I am pretty disappointed by flight-delayed.uk
They sent out a few letters to TAP Portugal to claim the compensation. After TAP didn't react in any way, flight-delayed simply informed me that they wouldn't go to court. This is especially disappointing because my case was very clear and I am entitled to get a compensation. I assume it was too expensive for them. The add "98% of court cases won" is highly misleading, because they do not systematically go to court!

Very little or no communication by Blueway company. Solicitors aren’t helpful either. They kept saying I need to wait for 4-8 weeks for a refund from Ryanair and in the end their response was “oh... it’s Ryanair, impossible to get refunds from them” so the hell did you not tell me in the beginning and I would have not gone with this company!!! Complete waste of my time and the people are rude!! Their telephone manners are actually bizarre. They literally pick up their phones and all they say “hello”. Some skills to learn and upskill your staff. No profesionalism and the customer service lady pretty much hang up on me. One word - Shocking.

I noticed a lot of people are in the same situation as me. They say you can check your flight for free but then they send you an invoice home! I just checked if I can make the claim and they charged me £180!!!!!
After I checked and read their reviews, I didn’t want to continue with this company. I tried to avoid their calls, emails. They were calling me everyday, plenty of times!!!
Don’t get fooled by them as I did!!!
Read their “good” reviews. Reviews like “good company, best experience” are the reviews written by themselve!!!! Please avoid them! I feel so robbed! The said they are going to take me to court if I don’t pay and keep harrasing me. Shame!!!

Avoid this company they are a bunch of useless people who try to rob you, they couldn't make a claim for my delay flight and now send me an invoice to pay them for not completing my case.

I don’t even know how to put it . I signed their forms on line and I did not sign, after few days I spoke to a friend who advised me our delay was a straight forward so I should do it myself through British Airways site. I did it straight a away. Few weeks passed I heard nothing I rang British Airways the lady said we have 2 claims one from you and one from Flight Delays. She said which one do u want us to process I said mine because I didn’t not sign agreement with them. She went ahead and processed it while on the phone. After 2 wks FD sending me a bill of all most all my money. Saying this is what am owning them. They did nothing I 💯 I did not sign. Is anyone in this situation. These people are scarmers.They sent me a scrabbled signature under my 12 year old son . If I had sign I was going to use my signature not otherway round. I will rather go to court because I didn’t not sign and I did the clam myself

Flight delay have been horrible, I wonder why they still in operation. After I put in a claim for flight cancellation with Arik Air, I was told that my claim will be put through.
After about 2 years flight delay are actually charging me £133 for not been able to claim from Arik. They have even sent me final letter and that they will charge me to court.
They have not been able to claim on my behalf even though I provided required documentations.
They are bullies and i don't know why they are still allowed to operate in the UK. They might even try to mess my credit ratings. Please someone help me. Stay clear it is a scam learn from bad experience.

So far, the company has not sent me the compensation from British Airways they have obtained. People on the phone and on email seemed to be nice and accommodating, though in the end it does not seem to make any difference as these company they represented had obtained the compensation (but no paper trail of how much), deducted its fees, sent a UK cheque to an overseas resident, and still hold the compensatio. Plus, they said they would charge extra admin fee for re-issuing a payment. Looks like the company is closed or trading under a new name, planedelays.co.uk, or was too eager to accept claims from overseas clients who cannot physically cash in cheques in the UK.

Used the company- why i do not know ! they have taken over half of my compensation on stupid fees- fair enough on a charge for service but then to add £25 pp for admin( what admin) then legal fees ( what exactly do you do for this) and vat ! i constantly had to chase regarding this and knew you held the refund for over two weeks in your bank ! very poor company and will ensure no one else uses you.

my brother gave them the power of Anthony to claim compensation for a delayed flight of BA last year. BA has confirmed that they already paid the 600 Euros compensation, but I haven't heard anything from them since. They don't even reply to my repeated messages and emails.

USE AN ALTERNATIVE SERVICE! Unethical company which charge a 90 pound cancellation fee when you choose not to pursue the claim. Thankfully I read the bottom of the email after ignoring them for months of spamming. Rude customer service and they take a large cut of any win. Seen reviews about questionable data sharing practices. Together as consumers we can bankrupt these scum and reward honest business!!

I was delayed twice in my way to Ottawa which lameft us stranded for several hours so I contacted flight delays regards making a claim. They asked for the proofs and made the whole process very simple. The airlines dragged their heels but they kept on and eventually I received a good size of my fare back. Recommend to anyone else who is at the mercy of the airlines. After all they won't refund if you suddenly can't travel.!

I had exhausted every avenue myself trying to claim for a 9 hour delay with TUI with no compensation whatsoever.
The process with AirFare Ltd took about 10 minutes over the phone and the claim process took a few months longer than stated but they got me almost £700 in compensation (after their fees).
Quite a high fee, but if you read the small print before committing you know what will be taken. I have no qualms whatsoever as I could not get a penny myself so well done Air Fair.

Wish I could give zero. After a very easy case I won £1600 from the airline after all the fees they took I received £545 the staff on the phone thought they had done me a huge favour and when I question the amount they said read the small print. Please avoid like an std.

Spent all the time doing the online form and submitting evidence as they advertised for claims against my airline.
Next day I receive email saying the simple case is out of their scope of work. I asked for a better rationale given the fact they advertised for such cases, however no response. What a bunch of time wasters.

DO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION.
THEY SEEM TO THINK THAT SIMPLY FILLING IN THE 'ENQUIRY' FORM ON THEIR SITE CONSTITUTES A CONTRACT AND EVEN IF YOU DO NOT GO AHEAD WITH THEM THEY WILL CHASE YOU THROUGH THE COURTS FOR COMPENSATION ONCE THE ENQUIRY FORM IS FILLED IN.
CONTACT YOUR AIRLINE YOURSELF AND SAVE YOURSELF HALF OF THE COMPENSATION WHILE PREVENTING THESE PARASITES FROM GETTING ANYTHING.

For me, this is a big scam and loss in efforts indeed . I do not know why do you play with people’s feelings and what you gain in that ?
Since I logged my complaint for almost a year now I never received any compensation! Just a file online and a dummy process and that is it ! People , never get fooled through such websites!

Flight delays is a brilliant company ,
Easy interface , takes 5 minutes to fill a claim .
They kept me updated in every step they proceed .
I had an issue with the local post office which lost my cheque during the Christmas holiday and even then i managed to get a wonderful service and got a replacement one .

I made an enquiry to this Company online and now have a bill for £212!
They state that I received an email as confirmation that I instructed them, this is false. I have had numerous emails asking for a signature which I ignored as I had instructed another Company . No phone number or email address to contact them on website. I have contacted Citizens Advice and they are aware of this Company Avoid at all cost

My flight delay was over three years ago and I had lost my e-ticket number and Airline PNR. I did not think the airline would pay up but I was pleasantly surprised when I received compensation payment. Great Job.
