Total 4 tickets out of 6 tickets are cancelled by Jet Airways in my trip due to their operational issues. and they told me to apply for full refund through you. I have sent you Airlines mail to your mails given in site flightfinder.

I made a reservation for a business trip in Austria on flightfinder. After my trip I wanted to collect my invoice in order to be refund advanced fees by my company. So I contact Austrian air who was the company doing the flight and they let me know that because the reservation was not done on their site they couldn't generate any invoice. Then I came to flightfinder site to see if I could fulffill myself and no possibility to generate any invoice with the fees on it. Then I contact your assistance, complete silence since. Maybe you need some bad publicity on recommendations sites before reacting to customers needs....
I cannot understand how a simple thing as having a invoice for my flight can consume so much time. Definitely you've lost one customer and be sure that every one in my company and partners and friends are going to make their mind on you through my experience with you.

Out flight was cancelled and we had to pay a big fee to get flightfinder to change our tickets!! They wouldn't even answer our email without us paying 😡

I booked a return ticket from Kjevik to Tromsø (in Norway)- and about 2 minutes after my booking I see that I have managed to put in the wrong returndate. I try to call the company straight away (no answer), I write an e-mail, I also sent a message to them on the online form- and on Messenger. I get a reply that I have to pay a fee to cancel, and that I have to reply within 7 pm if I want that. That is ok-and I reply within 7 pm. (even tough I let them know that SAS, wich was the company I was going to fly with, does not charge a cancel-fee the first 24 hours). But I wrote «I want to cancel my ticket». But they still have not canceled my ticket- and it costed me over 3000 NOK, so not a cheap ticket.
What a horrible, horrible service! Worst conpany ever! DO NOT USE!

These guys are terrible. I agreed to a certain price on the total and they upcharged me by 20% on my credit card. They did not disclose "fees" that were added on to my credit card. What these "fees" are no one has explained to me. When I called to cancel within 24 hours based on the non disclosed extra fees they stated they would not cancel. I have had to contest this charge with my credit card company and they have caused such a huge hassle. I will never do business with this shady company again and recommend you don't either. You have been warned.

I was very worried, on my way to the airport and realised i had no travel documents, only a confirmation. Couldn't find any way to check-in as i had no reservation code. Phone line they provide was not connecting either.. As a last resort i sent an email through their website (after creating an account), 4 minutes later they sent me the travel documents with the reservation code with which i could check-in. In 4 minutes i went from extremely nervous to extremely happy. They say their support work 24/7 and its fast and from my experience that seems true. Thanks flightfinder :),

Horrible customer service and experience. I booked flights and they took my money straight away, charging higher than the actual currency exchange. After an hour they cancelled saying that the airline do not agreed on the price. Flight finder sent me an email right after the cancellation saying that they will refund after 3-5 days. When I receive the money I received £88 pounds less ( 959.47 kr). I’m so furious and they don’t want to give me my money back. First they charge me way higher than the currency exchange and when they submit the refund the same day I was expecting my entire money back, and I receive less without even using the service.
Horrible company! There are better websites to book flights.

There is not much to complain here if you consider the title of this review - you get what you pay for.
I booked long haul tickets using Flightfinder and opted to not have any service package included.
The process of booking went smooth and within 24 hours i received all my booking documents. This is where the process and my "business relation" with Flightfinder would have stopped according to my purchased service level (BASIC).
A few days later, however, i received an email that the airline made changes to the schedule and that i therefore need to be rebooked. This service was not included in my BASIC service level, but is only covered if the PLUS option is booked. Flightfinder gave me the option to add the service level against a charge of 15€, which I did. The process of rescheduling went smooth and I received a new confirmation.
So nothing really to complain about the process.
I totally understand the business model: if you select "no frills", you get no service, simple as that. After all an agency employs people and needs to pay them, so if you want to use their service I can understand they ask you to pay for it. We use a corporate travel agency for work, and in the end their business model is the same, there is a fee involved for refunds, rebooking, etc.
However I have also nothing that makes me feel this is an outstanding service provider either, and there are in particular 2 points that make me give an average rating:
1) The website is set up very easy, which is nice for booking, but i can understand that it can be confusing if you are interested in details, such as adding your FQTV number, adding extra services like seats or luggage. Not very straightforward. Also, the Terms & Conditions are quite hidden and blurry, referring to a fee you need to pay in case of changes, but it is not very clear what is the actual cost associated. Transparency could be improved
2) The customer service is neither unfriendly nor friendly, but in its way of communicating it is very "direct" (you accepted XY so this is the consequence, you confirmed XY, so we only act on what you say). I beleive they made bad experiences in the past, but this leaves me with a feeling of pushing all responsibility to the customer. For me as a customer, it does not leave me with the impression that I am valued and an appreciated client. Again, nothing really to complain, but no WOW effect either.
I don't advise against using flightfinder, in fact I beleive they find some pretty good deals. But i would recommend to check all your options carefully - in my example Flightfinder came up with a very good connection which the airline did not offer on its website, and it was about 30% cheaper than the cheapest fare on the airline's website. Like with any other service provider - if you want a service you need to pay for it. In the end an agent is an intermediary that also wants to earn its share on your transaction. For me personally adding a service package was still a lot cheaper than booking through the airline directly.
I also don't agree to previous reviews saying Flightfinder is trying to rip you off or fishing for your money. But I agree that transparency could be improved and customer service could be more client oriented.
My recommendation in the end is to make a careful total cost comparison of booking with the airline vs booking with a travel agent. If the travel agent is cheaper considering the total cost, such as ticket price, credit card fee, and service package (plus eventual cost for ticket changes), why not using them. Otherwise, just go ahead and book with the airline directly.

I bought two tickets on the 1/1/2019
Reservation number 19/0010162 and the Airline's booking number is OO66CK.
Up to now I haven’t received our traveling documents and I can see from my account the whole amount has been deducted. My friend would like to use the traveling documents to book another flight.
Am really disappointed because I had written to you a day ago but never received any help or hear back from you. I have tried calling your number again no one is picking.

Used flightfinder to find the best price for a round trip for our family. Suspicious and watching out for hidden fees that would make this site as expencive as buying directly from the airline, I was pleased to find that there was apparantly no creditcardfees or other hidden fees. You could of course buy extra service if you wanted to change your reservation - but that was not needed for us.
Up until: The airline cancelled our flight - and to get new tickets for another flight with the same airline flightfinder charged us NOK745. This was a change forced upon us by the airline - not chosen by us. In the end it was more expencive to book our tickets by fligtfinder. Next time I'm going directly to the airline instead...
Also it is kind of weird to offer included baggage for all flights exept for one on a round trip...

Very complicated site with little information. There was no clear instructions or information on for example the fact that you could not order extra luggage. On every e-mail from flightfinder there was a huge reservationnumber in big letters that I thought was the one to use in order to get the el-tickets. Turned out it wasn’t and it was so hard to find the right bookingnumber they requested that I decided to call them, but no number could be found. So I sent them a mail and said that the bookingnumber didn’t work. To which they replied that they would send me an e-mail with the e-tickets. Never recieved it. After alot of frustration and looking for the right bookingnumber I finally found it.

I will never use Flightfinder again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. We booked tickets for 13000 NOK for this summer in a month time, but circumstances have changed so we wont be able to use our tickets. I called to hear about the possibilities of changing the dates or cancel the tickets with hopefully some partly refunded. They got back to me saying it will cost us in total 1060 Euros to change the dates of the ticket. And that is just the fee, on top of that there is eventual price and tax difference, seasonal and currency exchange fees. And nothing will be refunded if we cancel, nor is it possible to change the names of the travellers. Its basically a joke, I was prepared to pay some fee or loose some money on this, but not like this. I have changed tickets before with other travelling agencies, and even closer to the travelling date than more than a month, and paid less in fees. I will never use this agency again.

Everything went smoothly. Took some time before I got an email with the ticket, but if you log in with your user, you can find them yourself sooner and also find your booking on the airlines own sites.

Unclear information about booking number. Eventually heard that I need a separate booking reference number besides the one I received from Flightfinder. But I only saw that within 22 hours from the departure of my flight, so I had to pay 600 krones instead of 300 (!). No compensation was given me back for that. So I probably will choose a different way of booking next time. Without the help of Flightfinder.

BIG SWINDLE !!!
I booked a plane ticket to CANADA which cost me more than 600€. I received more than 24 hours later after my reservation, an alert message indicating that a "technical problem" had not validated my reservation. Meanwhile the ticket prices had risen sharply, my hotel and train reservations to get to the airport had been taken, and the amount of over 600€ was subsequently debited from my bank account.
I have not received any compensation/refunds from Flightfinder...
Added to this, customer service is NEVER reachable by phone.
I therefore STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND Flightfinder.

I am really disappointed, I booked a ticket but it was cancelled no one informed me, I had to send several email then I was called less than one week before the flight saying that my booking was cancelled.

I would not reccomend Flightfinder to anyone. I booked a flight that was later cancelled. Flightfinder refused to inform me about details or book another flight unless I paid 15 Euros per ticket (3 tickets). This is extremely high - I had booked a flight that no longer existed but still had to pay 15 Euros for it. I had to call air France to get the details. Other companies now have much lower service charges - if any, so I reccomend to use them in stead. In Norwegian: Jeg bestilte flyreise Oslo-Amsterdam og Paris-Oslo. Etter noen uker fikk jeg beskjed om at det var en endring i flytid, det vil si det var en av flyturene som var blitt kansellert. Flightfinder ville ikke informere meg om noe som helst med mindre jeg betalte 149 Kroner per reise (3 personer). Et slikt servicegebyr mener jeg er uhørt. Flyet mitt var kansellert, jeg hadde ingen mulighet til å få varen jeg hadde betalt for, men likevel måtte jeg betale 149 kroner for at de skulle enten rebooke eller refundere det jeg hadde betalt. Anbefaler absolutt alle andre å velge andre bookingbyråer.
