I needed my daughter's father flowers…
I needed my daughter's father flowers delivered the next morning before 10AM. I was so happy that they arrived at the Funeral Home before 10AM his service started at 11AM. I tell you those flowers were so BEAUTIFUL they looked exactly like the picture on their website. I can't thank From You Flowers enough. I am extremely grateful for their AWESOME customer service 🙌🏾.

DONT DO IT

Very upsetting dealing with this company. I ordered 2 arrangements of flowers to arrive the day before my mother's memorial service. THEY NEVER CAME. I called to get info and was told they would not share the local florist info and that researching the delivery takes 24 hours. That is too late. I will NOT deal with them again

Literally the worst company ever

Literally the worst company ever. Run and never look back. If I could give it zero stars I would. They have absolutely no business doing business with anyone. I ordered flowers to be delivered next day. They were NOT delivered, then after speaking with several different representatives and all they have to say is “my apologies” they didn’t offer a refund or any discounts to the failed delivery and inconvenience. I never received my flowers. Literally awful.

Don't waste your Money

I purchased an arrangement for my fiance' because she was having a bad week. I ordered the medium size arrangement but it was nothing like the photos. There were only 8 flowers, some bloomed and some looked withered. I contacted them to ask them to return the flowers and they gave me $13 and I paid $68. This experience was highly dissappointing and I will not be wasting my money with this company or any of its partners.

Update:

They called and were very apologetic and are sending an upgraded arrangement on tomorrow.

ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL

We placed an order for tulips in vase and a balloon as a birthday surprise for a friend in Katy, Houston.
The delivery was on time, but she received Alstroemerias in stead of tulips.
So started a series of back and forth emails with We Care customer service. I was adamant to either have the correct order redelivered, or receive a 100% refund. Eventually, after first being offered a 30% refund and an apology from their local florist, they redelivered yesterday. I even received a phone call from We Are Flowers yesterday to confirm the redelivery.
Mistakes happen, and fortunately this one was resolved satisfactorily.
Looking back I realized that I should have read the reviews - a mistake I often make.

They delivered someone else's flowers and private note.

They delivered someone else's flowers with private note to the wrong person. When the mix up was pointed out to the company, they said on the phone they're sending new ones the next day. The next day the flowers didn't arrive. The custom service person on the phone said they were coming 'soon' but couldn't say when.

An update: They delivered 2 flower bouquets 2 days and a week later (we only requested one but there may have been some miscommunication with the delivery company). We ended up keeping both as the drivers dropped them off when we're not at home.

Wrong Flowers delivered

I ordered an arrangement for my cousins birthday in another state. The flowers that were delivered were TOTALLY different than the one I ordered. I called customer service they were only able to compensate me 30% of my order and I had to fight for that. The workers were very patient, but I feel more could be done to rectify it. So disappointed! Really hesitant to order again.

Flowers for family

I sent the flowers to my cousin who was recovering from surgery. She really liked the flowers and balloon. My only issue is the color scheme does not really match what I ordered and the delivery person just left them on the porch. She only knew something was outside, because I received an email and asked her to check. The main thing is that she likes them.
