Ordered 7 shirts from them, with one of them being in a separate order. The one shirt arrived in a fair amount of time, washed it on delicate cycle, came out looking worn and the pattern was peeling off in spots. I am still awaiting the other larger order of shirts...in 'processing' status for 2.5 weeks now. Emailed them to request to cancel my order based upon the quality of the first shirt and they told me they cannot cancel because the shirts are 'printing'. Why have they been in printing so long and why can't I cancel something that is not 'custom'? If the shirts end up arriving in the same condition as the first one, I will be sending them back or filing a claim with American Express (luckily, I charged it to that card).

I bought a shirt for $25 ($28) after shipping and this was the worst quality shirt in multiple ways... 1. the printing on the shirt was incredibly fuzzy/pixelated. They didn't even print high quality pictures... 2. The texture of the shirt was stiff and uncomfortable...
I was so excited and it died the instant I opened the bag.

This was the second time I had ordered with Fanartus. Placing the online order and being able to track my order is tge best. I checked to see if my order had been delivered on the tracking system and it had been delivered 1 minute before. When I went out the door the postman was driving away. This is great for me as I live in apartment complex abd not close to the locked mal boxes. Keeps me from goung back and forth to the mail box to check if it's there! Trying to decide what to order next?

Never received my shirt that I ordered!!!!. Neither did DHL delivery. I contacted DHL today with the tracking number # they said they received an email, but never received the package. I've tried emailing to no avail & have sat online waiting for online chat from customer service. Still nothing!!!

I ordered a tee shirt from Fanartus. It was of the poorest quality ever. I returned it and received an email saying they cannot refund my money because it’s a custom shirt (which it IS NOT). My order was RL 10335 77469. I am so distraught at such an out and out scam.

I ordered the wrong size shirt and when i cont acted the company that it didn't fit they sent me the bigger size for no charge and even let me keep the first shirt which I passed to a family member. I will always recommend this company! Thanks guys!

I ordered the Peanuts tee (I cook and I know things) as a gift. The ad I saw showed the print and words in brilliant color. The shirt arrived fairly fast and the material of the shirt, while a little thin, was good quality. BUT -- the print and words are really cheap and thin looking. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Ordered a Peanuts Christmas T-shirt, but when it arrived it had a misspelled word. When I contacted customer service to get a replacement, they told me the word was misspelled in the picture when I ordered and therefore I got exactly what I ordered; therefore no replacement. Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. So they had a batch of bad t-shirts that they pushed off on unsuspecting people! I would NEVER order anything from this company!

I messed up the sizes on not only my October birthday shirt, but my dear friend and October birthday girlfriend's shirt. Fanartus replaced both with no problems.
