we purchased tickets for our honeymoon and realized a mistake on the ticket and called to have them correct it, I was told that they could not, I would have to go to the airline to do that. I called the airline and they told me to call the booking agency...so round and round I went! The ONE person answering the phones at flightsbird was the WORST customer service I have ever had. She kept telling me that EVERYONE at the company was in a meeting and that no one could help me, I had to wait an HOUR! seriously! I have never heard that in any customer service before. It turned into 2 hours and every time I called back she gave me the same lame excuse that everyone was in a meeting. I could not believe it, the change they needed to make was simple and would have taken no time to do but instead of actually working for the customer she blew me off and told me it was my fault. I ended up cancelling my tickets and having to rebook. I will NEVER use this or any site like this, whatever you do, do not use flightsbird!!!

I booked a flight from US to Bolivia through them as they were the only one offering the itinerary that I was looking for, involving two different airlines, on a single booking number.
Problem started when one of the airlines changed their schedule and now I had only a 5 minute connection time between two flights...
So I called flightsbird to have them fix it, and I was told to call the airlines directly, which I ended up doing but it was a nightmare as each airline was telling me call the other one!
What's flightsbird added value if not taking care of such situations?
By the way, I learned about this schedule change only because I checked my itinerary, I did not receive any notification from flightsbird...
My recommendation: just stay away from them, you'll do yourself a favor!

I would never recommend that anyone do business with Flighstbird. I booked an international roundtrip flight 9 months ago through them. Two of my connecting flights were canceled by the airline and Flightsbird failed to notify me of this cancellation, leaving me without a flight home that I would not have even known about had I not decided to check my reservation 2 weeks before the trip. Everyone I spoke with on the phone at Flightsbird told me a different story, made up a different excuse, and had no resolution but to blame the airline for something that was Flightsbird's fault. Save yourself the trouble, the prices are not worth it. These people are unprofessional and are running a business that is borderline fraudulent. I have contacted Momondo as I love using that site to book trips but they should not be affiliated with scam agencies like Flightsbird.

I booked my flights through flightsbird for a funeral I have to be at in a few days. Obviously, these were lat minute tickets. About 15 minutes after receiving my confirmation emails for my flights they called me and tried to charge me an additional $110 above what I purchased online. Is this even legal? Seems to me this sight and their service is a complete scam. The rep, who barely spoke English, tried to tell me the flight was already full and that is why they had to charge me more. Funny, I found the same flight on SEVERAL other travel sites at the original price I paid and managed to book it elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I have currently been waiting almost 4months to correct something they made a mistake on. They changed my ticket, charged me more money, changed my ticket again to something entirely different, wont answer or corporate in any way...apparently a MANAGER DOESNT EXIT IN 4 MONTHS IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIX THIS

I'm writing this review after I returned from my flight using Flightsbird. Great service! Tickets were super expensive in high season so I scrambled and found this site. I chatted with Brock and he gave me a discounted rate lower than anywhere else! I was able to board and come back no issue. I'm extremely satisfied. The only thing is their live prices do not work, so it's better if you chat with them directly via the chat on the website or by phone to get the best and accurate price. Highly recommended!

Bad experience! I tried to book online a flight on Fri, Apr 12. It appeared to go through. But my credit card was not charged, so I called and spoke to Cornelius. He assured me all was ok, and that it would take some time. Sat we received an e-mail asking for credit card details again. This seemed slightly odd, but I sent them. We waited. Mon morning (Apr 15) I rang and spoke with someone. He assured me all was fine and I'd have my e-tickets in 3 or 4 hrs. Nothing. Called later in the afternoon only to be told that the price had increased by a total of $400. I was angry. They tried to blame some other company. Very poor. I would not waste my time with this group. There are many other more reliable companies.

The company requested that I send them a photograph of my drivers licence or passport which is illegal - I am suspicious of identity fraud - they also asked me to send a photo of my credit card. I have travelled extensively with my spouse for 13 years and never been asked for this type of information in order to book a flight. I also found out from the airline that this company cancelled my flight when I refused to send photos of my government ID. Traveller’s beware. Never send photos to anyone of your government ID.

Very hard to understand over the phone and not sure why transactions are not available online. Providing personal information and credit card over the phone does not create a good experience. Waited over the promised 48 hours and had to call them back for status. At the end, I did not get flights as agreed and was offered a higher cost alternative. Not happy with results but the reviews led us to believe that this company was credible. Sorry but this did not work us.

Worst Customer service ive ever had to deal with.
Airline refunded my ticket and it had got sent to flighysbird since I booked through them and its been 2 weeks and they still havent even processed my refund. Every representative is rude and not helpful. They havent sent a confirmation email or even called me back like they said they would.
This is the worst company I have ever tried to do business with. Booked the flight told it will be 48 hours before I get an e-ticket. After 48 hours called, was told United was having computer issues. So I talked to Roy, he booked the ticket on American Airlines, again will get an e-ticket in 48 hours. Didn't get the ticket looked on AA lines site and said ticket was cancelled. Get a call from Roy saying he was able to get the United, again not ticket. My CC was charged on a Friday by the following Friday no ticket. Asked to speak to a supervisor many times and told no one was there. Needless to say cancelled the trip and fighting with them for days, my CC was credited on a Tuesday, while I called them everyday for the ticket, all they said "give me 48 hours". Every time I called and asked for Roy he was never there or on a break. Talked to several people and never got anywhere. Would never use them or refer anyone to them!!! Stay clear of this company.

Following a total debacle in which we were left trying to find a ticket less than 24 hours before the flight due to FlightsBird’s error, I filed a complaint with Momondo, the aggregator that connected me with this company. This prompted a call from FlightsBird customer service. They were apologetic and offered to send a check to cover the difference in cost between my original flight and the replacement flight. They asked that I amend my review (major ethical breach - trying to directly pay off a bad review). On top of that, the check never came. Given the trust that one expects when booking a flight and everything else that is affected when these types of events occur, I would recommend that one avoids conducting business with this company. I will never spend a dollar with them.

My itinerary has been changed twice due to the airline, and neither change was acceptable for my travel plans. The first time was just before Christmas amidst extreme weather across the country. The second time was due to grounding of Boeing jets, so customer service at Flightsbird was crazy busy, I'm sure. Both times I was super upset and Flightsbird worked with me on a solution. This last time (1 week before departure and during local school Spring Break--so few flights), I worked with Antonio and he was terrific: calm, helpful, professional. I doubt I would fly American again but I highly recommend the customer service at Flightsbird--thanks, Antonio and everyone.

THEY WON"T GIVE YOU A GOOD DEAL!!!!!! After booking a $400 trip with them, I checked the reservation directly on the airline (AA) when I was doing my check-in and saw the price for the trip... $250... I sent them an email requesting a break down of the fees charged, no response so far and I doubt I'll get any.

Following up on my previous review. Still no reimbursement. Was told by someone calling himself “Roy” that with 48 hours it would be resolved. It’s been over that, called today. Spoke to some other person who claimed “Roy” not available, works night shift. This new person will look into it. Another ongoing excuse is that it is end of fiscal year and that is why the delay. Keep pushing off telling me to call back. Nobody seems to know who anyone else is, or what’s already been said. FRAUD ALERT!
