I have had several issues with this dubious company's NZ and Australian sites but now find their UK subsidiary maybe worse. BEWARE. They are liars and customer service goes to whoever is there so no continuity in following through with a complaint. They advertise free shipping worldwide and in the UK too. But the book I wanted was 21 pounds something and then after I put it in my shopping basket and entered my address (New Zealand) it had turned into 29 pounds something. So I didnt proceed but wrote to query. I got 2 emails back from the same (seemingly helpful) staff member asking for screenshot etc as she would look into it.. Next day a ridiculous email from a different name says in substandard English "sometimes stock varies and prices change"!!!!! So I sent back another screenshot showing book's original price hasn't changed!!! BE VERY CAREFUL. They are either very stupid and/or a fraudulent operation. Maybe i should also write up my problems with their Downunder operations!!

Very bad experience, please do not waste your money! I ordered Dermo Ointment from these people back at the beginning of September. I did received a leaflet explaining the use of dermo ointment but no ointment. They are now telling me that I ordered a book! It is a leaflet on the usage. My email from them acknowledging the order very clearly states the order is for Dermo Ointment! Wow, I have spent £10.46 on a leaflet! Absolutely disgusting, please avoid, wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

A pack of mouthwash is not a bottle and a bottle wouldn't cost next or near €19. Customer service emailed me and said the wrong barcode was was attached to the product page.
All I wanted was a refund for the remainder of the pack that I didn't receive.

I won't be using fishpond again, they charged me a restocking fee of £9.46, this is 17% of the total cost of an item i ordered from them, the order was canceled less than 2 hours after making order, my reason for canceling the order was that they gave a delivery estimate to be between 13-24 april, when they showed it as in stock, order made on 30 march

I ordered from this website at the beginning of November. Before placing my order, I emailed them to ask a question about the product. After days of waiting, I finally received a response which said "if you Google the item you will find everything you need to know about it". Obviously I should have just walked away at that point but as I had trouble finding the item I wanted in stock elsewhere I went ahead and ordered with them.
The item was coming from America but they said at the point of ordering it was in stock and would arrive at the beginning of December.
The item didn't arrive when they said it would, I emailed and got no response.
I then received an email on 19th December saying the title you ordered is out of stock, we have cancelled your order and will process the refund. No explanation, no apology!
I am absolutely livid. I ordered at the beginning of November, surely if it was out of stock they would have known prior to then. By the time they told me it was far too late for me to try and order elsewhere so I am going to have one very disappointed little boy on Christmas Day so thank you Fishpond!!
Complete waste of time, customer service is none existent and they sell items and take money that they don't even know if they have in stock or not!!

A site in china that operates using other websites to try and make money says fishpond.uk but in China, watch out!
