Last week me and my wife visited Fietswinkel.nl. We were looking for a new bicycle. Unfortunately the bike we had selected on the internet was no longer in stock. However we received a lot of information from the Store Manager Collin.
We’re still mulling our options, but we still had to write this review to let Fietswinkel.nl know that they have a keen eye for talented personnel.

Easy to use website with a good ordering system. The consultants are knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are good and the delivery also very good.
The walk in stores are ok - however trying to contact them directly is impossible as your call always goes to the main call center. This makes it difficult to arrange consultations at the walk in stores.

Order paid-never delivered!
Together with our bike-order we paid for an additional bike-basket (41.95€) + delivering fee (29.95€) to Pick-up point in Varssefeld. We received the delivery confirmation via e-mail (29th April) - all fine up to now.
On site in Varssefeld (~100km away from home), the bike was delivered, but not the basket ("eventually with the next delivery the week after").
Hence we complaint directly at the same day in written form (email proof) and asked for refund of 41.95€. Since then, I wrote several reminders and received a) either no response or b) confirmation from customer service to payback within 14 days (but nothing happens) or c) negative reply not being able to payback due to the fact, that I supposedly didn´t complain within 24h.
a) this is a proved wrong statement and fake News
b) Who made the mistake informing about the delivery but didn´t keep promises?
c) Why fietsenwinkel calls this customer service at least not being able to admit mistakes or willing to pay back, even as a gesture of goodwill?
The bike is fine, the service is lousy, my conclusion: fietsenwinkel NON RECOMMENDABLE with sch a Business conduct

Ordered a new Cube Touring bike from the Amsterdam store on 1st March and was told delivery would be in week 15, probably 12th April. I was very happy with the service in store and felt confident in ordering from them.
On 11th April I emailed Daan, the store contact, to check that we were still on for the 12th. I received an email reply to tell me that yes, he was expecting the bike the next day.
12th April i was excited to be getting my new bike, only to receive a call at 16.20 to tell me they now had a problem with the manufacturer and the bike would not be coming until week 22, the beginning of July! Utterly ridiculous and beyond frustrating. I've wasted 6 weeks till this point and now face missing out on the whole Spring cycling period.
I only wish i had read the litany of online complaints about this company before i ordered from them.
Fietsenwinkel are a bunch of jokers and certainly not trustworthy. My advice is to buy elsewhere, as i shall now be doing.

Disasterous customer service after sales. I bought a nice s-pedelec and the Fietsenwinkel sent a photocopy of the EU Certificate of Conformity. I had to take a day off work and implore the douane to accept a copy to import the bike into Belgium. Then the real nightmare began. The certificate they sent had 15 # the chassis number, they left out a zero. So the correct chassis # didn't exist and I cannot get my bike license plates. Multiple calls, emails - no avail. I asked twice to speak with a manager. Nope! I was promised that my case was escalated and would be done on Wednesday. Nope! It's Friday and still nothing. I called this morning and asked it to be prioritized for today - no, couldn't promise that either. My bike was delivered a dozen days ago and is still in my garage thanks to their shambolic customer service. By far the most incompetent customer service that I've ever witnessed.

I bought a Gazelle Orange C8 in December 2018. After 1 month or 150km my breaks started losing all power and it had to go in for a service. After 2 days I got my bicycle back and the breaks were working again, but only for another 100km.
My bike gets sent in for service again. I got it back 2 days later and after another 100 or so km the breaks start failing again.
My bicycle is in for repairs now for the third time, they're struggling to get breaks for it and each day I have to pay out of my own pocket for transport. I doubt the breaks will be repaired now as my faith in the service centers are diminished.
From the start my bicycle was faulty and they should have done more from their side to correct this. Why would I want a bike that needs to go in for repairs once a month for a week.

Luik is in a sort of bowl. I leave around a side of the bowl and my job is on the other side.
Know it's a Real pleasure to fiets wihout being sweaty when i am ready to work.
This bike is very confortable and have good react to want i decide.
The only one thing is the screen on the bike who is not removable.
