I got the quote from an agent online. I was told I will get discount from my second billing cycle. I am not seeing any discount applied in my billing cycle. I tried to talk to online agents as well as Account manager. Nobody helped me.

Pretty mad right now with Verizon’s horrible service. First of all the ppl you get connected with are not in the region of the world you live in. When trying to cancel they give you 101 reasons before discontinuing service and charge for services you don’t need installed cause you already have it. Nickel and dime you for everything. Secondly the online Fios app is a joke! I made a payment and their system duplicated my payment! I called to fix the issue and they told me that since my next payment is due in 9 days I will not be credited or reverse any fees. For a person trying to make ends meet on a month to month basis this is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed for the treatment of my 6 years of loyalty. I will be cancelling all the services ASAP!!!!

So I ordered Verizon Fios August 2nd and been having issues every since! When the sales field rep Marquese came to offer me service I told him what I had with Cox and he stated that he could offer me the same for less! So I was promised HBO and Cinemax, DVR BOXES, and HD channels for $155 including phone and internet! So I’ve been texting/calling him every week because I haven’t received the dvr boxes, the HD channels don’t work, and HBO and Cinemax I still don’t have! So I’ve been reaching out to him he promised his supervisor was going to call and nothing! So I just called Verizon and the supervisor I just spoke with told me that October my bill will increase by $45 and if I want the premium channels that’s an additional $25! I was explaining to him what I was promised by the field rep and he wasn’t even concerned or even try to offer me a discount to try to keep me as a customer! I am very upset because I have Verizon cell service but at this point I want to cancel everything because I’m upset! I was promised something and now I’m stuck in a contract paying more than I was paying with Cox and spoke to a supervisor and he wasn’t even able to help! Just told me to call back if I decide to cancel! Like really! I’ve never experience this type of craziness with Verizon! Would I refer a friend to them Heck no!! And if a field rep by the name of Marquese show up at your door in Virginia don’t get the service because he lies!!! I’m so angry right now!!

Worse internet I have ever had. The speed is a joke and I pay for the top of the line internet speed, yet I get the worse. Takes forever to get on the internet and when you do you get 5 thousand pop ups for things you do not event use.I have called fios on many occasions and yet I still get the same answer, I have the best plan. The internet is horrible with Verizon fios and the longer you have them the worse it gets.

Literally the worst utility provided I have ever encountered.
I purchased a router the day I started my services and found out my roommate already had one we could use so I returned it on the SAME DAY and then they told me I would not be charged on my first bill. Verizon Fios not only charged me $212 without my consent, they made it so difficult to refund it that it took over 6 months (and still waiting). After speaking to 15+ "support" agents and 15+ hours later, one of them will hopefully refund me. Absolutely ridiculous that this major company tries to steal money from people without them noticing. Who do you think you are promising to refund me my money 15 times without ever doing so? Honestly the company should be prosecuted for stealing from their consumers and I will be looking into this.
Verizon is not the only internet provider in my area so I am planning on canceling all of my services from this awful organization.

I am now on hold once again during my 14TH PHONE CALL TO VERIZON since getting FIOS. (42 minutes and counting). My apartment is 900 sq ft and the "premium" service I paid for has yet to work in my daughter's room which is 22 feet from the router. In the past few months, I have now invested 6.5 hours into phone calls trying to get it corrected. Verizon reps continue to try to sell me an additional booster and refuse to send a tech to fix the issue. This happens on every single call no matter how many times I tell them NOT to sell me anything and simply fix the crappy product they sold me. When I loudly insisted on having someone come out, the Verizon rep told me they would CHARGE ME $95 FOR THE SERVICE CALL!!" Are they kidding? As if it can't get any worse, after insisting on elevating my issue to a Supervisor, the supervisor told me he would send a booster for free and keep my monthly rate the same. Shockingly, when the email confirmation came, the Verizon snake oil salesman flat out lied and actually canceled my old plan, sold me a new plan at the same rate, but the rate would go up in 3 months and then up yet again in 3 more months and up yet again in 3 more months. HE ACTUALLY COMMITTED FRAUD. This is astounding. WAIT. It gets better. When I called back and spoke to yet another supervisor and threatened to call the US District Attorney, she told me she would have a tech come out the next day on a SUNDAY to fix the issue. She promised it would be corrected and told me 3 times that she would call me in 5 days to follow up to ensure I was happy and would offer me some kind of customer accommodation for my trouble. Guess what? No rep showed up for the scheduled appointment. The supervisor did NOT call back in 5 days to see if I was happy and of course I did not receive any customer accommodation. AND OF COURSE, THE FIOS STILL DOES NOT WORK. 9 MONTHS AND COUNTING. #Verizon you should be ashamed of yourselves. Just when I thought Spectrum was the absolute worst, Verizon FIOS trumps their ineptitude. CONSIDER MY ACCOUNT CLOSED

Deliberate lies from representative about what I would get from FIOS for making the transfer. Was told I would get up to $500 credit for switching and was given a phone number so that I could verify the information and confirm the amount I would be given on my account. That phone number was not correct. I had to make numerous calls to finally get someone who told me that I was given a year of Netflix. I already had it and had told the representative, Caleb. No one has gone any further to address my other requests that I have done chat, phone calls and this to rectify. Very unhappy that I made this transfer of service.

Goodbye Verizon....Since Monday my phone rings once and then drops the call. I've been calling Verizon every day since.They're telling me someone will fix it before the 8pm. Now its been five days. Come to find out only a technician can fix the cable. A basic service call doesn't have the equipment to fix it. This is a business account. Also their rates keep going up and the service is getting worse.

Verizon Fios has ZERO customer service. Three months in, I made a BIG mistake choosing them over Comcast. I have had problems from day one, starting the first week of January. Today, this is day two WITHOUT TV. I started reaching out to Verizon at 9:00 am this morning: Calls go nowhere. You get a pin and you hear music, but never get to talk to anyone. I hung up after 25 minutes. Chat was inactive too, got through after half an hour, was given a pin... again, one hour and half later, Mohammed just left the chat with no warning. Calls to Verizon executive relations -Brian- are NOT returned. They are currently charging me for TV I do not have. They should not be in business. Filed a complaint with the FCC.

I always felt he was trying to sell me a product rather than answer my questions. I called him so obviously I was interested in what you sold but he was scheduling an installation date before I could ask my questions. He did gather my inforamation and was able to give me a quote that met all my needs.

Adrian was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. He answered all of my questions, and I had many! If the rest of this experience goes as well, I will be one very satisfied customer!

The employee who installed was very unprofessional and very unhelpful, gave us no choice where to put the router, put it smack in middle of the dining looks horrible and kids can unplug when we asked to move it he blew up at us. We pay for 1000mbps but in actuality we only get 70mbps

A few issues, its been 90 days now of trying to get my promotional gift card and i have filed several bbb complaints spoken with countless people ( I call twice a week starting January 2019) I have now reach out to several news outlets to get this to the public. I am getting contacts of many people scammed by this via twitter for a lawsuit against Verizon.

From the time I first called in, check pricing, I was treated like an old friend. I felt very comfortable discussing my interest in changing carriers and was handled with care and respect, even though I was very up front about just shopping at this point.
I was promised a call back later in the evening after I have discussed with my spouse. To mu surprise I received a phone call exactly when promised.
I look forward to the installation and being a long term Fios customer
