I ordered a Samsung Note 9 and I was extremely surprised when I found out it has an IMEI from United Arab Emirates. This practice is illegal in Romania but they are still able to do it somehow. Furthermore, since it was bought by a company there is no way to return it. Also there is no way to elevate this issue to OPC.
The supplied charger is NOT compatible with EU plugs and this is also a illegal practice here in Romania. Changing the IMEI is also illegal so there is nothing much to do but to toss it in the garbage.
Thank you evomag for your awesome customers support and also for your outstanding products.
The only upside is that Amazon is coming so all these "stores" will vanish in the first week.

They never answer the phone and they don't answer emails.
They don't accept returns for products when the customer wishes to return the product. They don't give you the money back and they ask you to buy another product in those rare cases when they accept a return. I've bought a product from them with bad specs that I wanted to return because its specs weren't written in the product's description and it wasn't useful to me because of that. They've refused to accept the return.
STAY AWAY! THEY DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS!!!

Nu dau banii înapoi și te obligă să cumperi un alt produs în acele rare cazuri în care accepta returul unui produs. Am cumpărat de la ei un produs de calitate proastă care nu îmi era util și nu menționau în specificații parametrii ai produsului. Mi-au refuzat returul.

Worst experience ever with an online store. Ordered a Samsung A50 and received it yesterday with a display problem. Today I went to the store trying to return or to change the phone. The answer was that I have to leave at the service for warranty and receive an answer in 25 DAYS. Yes, you read it right. 25 DAYS to receive an answer for a new bought phone.

Cea mai proastă experiență cu un magazin online. Am comandat un Samsung A50 și l-am primit-o ieri cu o problemă la display. Astăzi am mers la magazin încercând să returnez sau să schimb telefonul. Răspunsul a fost că trebuie să las telefonul la service pentru garanție și să primesc un răspuns în 25 de zile. Da, ati citit-o corect. 25 DE ZILE pentru a primi un răspuns pentru un nou telefon cumpărat cu 1 zi inainte

On 06.04.2019, after 2 days of waiting, I got a used Galaxy S10, sold as new, from this seller. Unfortunately, I discovered (at home) the fact that the box was opened and the earphones were used. I have strong reasons to believe so because:
1. the box had 3 stickers meant to "seal" it, on top of each other
2. earphones cable was obviously repacked
3. Fingerprints were visible on the display
I used to be a good customer for Evomag (I got my Galaxy S9+ from them too). Not anymore!
I will never buy a new phone from Evomag again!
I'm pretty sure I will never buy anything from Evomag again!
You just lost a good customer!
P.S. For people still willing to do business with this "entity": Stay away from products "On stock exclusively online" !!!

Poor customer service after the purchase. They sold me a defective Google Pixel 2XL - it arrived witg a line of dead pixels. There was no response on my request to exchange it. I will be forced to file civil law suit.

BUYER BE AWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! The post-sale service does not exist - They do not respond to the emails (both service and customercare on evomag.ro), They do not answer the phone, on costumer-care number 0372.173.600 (here we have only an automatic system but without human operators to answer the requests ) - i can prove this with evidence ,photos and recordings
From 01.12.2018 until now I am trying to make a warranty claim on a product. Until now (20.12.2018), no one even responded to the request, not to mention the fact that there is no delivery address of the products that are under warranty to the EvoMag headquarters.
In the Client Account on the evomag.ro website, not all of the products purchased under My Guarantees appear, so you can not claim the warranty there.
I do not recommend this company for failing to comply with the legal procedure for electronic commerce and solving the problems of the products under warranty.
This company does not respect the Romanian Warranty Law no. 449/2003 Art. 11. Point(4) which states: "Any repair or replacement of the products shall be made within a reasonable period of time, agreed by the seller in writing, and without any significant inconvenience for the consumer, taking into account the nature of the products and the purpose for which they have requested the products. The time limit set may not exceed 15 calendar days from the date the buyer notified the seller of the product's non-conformity " ANPC website
Update 04.01.2019: The request from 01.12.2018 has not been solved until present date. They do not answer the phone you can not get in touch with them. If you want to buy something from them DON'T! If you have a problem with the product you purchased you will suffer the same. My reason for claim is because a faulty digitizer on my Smartphone. Because of this i had to buy ,from my own money another phone, nobody can stay away from his smartphone nowadays for a month.

Atentie la aceasta companie! Serviciul post vanzare nu exista - Nu raspund la email-uri (atat service si customercare de pe evomag.ro ) , nu raspund la telefon 0372.173.600 (aici avem doar un sistem automat insa fara operatori umani sa si raspunda la solicitari) - prezint dovezi si inregistrari
Din data 01.12.2018 pana in prezent incerc sa fac o solicitare de garantie la un produs. Pana in prezent (20.12.2018) nu a raspuns nimeni nici macar la solicitare , nu mai vorbesc de faptul ca nici nu exista date de livrare a produselor ce se afla in garantie catre sediul EvoMag.
In Cont Client de pe site-ul evomag.ro nu apar toate produsele achizitionate in rubrica Garantiile Mele , deci implicit nu poti face solicitare de garantie de acolo.
Nu recomand aceasta companie pentru ca nu respecta procedura legala privind comertul electronic si solutionarea problemelor produselor aflate in garantie.
Oameni nu respecta legea Lege nr. 449/2003 Art. 11. Alin (4) care spune: "Orice reparare sau înlocuire a produselor va fi făcută în cadrul unei perioade rezonabile de timp, stabilită de comun acord, în scris, între vânzător şi consumator, şi fără niciun inconvenient semnificativ pentru consumator, luându-se în considerare natura produselor şi scopul pentru care acesta a solicitat produsele. Perioada de timp stabilită nu poate depăşi 15 zile calendaristice de la data la care cumpărătorul a adus la cunoştinţă vânzătorului lipsa de conformitate a produsului" este scrisa si pe site-ul ANPC
Update 04.01.2019 : Solicitarea din 01.12.2018 nu a fost solutionata nici pana acum. Oamenii nu raspund la telefon nu poti lua legatura cu ei. Daca vreti sa cumparati ceva de la ei mare grija , daca aveti problema cu produsul achizionat prin asta veti trece. Este vorba de un telefon cu touchul defect, mai bine il luam din china ca la fel aveam garantie doar ca era mult mai ieftin.

I did try to call customer support several times a week every day, many times a day, I was waiting and waiting.
After 10 minutes came an announcement "Ne pare rau toti operatorii sint angajati intr-o alta convorbire, te rugam sa revii" and closed the call.
Terrible, terrible customer service !

About a month ago, I ordered a TV and a mini PC from Evomag. I placed the order during the weekend, so I called them Monday morning to see if they received my order. The person I talked to ensured me that both items were available. A couple of hours later, I received an email informing me that the mini PC was no longer available from the supplier. They recommended a similar product, but more expensive. I declined their offer and ordered the mini PC I wanted from another online shop. The TV was delivered in about 2-3 days and came in perfect condition...Thought they didn't do a great job this time, the 4 stars are for other orders I had no problems with...

They told me through SMS notification and on their customers support service that I would receive the product in 4 days. Today I called. They don't know when it's going to be delivered but not tomorrow anyway. Horrible!

Got 3 IT equipment's from them this year, and all where delivered ok.
If you need to call them you need to have a little patience. But the persons at the end of the line are nice and they will help you.
I will recommend this shop to anyone.

I ordered a product that was in retailer shop, not in they'res, then i received a text message saying that " Your order will be delivered in 7-10 days time..", so that bringed in my mind if they deliver it in 7th day i will receive it in 10th which was the last day i could wait for that product. But guess what? The product was delivered to me after 13 days so it will take at least 2 more days to be delivered so 15 days to deliver a product in 2016 is not nice! I bought headphones from china which i received in Romania just in 14 days, seems that between Romania-Romania is a grater distance then between China-Romania. This is they're only problem from my point of view, because this is not my first order from EVOmag that was late (same problem and with other orders from they're store). So EVOmag please solve your problems with delivery times, and you will be one of the best stores to buy from!

I have ordered a phone which according to the website was in stock and paid for it. One week later, as a response to my email, I receive the reply that the phone is not in stock and that they will not get it from their supplier, so I will receive my money back. 3 weeks later after this email I still do not have the money back. Unacceptable! Slow and ineffective communication with the staff and definitely they are not customer oriented!
Am facut o comanda, am platit cu op, si dupa 1 saptamana mi-au spus ca produsul nu e in stoc la furnizor si nici nu mi-l pot livra, dar o sa primesc banii inapoi. Dupa 3 saptamani de la plata, inca nu mi-au dat banii inapoi! Nu am nici bani nici produs!

I have ordered Monday, and I have been notified on Wednesday, that the product will arrive on Thursday.
I wasn't able to talk with the call center either.
Except this all was ok. The order was picked up quickly, and i was also informed about each step of the process by mail and by SMS

I've been buying electronics from different 3rd party sellers and each one of them used FAN Courier(never had problems with them) but evoMAG uses Cargus with which I had 1 very bad experience in the past and it seems like it happened once again. It took them 1 entire week to ship a small package in the country? I would've paid an extra 20 euro just to get it the following day.
