Absolutely appalling communication. Multiple emails to try and exchange an item and not one response! Jumpers come up small as well.

Dreadful company. Ordered gamer merch well in time frame they indicated on website for Xmas. After a few weeks heard nothing so chased on Twitter direct mail. Always got a response but always non commital with no guarantee or order progress. Just hanging on about how small they are etc. Which in my mind should make chasing the warehouse and accounts a simpler process surely. Decided to cancel as no assurance they would stick to their postage dates. Ok and behold no refund issued. Checked with PayPal, no request made to issue a refund. PayPal have just told me in the 10 days they had to respond, PayPal contacted daily with no reply. Shame on you for knowing these gifts were special and knowing you are clearly unprofessional and doing nothing to be honest and assist

I ordered a hoodie for my son on 23.11. It was his only wish for a Christmas present so I wanted to be on time. It said on the page that it'll take 5-21 days to get the order.
After 18 days I got a mail saying they started making the hoodie... I sent very worried response explaining the situation. I got no answer
Well, here we are, the kids get their presents right now and there is no hoodie.
I will never ever buy fron fanfiber again and have been telling this to everyone who has time to listen.

I have not received my order from Fanfiber.
I emailed them four times, still no reply.
It takes less then a minute to acknowledge an email.
Very bad customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and efficiency of this Independent Retailer. My son is an avid Youtube watcher and has all his favourite Youtube vloggers. For Christmas he asked for a t shirt from Pyrocyncial, and I ordered it from Fanfiber. from the very beginning they said, please be patient as there are more orders than usual around holiday times. Despite this the product came very speedily and was good quality. i also screwed up the ordering process (totally my fault) and their customer service replied very speedily and courteously and processed my refund very speedily too. Considering that the products are being made to order, all in all a good experience dealing with them. Highly recommend.

Orders take a while to process. It seems everything is made to order meaning they have to print stuff on demand. This means your order takes a bit longer to ship than we’re used to these days. Shipping cost was very reasonable. Initially I received a badly printed product but after a quick email conversation a new mug was sent my way, no questions asked. Excellent customer service! My initial impression wasn’t great due to the misprint but the customer service really saved it.
