This website has pretty much the worst customer service I've experienced. I booked a flight ticket to China a couple months ago and was denied bording at one Chinese airport because the passport number reported by this website was wrong. The problem is, FlightHub never asked this information during the booking process. You would imagine this would be reported to airlines as blank or "N/A". But instead they inserted a randomly generated number which blocked me from borading. I had no choice but can only purchased another ticket to board the exact same plane. After returning to Canada, I called their support line and none of the agents provided any useful help but kept asking me to send my complaints to an email address which I have never received any reply from, despite following up with it for several times. From now on, I will never buy any tickets from this website. You may get a relatively cheaper ticket but don't expect any problem solving from their support centre!

A bit more communication when we booked on when and how we would deal with bags would have been convenient. I know that the Flare website is not your concern, but even when we booked in and paid for checked luggage there was no indication that we had paid for bags. I had to phone to get a document showing I had done so. Your partner thus let you down.

I booked a flight for my nephew A one way ticket with Jetblue. When he opened the email I sent him for his ticket he found his middle name was put in as "John". I never put in a middle name when booking it. I know his middle name is Michael but not know how his ID was printed, I just used first and last name. I tried to get them to delete the middle name so he didn't have any issues at airport security at PVD and they said it was more than 24 hrs so it would be $75. The girl before him said $50. They were going to call Jetblue to see if they would allow the change and I told them I already called them and they tried to remove it, but Flight Hub owned the rights to change. What a friggin run around with flight hub. Finally said forget it - and I will never ever use them again!!!! Hire some English speaking people so those of us who are American can understand the ones on the phone. You explain and they sit silent until you ask "do you understand" then they proceed with the I'm sorry's but.... the total flight was supposed to be $107 taxes included - when all was said and done they charged my card $128... false advertising at its finest!!

Flight Hub might be great as long as you never have to cancel or change your flight. I purchased the recommended $40 CSA insurance, only to still be charged the $75 cancellation fee when I had to cancel within 24 hours of booking because I didn't purchase their $19.99 "insurance" policy (which I believe is only good for the 24 hours within booking).
Rebooked the same flights, but had to switch destinations due to a deployment date change a few days later. I was able to cancel with FlightHub over the phone, but it was non-transferable and non-refundable and charged the $75 cancellation fee again, along with some miscellaneous $15 fees due to "seating preferences". Meanwhile I had already been charged by the airlines directly. You have to cancel through FlightHub in order for the airlines to help in any capacity. You're better off booking through them directly because United was helpful and waived the $200 change fee, but had to charge me another $50 since the initial flight was booked with a third party. American Airlines said it would cost me $250 just to use my $203 worth of airline credit through them so it will cost me more to use it than just book a new flight.
In order to use the purchased insurance, I now have to submit a claim through the CSA Insurance company and provide documentation of my reason for cancelling and hope I'll get refunded anything else. Customer service with this company is awful and unable/unwilling to help on anything.

Flighthub sold me a flight that had a connection that was too short according to the actual airline. When I tried to get a change or refund the next day after I booked, Flighthub would waive the cancellation charges even though they shouldn’t have sold me the flights in the first place. The airline would not guarantee that they would take care of us in the event we missed our connection because the timing was too short. Flighthub didn’t warn us about this however we found out about the problem directly from the airline.

Be aware do not pay for seat selection. FlightHub does not guarantee selected seats as well do not notify you if seats you paid for and selected were not actually booked. When contacted they do not offer to contact airline to straighten it but refer you to go book yourself. If you dont look on airline site you wouldnt nkow seats were not book and go to the airport to be told your seats dont exist. My elderly mother was lucky I looked on Air Canada website. Very poor customer service and seat booking. I wouldnt buy anything for Flighthub again.
