This place is a scam. I got my order, I ordered a medium blouse and when I received it, It was an XXL when I emailed the company to find out how to return it they asked me if I had a friend to give it to. I told them I wanted a refund and I would send back the blouse. She said something about it costing to much to send to China. The return address is in Chino, CA called JS Espress. I know the company was not called FAB and Chic, but that is what it said on my PayPal account. Don't order from this company. Companies like this make you not want to even order online.

SCAM! Warn everybody! When I FINALLY got the order the blouses were cheap crap! Buttons falling off, so thin you could see through them, I ordered an XL and these HAD to have been a small. I just threw 60.00 bucks down the toilet. People like this should be prosecuted.

One word: SCAM! I wish I had read these reviews before I wasted my time and placed an order!

I placed an order for the vinyl leggings on Oct 27th paid 30 dollars for SHIPPING, just to not receive my order lol. I got an email Nov. 7th saying my order had been completed. Which was weird and vague...no tracking info provided. Another week goes by, I email one of two emails listed...supposedly “customer support” no reply. So I go to Instagram, DM her no response, yet she’s posting on the company’s page and her PERSONAL account. I decide to comment...no response and she deletes it! So I comment again calling her a fraud and advising people not to order from her, and she finally DM’s me lol.

She lies and says she shipped the order out that same day, but when I ask for tracking info she doesn’t respond and disappears for another week. I finally just filed a claim with my bank lol.

Don’t waste your time or money! She is a fraud!

I usually do not review companies, products or my online purchases, however this ordeal has to be by far the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I have done quite few overseas online shopping and have actually never had any issues whatsoever. For those that do not know, @Fabandchic are based in Netherlands and is founded by a lady called Nikki. She has quite a few followers on social media and markets her products via those platforms.

I ordered two "waterfall coats" and immediately received an email notification with a so called "order number". I was told my shipment would take roughly two weeks.

Well, 6 MONTHS and 8 emails later, I received nothing. Not one email. I figured reaching out to her on social media would have a faster response rate as she always posts selfies etc. She even published her whatsapp number, but you guessed it NO response. All my comments on her pictures, requesting for a reply via email, publishing my order number and eventually expressing my frustration alongside countless other agitated customers, were eventually deleted.

Lastly, I was blocked and at this point I realised I was not going to receive anything. I contacted paypal (probably 4-5 weeks after initial payment) and disputed the transaction which took the whole 10 days as she never responded, surprise surprise!

I am shocked that 6 months later I am yet to receive an apology email or any of my responses or my purchased goods.
