Worst connection we’ve ever had! We’ve had to unsubscribe to many of our streaming services as Fullrate cuts the connection every time we stream at home.

Of all the 5 companies i tried i was most satisfied with Fullrate, that's why I went back to them now and not planning to change. The network has good coverage and the self service is really easy and self explanatory

I walked out of Meny and met Kasper(AM013). He was very misleading and avoid telling me the small details. He told me the first month was free, but didn't told me I have to pay in advance to get the free month. He didn't told me the abonnement was binding for 6 months.
I was away from home for a while because of work. When I got home and saw the bills from Fullrate. I was very confused.
I called their customers service to complain, and they(Thomas) were understanding and wanted to help me, but they need some more information. I was at work and didn't have them on me, so they asked me to sent them when I got home.
Next day I called their customers service again, and they(Mathias) were very rude and defensive. Their tone was high and agressive. They reply with no hesitation, as if they were ready for my complains.
They crushed me so badly. I have already paid the bills, and only want an explanation for my confusing.
I wouldn't recommend Fullrate.
A sad customer.

I have used Full rate for more than 6 months and it was very bad experience.
Fullrate commits internet speed of 50 MBPS in my area however in actual they wont able to deliver even 15 MBPS. Internet was not working many times, Within 6 months i had send almost 40 to 50 emails for poor connection, After sending email there will be sudden increase in network sped for a while and it will be again go bad, according to me its not ethical. After lot of frustration finally i had switched to another provider and i am getting much better from them.

I got asked to join You one afternoon somewhere in Copenhagen, many years ago. I was a bit sceptic about that way of getting new clients, but Your price was very good and I decided to check it out. Today I feel like it was a very good choice. Great service and so many nice surprises on the way and still the prices for telephone and lots of data are decent. I would say, keep up Your good work. Fullrate assistants called me and dragged me into being their customer, I thought its quite a good deal. Later on I was really dissapointed by the connection, it did not work outside Denmark, the connection was poor most of the times and the bills were bigger every month.
I cancelled membership and now apparently I am paying 100 kr every month for cancelling. No one told me that there is a banning fee!!
Absolute disaster this service.

keep on having dropouts on tv and internet signal. fullrate have just ignore the problem for 2 years and keep up suggesting the same simpel solution witch is just sending me a new router.witch is not the root problem. Fullrate cannot admit their cannot provide the service customers is paying for, they rather keep them in the dark and take the money.

Worst customer service
Called in to their customer-service to ask about an email which I have received from them. In the beginning of the call it says that I'm no. 2 in the queue, but after waiting for more 30 minutes and after listening for a quite annoying message (which is repeated every 10 seconds!!), I just had to give up (Otherwise I'll probably have to take a day-off from work to get the time to wait for someone to answer).
So at the end I didn't get an answer for my question.

Amazing company, I have used mostly their mobile subscription with a very good deal, and they always have been upgrading my subscription without increasing the costs. Not to mention, the costumer service there is probably one of the best of all companies that I have experienced so far.
