I went back to fubotv again this year to see if they have corrected their all their issues with buffering voice is not lining up with what people are saying and then last night I just totally gave up with this entire service. the first thing that happened was I was watching the Buffalo sabres game against the Toronto Maple leafs and again I'm trying to watch the pregame show and it was very difficult to make out because the voices were off from what they were saying by at least two seconds. So I watch the game anyways and then I went to watch the Notre Dame Georgia football game and it's getting right down to the end of the game which was very exciting and all of a sudden with one minute to go in the game a banner comes on and tells me the current show isn't available for live streaming will resume program shortly don't forget you can still enjoy thousands of episodes on demand with CBS all access. Are you kidding me I was screaming at the top of my lungs. This TV service absolutely sucks and they still haven't corrected their problems and I can see from all the reviews on here that there's a lot of other people are that are in the same boat that I've been in and if they dare try to charge my bank account after I've already canceled it because I have an email from them verifying my cancellation I will go directly to an attorney and open up a case against them and make him pay for all my attorney fees. I hope they don't try what I've seen on here that they've been trying to do with other customers because I won't put up with it just like I wouldn't put up with their customer service and then trying to fix my issues which are the same issues that I had last year and they blamed it on my Roku device that I needed a new device so I went out this year and bought a new Roku player brand new Roku ultra and then they write me an email back telling me that I had to reinstall the software or download the software again on my Roku which I did and I'm still having the same problems. All I can say is fubotv sucks and look for another alternative if you need MSG and MSG plus or some of the things that they offer because all they're going to do is give you one big huge headache and yes I've noticed on here that they have a lot of streaming problems with other people and I have had the same issues and I have no idea why because I have Verizon FiOS and I have plenty of speed and megabits to run any streaming service and my computer and probably 10 other devices that might be in my home. don't send me a reply fubotv like you're sending everybody else to say that you're sorry and call customer service because I already canceled your b******* service. Never ever again will I give this streaming service a chance like I did this year like a fool.

Deceptive would be a kind word, fraudulent would be more accurate. Don't EVER use this service.
I signed up to see how it stacks up vs YouTube TV. It said I would get an email one day before the 7-day trial expires to remind me that they will charge a subscription. This email never came, I forgot to cancel and was charged $54. A few days later I canceled and asked for a credit, but they would not budge.
I watched about 60 minutes on the day I signed up and that's it. I was friendly, completely honest and was just highlighting that this email never came to which the rep would send boilerplate cut & paste, talk about policy and generally assume that I have no clue about anything like email. I explained to him how chargebacks work on credit cards and that FuboTV would get one via me contesting the charge, but he didn't care.
So now I've only had the option to dispute the charge (done) and vent my frustration with the company in every public forum (in progress.) Everyone loses, it makes little sense.

This is a scam. They charge you even if you cancel within the trial period. Further more, they claim the customer made a subscription where it never happened.

Only provides an eight day trial period then autocharges your card the maximum amount. Then, when you call immediately to cancel, the company won’t prorate your subscription—they simply say they won’t charge you again and thank you for the $70. I might as well have cable for that price.

Fubo is a ripoff. Service could not be connected during the so called free trial and found out later they continued to charge me for the service and even added a feature to up the charges. Stay away from this service. It is a ripoff.

Did the 7 day free trial and did not want to keep due to the blackout on the nfl game. Ready to cancel and there is literately no way to cancel. Website when logged in does not show a subscription button as shown when googled how to cancel subscription. When calling the support phone number it takes you in circles as well and you do not talk to a representative. I will make this aware to my friends/relatives as soon as possible unless I can cancel before the "7 day free trial" (scam).

Best channel line up and not to bad a price $65 with the 500 hour DVR. I would stick with this service and cancel my Dish except for the DVR. A. Unlike dish you can’t see what you are fast forwarding or 10 second skipping so you just have to guess
B. When you hit the 10 second skip I wish it would just play instead of having to hit play
C. A worst of all and the reason I didn’t keep this is that on dish you can record a ball game and then after 30 min or so start it and have the ability to use fast forward with Fubo you have to wait until the entire event has recorded to use fast forward or skip
If it wasn’t for the DVR limitations I would keep Fubo i it has every channel I want at a great price. YouTube tv is cheaper but lack A&E, GSN, Science Ch and so on

I’m only giving one star because I have to. DO NOT BUY THIS APP. it’s awful. They lie and tell you your membership is canceled and continue taking your money. They try to lie and tell you that it’s Roku’s Job to reimburse and cancel the account. I’ve spent way too much time on the phone dealing with these people and I still have no resolution. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO. They will keep taking money!

I did a 7 day trial, I canceled the next day due to my wireless at home not being fast enough, they charged me the 54 dollars anyway, and now I cannot log on to cancel again as the log in page just reverts back to the login page

Do not utilize this service. I signed up for a trial and then believed I had successfully canceled my subscription. I did not access or use the app/service after I canceled. I noticed a few months later that I had been billed $59.99 each month. When I called to contact customer support I inquired about receiving a refund - the representative said the only thing he could do was process my cancellation request over the phone. No reimbursement.
Complete scam. Poor customer service.
DO NOT UTILIZE THIS SERVICE.

First I was shocked that I was receiving a call from fubotv! Secondly, I was able to talk to somebody in English and her name was Jennifer. I've been in sales before and am aware of the features benefits and advantages of good customer service and what it takes to be sensitive to the needs and the problems of customers and Jennifer represented that kind of professionalism.
When I was in sales, I used to handle Tyson chicken accounts for their plants around the county. I restored those accounts that were lost because of poor customer service so I know what good customer service is.
Jennifer was extremely sincere in her desire to understand what my frustrations were in my last experience with a fubo tv rep via chat. Unlike him, she did not try to avoid the subject of fubotv broadcasting limitations with excuses but in fact explained clearly and succinctly what the present and future situation was and is and will be with fubotv and to my complete satisfaction.
I also shared with her a closed captioning idea 4 games that are broadcast in Spanish so that English speaking only viewers like me can read the captions in English of the words spoken in Spanish by the broadcasters.
Jennifer should be used as a prototype and example of what good customer service is. If I could I would give her a raise just because in my opinion, someone with her communication skills and work ethic deserves a raise which would ensure her staying with fubotv. Losing Jennifer would be a great loss if she ever left.

I checked the channel lineup on the Fubo website. The channels that I wanted were there; so, I assumed that they would also be available to me. I signed up for the free trial, and managed, with help from customer service, to download the app. I immediately went to the guide. The channels that I wanted were not there. I checked the guide twice just to be sure. IMHO, Fubo isn't any better than DirecTV, which is less expensive and which I already have.

I have not had an issue until today...stream would buffer and it kept repeating the same thing over and over again. Tried the troubleshoots and nothing worked. Now I have closed caption on ( I did Nothing), very annoying. Really hard to watch a program, never had this problem with a Spectrum.

Fubu .... the newest screw job to those who have cut the cord. I had FS1 / 2 and FOX for the very affordable price of $24.99 on SLING. DISH subscribers paid more but FOX decided to stick it to SLING DISH and I’m sure others by raising prices. Thank god SLING and other carriers have kept to the promise of “low cost”
FUBU offers their service for $55 per month - can you imagine. That’s not a cord cutting measure for anyone. I used FUBU for the 7 day trial to watch MLB hands they have control of - but that’s it. Each year just wait for that time period where they dominate certain games and do the 7-day trial, then DUMP FUBU!
Everyone thinks sports is hurting because of kneeling and things of that kind ... it’s not! People are butting the cord.
