I am an expat from the UK. I am paying 40 euros per month for supposedly 1000gb but I get 100gb which is generally fine but way over priced. There are plenty of cheaper providers so dont make the same mistake I did and get locked in 4 12 months. In the UK we have rules around this i.e. if you are not getting what you are promised you can exit the contract without penalty but does not seem to have the same rules here, which is a shame.

Horrible service, If i could give them a minus stars i would.
Most providers will work with you to resolve issues. This one just stonewalls you and at the same time tries to milk you for the maximum amount of cash they can. Seriously if you get internet service from them you are asking for it. Even if you move and they cannot provide service they will still try to milk you untill you take them to court, which tbh costs more money so why bother
Steer wide and clear if you value your peace of mind.

Support is really not professional.
I needed a connection asap, asked them to activate it asap, they told me the activation was possible in 8 working days only if I forfeit my legal thinkperiod.
6 days later they are telling me that the activation will take effect a month later.
When asked they state that they cannot change the date since the processus is started and that I cannot cancel my order without fees because I terminated my thinkdays (at the condition to have an activation in 8 working days as dealed).
