My repair coloring cream was shipped within 24 hours of order. The cream perfectly colored my couch cushions some of which were quite worn. I couldn’t be happier!

The leather stain remover does not work. Bottle came half empty too. Very dissatisfied with the product.

Poor unprofessional service. They have listed the items on line, accept order and payment and than after a few days canceled it, because one of the item a color paint is not available than other item a patch is not going to work with different paint brand. Bulls..t.

This is a review for the leather stain cleaner.
I bought a $15 bottle (plus shipping) of empty promises. Didn't help AT ALL in removing the tire marks from my back seat. I used a microfiber cloth, then a bug and tar remover sponge, the the green scrubber side of a regular dish sponge. It made exactly zero difference. I am extremely disappointed.

I tried the Navy Blue leather recoloring balm on my furniture and it is amazing! I had a few worn spots from where my sweet four legger travels. It was easy to apply and covered amazingly. I am very happy with the product. Time will tell what it looks like as time passes, but so far I rate it a 10!

The leather repair kit is seriously the best investment I have ever made! I recently purchased a beautiful car that had one flaw- the driver's seat, made of white leather, had a baseball sized spot that the color was completely removed from. It looked like the previous owner took acetone to it. The seats are also perforated and the previous color that had been melted off was gunked up in the holes of the leather.
I took a toothpick to remove the gunk build-up, then mixed up the perfect shade of Furniture Clinic's leather colorant, now I literally can't even tell where the spot was! So absolutely thrilled with this purchase

Not your grandma’s furniture polish!
Leather cleaner- smells like citrus and gently removed years of buildup on what I thought was a pretty clean sectional. Ended up having to remove a previous leather protector that left a white waxy residue- no problem for this cleaner!
Recoloring balm- used mostly ”camel” with some medium brown mixed in. (4:1 ratio). Went on like a lotion and soaked in to the damaged leather- made small scuffs and large cracks disappear. The UV damage was reduced quite a lot. The buffing sealed the color in. Beautiful! No smell! Used a few coats in problem areas to get a rich color.
Leather protector- light and creamy. A light fragrance that disappears with drying. Buffs into a nice shine without looking or feeling oily. I hope it will last.
Really glad I tried these products. I also used the instructional videos to get the courage to use the recoloring balm. I am so glad I did!
Our $3500 leather sectional sofa that we got used for $250 now looks like a million bucks!

Didn't work at all. Only thing that turned brown was my Terry cloth. WASTE of money

I picked up a Hancock and Moore living room set that looked like it was home to 29 Chihuahua's. Almost all of the color was scratched off and dull. I gave this a try and it looks almost new again. Very even coloring. I conditioned and sealed later and there is no rub off.

If I could give furniture clinic a zero I would. Before I ordered the product I spoke with two different customer service representatives to ensure I got the product that I needed. After using the product it started rubbing off immediately even though I buffed and buffed I was hoping the rubbing off would quit
and everything would be fine because whenever I finished the furniture actually looked nice and it was starting to rub off less and less after a day. However, it only lasted a few months and then it looked worse than it did before I ever started. I spoke with customer service and they told me that I had used the wrong product and there was nothing they could do because of the time since I had used it. Unfortunately there were circumstances that happened which took priority over contacting the company until recently and whenever I did contact them I was told that I used the wrong product and waited too long and there was nothing they could do.The lady I spoke with said she was the customer service manager I thought she was very rude she would not allow me to speak she kept speaking over me and she was very inconsiderate and basically hateful. Please do not waste your money or time on these products since I had spoken with customer service two times before I even ordered the products I felt confident that I was getting what I needed customer service even had me do the water test while they were on the phone with me. Please do not waste your time or money on these products as they do not work in the company does not stand behind them I'm out over $400 which could have gone toward purchasing new furniture. I did forget to mention that approximately one third of the jars of the recoloring balm were a different color even though they were ordered at the same time and arrived in the same shipment.

I ordered their product to redo my convertible top on my Jaguar. All I can say is that it came out amazing. Just using their cleaning product got the top to a 9.5. The paint went on very easily. I put on 6 coats of paint and am just blown away by the difference.
My advice to anyone using this product is to initially only use 4oz of paint for a start as you do not have to use anywhere near what they supply you with. Remember I applied 6 coats and only used 1/4 of the paint applied.
The only con is that it is a bit expensive, especially since you only use a small portion of the supplied product.
All-in-all I give the product 10 out of 10.

Blown away! This product just made our 12 year sofa and chair look brand new. My kids have been beating and scratching our expensive leather furniture for a few years. I was so excited to try the product, I had the balm open within five minutes of receiving it. I was impressed with how fast the leather soaked up the balm and did not leave a residue. I should have bought the cream too, but I have a honey conditioner that I applied afterward that made the leather feel amazing. Great product and company. Thank you so much.

I ordered the furniture recolor balm. Shipping was quick. The product was so easy to use and the color blended perfectly. Our worn out cushions look fantastic. Did not take much product, and I will have plenty left for future use. I just rubbed it on with an old T-shirt, let it sit a few minutes and then really buffed it good to get the excess off. Was able to sit on it within 30 minutes (none of it came off on us or the pillows)

Not only is the product great (I've been using the black leather balm to re-condition executive chairs) the customer service is spot on and friendly.
There was a shipping snafu, not the fault of Furniture Clinic, and upon contacting the company with my order number Paula made everything right in about a minute and a half.
Use them. You'll like the service and the products. :-)

I just used your recolouring balm on a leather loveseat that was badly faded and scratched. I was so impressed by the results that I even posted some comparison photos on Facebook. It is the only time I ever endorsed a product for my friends. You guys have a great product. My only suggestion is to package it in a shorter container with a wider mouth to make it easier to use with your application sponges. Tomorrow, I'm going to take on the couch!!

Used the fabric paint in light grey with the penetrator. The paint is so thin (like water) and sheer did not provide barely any coverage. Do not waste time and money. I did 2nd coat using chalk paint mixed with water and got great results in less time and less than half price.

The Leather Repair Kit did above my expectations. I was able to completely repair a two-inch diameter hole, as well as major cracking and peeling. I highly recommend this product.

I’d really love to be able to provide a helpful review, but I cannot. I ordered a repair kit in July. It was supposed to be delivered in two weeks. No delivery. I called and was told it would be delivered in two weeks. Nope. Called again, now I was told they are out of stock and they cannot tell me when they will be in stock again. Lovely. Such a deal! Perhaps Christmas? Argh!

Looked great after it was first applied. Problem is, is that it all wiped off after a couple weeks. Now I’m out $100.

This review is based solely on the ordering process. I never received my product, therefore I cannot review said product.
I placed my order on the 5th of September, it is now 3 weeks later and on my account it still says not shipped. Company did not contact me about anything (ei: out of stock or whatever).
Moral of the story: If you need a product shipped to you in a timely matter, do not order from here. I have emailed them for a refund, because I tried calling and no answer. Hopefully, I have not inconvenience them by asking for a refund. :[

Didn't work. What happened the stain spot grew larger with no apparent removal of the stain. I applied the product as instructed on the bottle with sponge results nothing.
I couldn't recommend this product.

I purchased the supplies suggested by a furniture clinic staff member, who I did not find terribly helpful overall. I found myself with way too much flexfil, bonding agent, and ultra clean, but barely enough product to strip the couch of its original protectant, and only about half the amount of dye needed. Had the price of shipping and duties been decent this would not have been the biggest issue - although I had borrowed a compressor to put final coats on - duties alone cost me over $100 to Ontario, Canada. Having to pay these fees again does not make a reorder seem feasible.
So now I have a love seat that I have spent $400 on product for, that only has 2 back cushions, 2 armrests, and one seat cushion completed:( Overall the results of the dye on the completed cushion are good, if the whole loveseat would have been covered I would be happy with the product. My couch is not flat cushioned, so getting the spray to cover the pillows evenly was difficult. This would have been much easier had the couch been more solidly filled square cushions. So far (it has only been a week) the finish seems to be holding up well to abuse from the dogs, so I will give it that as well.
The other issue I had was with the instructions, in particular those surrounding how to take off the old finish from the piece you are refinishing. The written instructions did not seem sufficient. I did watch several company videos, but they showed different products or did not go into sufficient detail about the use of the scouring pad. I spent a lot of time trying to locate the appropriate videos. It would have been great if the company made videos had been referenced at time of purchase and if the videos were more closely aligned with using each of the different products offered.
