FixEz shipped the wrong part. Now they want ME to pay return shipping and tracking to fix THEIR ERROR. Unbelievable.

Fixez sent a defective part, then required me to pay shipping back...ok. then they sent another defective part, same routine. then they issued a partial refund (of the part only) and didn't even pay for their original shipping costs.
Each transaction took around 3-4 weeks, around 20 emails and their customer service is painful, never again!

Purchased a replacement screen for my smart watch. Website stated it was compatible with my device. It was not, after installing watch would not charge or turn on. Got RMA and returned the item. After receiving the item back Fixez.com stated they would not issue a refund because the item they received is not theirs. It is the only replacement screen I ordered and returned the exact item back. After doing further research this is the same tactic they have used on other customers.

worked as advertised! shipping was a little high though but for an international shipping, it was quick.
