers and I’m willing to wait as long as my orders get here in one piece and my returns are processed efficiently. Hopefully these reviews I'm reading are just a small minority but they definitely need to work on their customer service. Long delivery but great productI was petrified when I’ve seen so many negative reviews, but in the end I was very happy with my purchase. I’ve order a backpack which is lovely and it came well packed and with the dust bag. I gave one star less only because the delivery was 2 weeks, but when I contacted the costumer service they’ve replied fairly promptly. Excellent ServiceI have had such a pleasant experience ordering from Guess. I was hesitant to go through with my purchase because of the bad reviews, and even more so it being the week before Christmas, but I am so glad I did, I was pleasantly surprised that it was delivered by dpd within 5 days, and in time for christmas week needless to say I am delighted and will be ordering from Guess again very soon. Finally ArrivedMy order finally arrived today, it was dispatched on the 18th January. I was getting really worried as I had spent alot, but reading everyone's reviews on here gave me a little peace of mind. I waited patiently and it finally arrived. Guys let me tell you it is worth the bloody wait. My trainers and scarfs are absolutely stunning. I am going to place another order later, and just wait a few weeks to receive it lol. I did email them initially and they responded a week later, which was definitely annoying. Be patient guys, you will receive your orders.
