I ordered shoes august 14, they created a shipping label on the 19th, they have already charged my credit card, wont give me a refund, because they are in transit, but wont ship for another 10 days or so, I wont ever buy from footlocker again, now if they would emailed with this information, that would be acceptable, but to have to wait on the phone for 41 minutes the first time, and another 19 minutes the second time, unexceptable. Online orderser BEWARE!

Due to the pandemic online shopping was my only choice when it came to purchasing shoes. This is something that I would normally never do without trying on the shoes first. The order was put in and the wait was on. Upon arriving the shoes were as depicted online as far as brand, color and size. When I tried the shoes on the left shoe fit, the right shoe was a little tighter than the left. I loosened the laces and that seemed to fix the problem that I believed was from the shoes being new and not broken in. I put the shoes on and went shopping with my girlfriend then returned home. The top of my right foot was in pain from the shoe, and there was pressure on my toes as well. The next day I wore the shoes indoors only to try to break them in even more. Same pain and pressure from the right shoe. I immediately returned the shoes. I never received an email so I called to see if the shoes had reached foot locker. I was told that they had and that the warehouse was processing the return and that I would receive an email. This was about a week after I returned the shoes. Two weeks later I still hadn't received an email. I placed a call to a number in New York for foot locker corporate office and left a message and my number. I received a call today explaining that The shoes were too damaged to return. I literally wore them once outside to a grocery store and once inside my house. I had knee reconstruction surgery on my left knee so I do not play sports nor do I do any running of any sort. I am 6'4" tall and I weigh 230 lbs so I am not obese and did not put any abnormal stress on this pair of shoes. Why foot locker would not return these obviously defected shoes is beyond me.Their actions shows their greed, ingratitude of patronage and thoughtlessness of the pain and loss of funds spent on their defective product. This is what you can call a learning lesson for myself. I love to wear nice gym shoes and spend good money at various athletic shoe stores. I have spent thousands at foot locker alone throughout the United States as I have moved frequently being a military veteran. Lesson learned, I will not spend another dollar with foot locker nor any company affiliated with foot locker again and based on their reviews on this site they need to get their affairs in order and serve the people that keep their company afloat with more respect. You just lost a customer.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars to write this. Placed an order over a week ago payed $22.98 for 2nd day shipping still waiting for my sneakers to get here is been over 7 buissnes days and nothing no ansewer no email return. i got lucky after waiting on the phone for over an hour to confirm i descrepancy on my emails shipping method they said they saw my 2nd day shipping charges. next day i received an email my item Supposedly shipped. I checked next day and Still nothing my order on there website magically disappeared NO recent history UPS tracking now doesnt work. Welp i called my bank and desputed the charges for item not received they where quick to take my money and no Item delivered. I will NEVER buy from them again.Lesson learn and i got plenty of proof Footlocker if u try to say my item was delivered i took 2 days off work the day of supposedly arrival and the day after and nothing a gift for my son turned to i nightmare. By the way it was them new lebrons graffiti that for some odd reason no retalers have or Never received i made plenty of phone calls.

Ordered a pair of air max 270 reacts. Have been wanting a pair for a while and finally managed to get some in my size, they came and one was fine whilst the other had been worn as it showed jean marks and a cigarette type looking burn in the bubble. I am absolutely disgusting and wondering weather the person who packaged them needs glasses and the shoe is so terribly damaged that you could not miss it. Would advise no one to order from them.

I placed an order for the total amount of $209.98. Upon wearing both pairs downstairs to my vehicle, I realized that neither pair was going to work for me, as they are both too narrow. The shoes were comfortable upon trying them on, but were no longer comfortable as I traveled down multiple flights of stairs, and through my apartment lobby and parking lot. As such, I initiated returns for both pairs on 5/28/2020. Of note, I received one pair on 5/19/2020 and the other on 5/21/2020. So not a significant amount of time had passed since receiving both pairs. On 6/17/2020 both pairs were returned to me stating that the items do not meet their return policy due to being "used and not restockable."
During this time of COVID Foot Locker is taking advantage. I'm certain that had the order totaled $30-$50 there would be no issue with returning, but because they are presumably not making any money, customers are forced to pay for that. Given that the pandemic began late 2019, one would expect that if Foot Locker did not plan to uphold a fair refund policy, and planned to reject all requests, the website would indicate that. But of course, why do that knowing that would inevitably impact sales.
I called the corporate office and finally received a call back. I was informed that pictures were taken and no refund would be granted. I cannot say enough how extremely uncomfortable the shoes are. I was not even able to drive in them; I had to return to my home to change my shoes. The shoes WERE NOT worn for any significant amount of time. I now have to eat a $210 bill for shoes I can't do anything with. Moreover, my contact number was placed on the order, so before rejecting the return, a good business practice would have been to contact me, not to send the shoes back unexpectedly. This entire transaction has shady bad business written all over it.

Would Give A BIG FAT 0. Worst company I have ever purchased a pair of trainers from, bought a pair of Nike TN which was faulty. The air bubble had a big cut through the middle. Sent a picture via email immediately, had no response, sent it back for a refund and has been in there warehouse for over 2 weeks no money back, tried calling there CS number only to be on hold for an hour then the line cuts off, tried calling back same thing happens again, tried calling back another day same again you get cut off after being on hold an hour. Sent another email no response. This company needs to be investigated by trading standard

First time purchasing here and honestly it was such a letdown. As now is a tough period, I would understand that my items would be delivered slower but wow it’s been 21 days already, my tracking order still NA. Emailed them twice to no avail. Contact their help hotline no answer. If can’t even manage the current orders why still accept more orders. Now I’m just hoping for further updates on my item / refund of my money if is possible.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Foot Locker for a very special day and received a confirmation email shortly after. I received another email 36 hours later which said that one pair of shoes was out of stock, which was not mentioned on the website and I had already received a confirmation for. I also received an email that they were trying to "track down" the other pair, so I had no idea if I'd actually be able to get the shoes or not. The shoes were supposed to go together, so I tried to contact customer service to solve the problem. I sent multiple emails to customer service, and received only the automated response, but did not hear back from anyone. I called days later, and after waiting for an excessively long time, the woman was very rude and said she did not know anything, I could not cancel my order, and she could not give me any information on when the shoes might be delivered. If the shoes I wanted were not available, IT SHOULD BE CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE! Also, a confirmation should not be sent if the customer is, indeed, not able to get what they ordered. This inconvenience cost me a very special day. Foot Locker is inconsistent and unprofessional, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered about a week ago, Got told That my Shoes would be delivered within 3 days, Then changed to 6 days and now I received a Email saying they will be delivered this friday but yet when i click onto “track my delivery” it says yet another 6 days. Horrendous Company.i have no idea why My shoes are shipping from Rome???? and why it takes nearly 2 weeks to get From Rome to The UK.

Where do I even start?!?! I made an order over two weeks ago for my partners birthday present, I instantly received an email to confirm payment (obviously the payment part they got right) - 3 days later I didn’t receive a dispatched email so went on their website and stated they dispatch usually the next working day so I phoned their customer service number, was on hold for over an hour. I then noticed that half my address had been cut off so once I finally got through to them I asked why the address had been cut off, they apologised and said their warehouse needs to confirm the change? Another week later, I phoned again, was on hold for over an hour TO THEN BE CUT OFF, phoned back and they confirmed nothing had been updated yet, they would mark it as urgent and this will be changed and dispatched within 24 hours. Four days later no email so I phoned again and they confirmed the warehouse STILL hadn’t even approved my address amendment so again apparently they chased it and was told to wait another 2 working days, shock it’s been another 5 days and still haven’t heard a single thing. I’ve tried to get through this morning but haven’t even been able to speak to anyone as I keep getting cut off as nobody is available. DO NOT want a refund yet as the reviews are saying people aren’t even receiving them either. WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN

Please do not order from Footlocker!!! I am still waiting on my refund, it’s been 10 days. Footlocker canceled my order due to lack of inventory. I been trying to get in touch with a rep for the last couple of days. I have called, tried to chat online and emailed and no response. I will never do business with them again!

If you’ve got any sense please do not order from Foot locker, I advise you to use a different retailer. I was supposed to have a parcel delivered on the 29th April, I got a text that day saying my parcel had been delivered and signed but I had never received it. So I checked with my neighbours and they said they didn’t have it, I then contacted the courier and was told by them I had to contact the retailer. So Foot locker had confirmed the wrong address was on the delivery, which was a fault on their end, as I had used the postcode search the find my door number and address like I always do. I understand these things happen but when a business is not communicating effectively and reassuring me the issue will be sorted I begin to get frustrated with the incompetence. So they said it would take 5-10 days to investigate where the parcel is, 5-10 days have passed and still no response, I’ve been consistently calling and emailing them and nobody has gotten back to me, they continue to use Covid-19 as an excuse for bad customer service. Please don’t order from them, Just found out they’ve done this to someone in my household before. I’ve learned my lesson, never ordering from them again, worst service I’ve received.

I was really skeptical from purchasing from this company but I was really on the urge on purchasing sneakers for my mother Mother's Day and thought the shipping experience would be much better than how YCMC works so I went ahead and purchased yesterday but I wish I listened to instincts and had read these reviews WAAY BEFORE!!!
FIRST ISSUE: Site claims that when you're newly registered you get free shipping on your first order which shows the 5-6 business option but I wanted my shoes to come at least before Mother's Day so I chose the 3-4 business days option and didn't mind to pay the $13.98
Today this morning I get this lousy e-mail of my order confirmation showing the shipping method is "5-6 BUISNESS DAYS" and still having the nerve to take my charge of $13.98 and this is SO WRONG! No, COVID isn't the cause of y'all choosing whatever you guys wanna do with the shipping method! If I request the numerical business days I want, THAT SHOULD BE SHOWN ON MY ORDER CONFIRMATION RECEIPT, NOT GO AND SWITCH UNAUTHORIZED AND STILL TAKE ME MY MONEY LIKE THAT! IF I HAD SCREENSHOTS EVEN BEFORE MY PURCHASE, I WOULD SHOW PROOF ON HERE AND EITHER THE PROGRAMMER OF FOOTLOCKER MADE A TERRIBLE ERROR OR I'M BEING ROBBED!
Afterwards, early in 7am-9am I'm calling this company and as these reviewers have mentioned, non-existent service and was waiting for more than 30 minutes and even waiting even more than that calling again now at 7pm although they claim they're available 24 hours! They claim live chat on the site but you don't see that on their page so that's a no option either. I e-mailed customer service this morning as a last option and only received that a specialist will contact me that but I highly doubt that!
I'm more than likely going to get a grab at FootLocker corp or something and if I don't get my money back, I will sue! Again, thankfully with these plethora of bad but truthful reviews, I will never purchase from this company again. Although YCMC has some cons, they will NEVER go out of there way to switch anything I submitted during transaction!

Worst online experience. Ordered. Had my order processed and paid for. 5 day later I get an email that only 1 of 3 items in the outfit I ordered were avalible. I immediately called and was told basically too bad orders already kn the ups truck. Order was sent without confirmation. Now I'm stuck with track pants to an outfit that is no longer avalible. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! I bought my air force 1s A WEEK AGO and they told me that it would come within 3-5 business days. Then I dont even get a confirmation email or any email about where it is and whats happening with them, Then proceed to email them 5 days ago and still NO RESPONSE and finally when i check my status online it says its NON-EXISTANT thats not even the worst part I call and FINALLY after 1 hour and 30 minutes get a representative on the phone he asks for my information then proceeds to hang up and im still waiting for the call after another 1 hour and 30 minutes ITS BEEN 3 HOURS AND IVE BEEN ON HOLD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER DONT BUY HERE DONT EVEN CHECK THE WEBSITE DONT BOTHER I HOPE YOU ALL GO BANKRUPT SOON (oh and the employees at the stores are rude too they dont even care about you just to get paid and talk with their friends)
