Paid for Yoga Pants back on 15.10.2019 as advertised and have not received them, nor had any communication from the company about the order. Very disappointed with this company. Would like my money back if you dont intend sending on the Yoga Pants.

Well I received the wrong order to begin with. I then attempted to contact evolve and left messages regarding my order in which no one bothered to call me back. I have now attempted to email customer service in Hope's they will call me back! This has been hands down the WORST customer service I have received.

Great company to work with! I had questions regarding one item and they were willing to send me a return label, but also told me I could cut the bottoms of the pant, so that solved my issue and I kept them. :)

I am very disappointed with your company. I have purchased a t-shirt on 6th of April. Unfortunately I have not received it yet. On top of that I don`t receive any reliable information from you. The communication with you is really hard. I am still waiting for my purchase or if I don`t receive it till the end of next week or at least to get any proper information from you when I will receive it, I will expect my money back. Good, but I was disappointed in the discount code I got for joining their mailing list. It said 10% off any purchase, but when I went to use it, I found it couldn't be used on sale items. I notified customer service by email and got no response. Also, they need to demand better service from USPS. My first package was lost because evidently sometimes USPS doesn't do periodic scanning (?) and lost my package, so they had to reship it to me. Still giving four stars because the service was great both times I called the customer service number.
