I ordered hanwag boots, a down sweater and fjallraven pants + a shirt and other stuff on 15th July.
I then received an email on the following day informing me that the pants' size I ordered wasn't available and that I could get the same size/model in two other colors (one being exactly the color I had ordered but that was obviously a mistake). The shirt I ordered was meant to go with the pants' color I had initially ordered so I asked about two other models on the site. I received an almost incomprehensible email that they couldn't sell one of the pants I chose with the same rebate as the original one (while the one they proposed in an alternate color was listed at full price but never mind). There wasn't any mention of the 2nd choice I asked about, but shortly after my size wasn't available anymore in the product description on their website.
I wouldn't have written a negative review if it was only that - after all maybe they're just not comfortable with English. It doesn't help that their emails are template-based with only a few lines of custom text and that each time the operator is different.
But fast forward 2 weeks, I open the DHL package after coming back from abroad and find only 2 items in it. The main ones - boots and down sweater - aren't there; a quick check on their website and I find them still listed as "in process" in my order's status.
I send an email asking why items weren't sent while they were initially listed with max 3-7 days delivery availability, and I then receive a terse "The rest went into shipping today". No explanations nor even a - "sorry, we forgot to send your items, we just did now".
Taken separately, those issues are fairly common with e-shopping, but in that seller's case they've really piled up - hence the negative review.
Let's hope the last items they've sent will be OK so that I don't have to deal with them anymore.

The Steripen Opti Adventurer (UV water purifier) that I ordered was delivered within a week (Germany to Netherlands). Unfortunately, the item did not work, and so I had to sent it back. I received swift replies to my e-mails, and had no further problem receiving a working item eventually (approx. three weeks later).
I'm happy how all this was handled by Smartino.

Verry bad client service. I was missled with information that they will give me extra discount when they will get order number. When I order and send them the number they said that there was no discussion of any discount. Worst shop ever!

worst online shop ever.They do only reply your emails in german.I ordered a helmet that was available on their site.After two working days I send them why they haven t shipped it yet and responded that it s not available and need 7 working days for them to get it from the supplier.A second email of mine asking about the progress of the order received a reply that the helmet needs 50 weeks to be back in stock.Cancelled the order.Typical german service I suppose

1. Best price on the market for what I have looked for !
2. They answered on E-mail (several times before and after the order date) and on the phone.
3. Quick delivery (I had the confirmation on the phone that the goods are in stock!). I have received the order confirmation and the tracking number shortly after the payment was made !
1. Payment with card ...only with Amazon account, which didn't work very smooth ....the second try was succesfull !
2. Only german language for the site ....

I have ordered 2 articles, a pair of running shoes and a tent.
I was informed that the shoes in the color I order are no longer available, offering as an alternative a different color, which I accepted even tho i did not like it, because of the other article, the tent, which i really needed and did not want to waste time on the refundment.
They didn`t mention anything about the tent.
After more than 10 day I dare to ask whats going on with my order. I get the answer that the item is no longer avaialable but it can be reordered from the manufacturer, delivery time 23 weeks!! They even asked if I wanted to wait that long! Unbelievable! I canceled it, and got a refund few days, later.
The same day I recieved the shoes for which I payed 10 Euro transportation fee.
If I had known the tent wasn`t available I would have canceled the whole order.
This all happened late May. The tent still appears on their website (delivery 3-6 days).
I guess this is a way of doing business for some, shamelessly decieving people, but not in my world.
Shame on you, Smartino GmbH & Co. KG!

Can't understand negative comments. First I ordered a 1person-tent - fast delivery. It was to small for me, so I sent it back - no problem, goit money back fast. Than I ordered 2-person tent - again very fast delivery.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
This is an unreliable and malicious company, with no respect for the customer, and with lack of any responsibility as a seller!
Four months ago, we ordered a Ortovox Backpack Free Rider 24, in Black Anthracite, as advertised on their website. Delivery would be 7 days. It ended up 4 months, with the wrong colours! Furthermore, we cannot find these colours (army green with black) on the website of the manufacturer! So is this a genuine product...??
We contacted Ortovox and a local distributer/shop. They both said the Ortovox Backpack Free Rider 24, in Black Anthracite is not in stock, so as Funktionelles did not have it in stock either, they could not have received it through the manufacturer. Funktionelles also promised we would receive an email message from Ortovox, but of course we never did
As this is not our mistake -we ordered what was advertised- we asked if they would be willing to take the product back (shipping on their expenses), which they refused. Customer had to pay for their mistake.
After sending a dozen of emails, they did not answer anymore.
Do not buy from Funktionelles.

Le délai de livraison est très long (2 mois), et l'entreprise n'est pas fiable dans son suivi. C'est moi qui doit prendre contact par e-mail, auquel l'entreprise met beaucoup de temps à répondre, et par téléphone).
