I am a first time customer and I am so happy that I chose Great Big Canvas!
I was very impressed with the quality paper and true color of the prints.
My prints were damaged upon arrival and I had to contact customer service.
A customer service rep named Jeseca contacted me the very next morning and handled everything in a VERY friendly and professional way. Instead of making it a hassle for me, she took care of the problem. Thanks to her, I am not afraid to order more great artwork from them! And they sure do have a lot! Thanks Jeseca!

Good Prices, quality products, but too many advertising emails. Usually receive one, but sometimes two, per day. When click link to unsubscribe it only takes you to an advertising page -- nowhere to complete the unsubscribe request nor are you informed whether or not you have been unsubscribed.

I must say I loved dealing with Great Big Canvas The selection is amazing. We were very impressed with the quality of our pictures. They were a breeze to hang. They came with a hanging system that was so easy to use and secure. The pictures arrived very promptly and in perfect condition. I will certainly use them again when I decide to change my wall art

Nonexistant customer service.I tried to initiate a return the day after receiving and received an email after several days to destroy the art canvas with a pair of scissors and send them a picture of the destroyed items and they will refund my credit card minus shipping paid by me ( $33) . This is unacceptable . I simply wish to send back the items without handling any sharp objects!!

We loved the photos by Tim Fitzharris, so we chose Opuntia cactus and Agave near El Capitan, Chihuahuan Desert, Texas. It is a beautiful and vibrant photo. The whole experience with Great Big Canvas was great! The artwork and quality is great and the instructions for hanging were great. We had never used the method to hang a picture before so we were a little skeptical. But it went up without any problems. We would highly recommend Great Big Canvas.

I am going through a nightmare situation with this company. I have ordered from them several times with no issues, but this is the last time I do any business with them.
I placed an order 4 weeks ago. The order was for two poster prints. It took TWO WEEKS to ship the order (I recently placed an order for a similar order which was shipped the following day). They blamed the delay on the pandemic; I understand delays, but this is a ridiculous amount of time to ship such a simple order.
Then I didn't receive the order by the estimated arrival date. On their site, it states that a package is considered lost 24 hours after the estimated arrival date (it's been five days) and three days of no change from the tracking (still just says "package accepted" from five days ago.
It is impossible contacting customer service. They take forever responding to emails, and the "Live Chat" (which is now turned off) just told me to wait a few more days (after waiting for a representative for 30 minutes).
Very disappointed with how incompetently they have handled this whole transaction. Never again!

Easy to work with. So many choices!

My initial order had a little bit of damage. Not sure if it was from manufacturer or during shipment. They replaced the item free of charge and free shipping.

We have purchased five (5) pieces, all in the last month. Absolutely beautiful, just the right touch for our new residence. The video instruction of how to hang is terrific; also comes with all the hardware needed including a small level. We will be purchasing more.

Excellent all round. The two canvas prints we ordered were true to the colours as they appeared on the website, and they arrived at our house very quickly, even though we live in Canada. The discounts on the prices were amazing, too! We also appreciate the detailed information that’s available on the website.

I have gotten no feedback on order and shipping status. Customer service is just an automated bot. This is my first time ordering but I'm beginning to think that I got ripped off. I'll give it a few more days then contact my bank and the BBB.

Great & quality picture. Just what I have been looking for!

This company does an excellent job framing and packing the artwork. We have ordered from other companies and had to send things back. This was our third piece of framed artwork we have ordered and we will never order from another company. Excellent

I can review again once we receive our order.
But we were very disappointed to see a hefty shipping fee tagged on to our bill, once we selected the discount that was expiring yesterday.
I would have ordered from another site if I had taken more time to select. So, we ordered a piece of wall art, after shopping for some time based on the discounted price that was better than one of your competitors - only to see this additional fee by surprise.

Color of the print was very poor.
