I purchased Flexiloam and used it for the first time. I bought a local plan and went to Mexico City. However, since it was not available, I contacted support. As a result, the trip ended without being available. But the support was quick and helpful. Later refunded with voucher. I hope it will be available next time.

The chip stopped working out of the blue and they wanted to charge me 12.50$ to give me a new one. I paid lots of money for the starter pack and every 3 months I paid lots of money for the packages. They ripped me off !

After wasting my time trying to use the Live Chat in app for help and not able to speak to one real human I have to resort to this email the customer support.
I purchased a 1GB 3 day package for Indonesia starting today. As I landed in Bali earlier, I tried to turn on my eSim for data. The status bar showed connected with full to almost full bar and switching between 3G and 4G signal. However I WAS NOT ABLE to load any internet at all!!!
The customer support named - Jess reverted to me by sending a data usage report and simply brushed off that I have used up the data. The report mentioned the data usage was recorded during early morning from 1-3am which I was asleep. So FlexiroamX would magically used up 1GB data when your phone was inactive.

The experience using flexiroam in Western Australia was not satisfying as the internet connections were generally poor. Even in area where the signal is strong i have yo intermittently reset my phone to get coverage!

It made me missed my flight as the data connection was broken during a very crucial moment for me to book an Uber and OlaCab. I had to run around to get a taxi, and eventually I just missed my flight.
I had to rearrange my entire trip because of this unreliable service.

First, Flexiroam sent me a defective SIM. When I complained about the defect -- i.e., that I couldn't use the service at all -- it took them from March to September "to review" my claim before they refunded $16.91 of the $27.00 I paid. Flexiroam retained the balance (the shipping charge) on grounds that they "successfully shipped" the product to me. Never mind that it was useless.
