The website will no longer load on my devices, so I cannot cancel my subscription online. The paper in the box has a phone number of 18448050626 & states they are open 7am-11pm, when I call, the automation states 10am-6pm. When I call during those hours, as soon as I choose an option, I get hung up on. I cannot find a way to talk to a representative, nor cancel my subscription & will be charged again soon.

HORRENDOUS COMPANY. It really isn’t made clear that they are going to charge you HEAPS of money. I ordered the free trial because I wanted to TEST OUT the diapers, not sell my soul to a company. I will be calling shortly so I can get my money back. Please do not order from this company. It’s nlt actually a free trial if you don’t even get a chance to chose wether or not you want to buy from them. Absolutely despicable. And I want all my money back.

The everyday happy baby diapers are crap! My son's diaper always leak. The material they are made of is bogus, and they are over priced. I have to constantly change his diaper, (every 20 minutes) because they don't hold enough. I've tried going up a size or two and it always happens. It's so frustrating to have to constantly change his bedding in the middle of the night or his clothing during the day. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I have since transfered over to "The Honest Company" and let me say that I have never had a issue with them. They are 10 times better than everyday happy. My son loves all of their cute designs and most importantly he loves staying dry all night and I love not having to change him every 20 minutes. I had two everyday happy pack of diapers left and decided to dropped them off at the local goodwill, they can be somebody else's problem. Hopefully they'll have better luck with them than I did.

The company seems fine and when I canceled my free trial they were easy to work with. My issue is with their diaper rash cream. I just used it for two different kids an almost 2-year-old and a 3-and-half-year-old. One had a horrible rash from diarrhea and the other just a normal small one. I put the diaper cream on and they both started screaming in pain. I'm not sure what they put in this cream but it is anything but gentle. Buyer beware!

I have went through all the questions to find at the end they provide you offers nothing that is pertaining to the offer that you were entering into. Also they just give you more questions and more questions and no where does it say you have been entered into the drawings.

This is a joke. I ordered a "free" trial kit in November. I never received it. THEN, they charged my card for $135.25 for my "november box" when I had not even received my trail kit. I caught the charged and called them. the apologized and told me they would refund me my money. They even sent me a confirmation number stating they would refund my card. THEY NEVER DID! It is now December 23rd and it has been over a month dealing with them and they keep promising they are working on it but I don't believe a word they say. i even called UPS to verify they never delivered anything to our location! Total scammers. I have no idea how they haven't been shut down. I finally just made a claim with my credit card company. Do your self a favor and avoid at all costs. They are total scammers.

so I decided to go ahead and give them a try with their free trial.... Before I even had the chance to even give them a chance, they had charged me about $170!!!! I had tried to call them and tell them that I don't want to subscribe with them but they basically told me it was too late and that I can get refunded if I return everything. Problem is I would have to pay return shipping and restocking which is basically what I paid to begin with so I would be left with nothing.... I have to say the diapers are not even that good, and I have to use three wipes at a time so that they don't rip... Don't like it at all.... Then they ship me 5 packs of size 2 diapers that don't even fit my little one anymore... They should know that babies grow and should inquire about size every time they ship something out.... I have 5 packs of size two diapers that I can't even use .... Such a total scam.... Don't waste your time or money .. I have seen that they have done this too many people... Shame on them!

I purchased a trial package and before I knew it I had a box of diapers and an overdrawn account.I did not know that when purchaseing the trial package whould ment I subscribed.I called them and they said it was in the fine line,I decided to keep them and canceled anymore packages that would come and boy that was a fight..It has been a month and EVERYONE of the diapers has leaked. I put a call in for them to call me back and no call back yet.Not happy and want my money back.

I have not used all the products yet but I am happy with the ones I have tried so far and their customer service has been excellent. Everyone I have spoke to has been very nice and accommodating. My only hesitation is with pricing.

I purchased the free sample kit (just pay shipping) from Everyday Happy. My son has had the most sensitive skin ever since he was born, constantly breaking out in rashes and hives from the different body washes, lotions, creams, and diapers we tried on him. His skin never broke out when we used Everyday Happy's trial products! So happy we finally found a brand gentle enough for my son's sensitive skin! Can't wait to purchase full size products! The family care items are fine but the diapers and wipes are terrible! The diapers are stiff and were mangled and haphazardly manufactured. Some are folded and then folded again with the fasteners out and connected to other diapers. And they leak! The wipes are terrible too. They're folded without any system. I go to pull out one and get at least 5 because they're folded wrong. It's really inconvenient. Are they supposed to be pop up and they failed on exicution or are they mistakenly folded into each other? Either way it's extremely frustrating when changing a squirming baby.
I didn't even want the bundle package anyway. I got the trail and didn't like the diapers as soon as I got them. I called and cancelled immediately but a few days later I still got charged and they sent it. When I called to get a refund they told me I had to ship the package back at my expense! Seriously?? Very incompetent company.

I had ordered a free sample kit and was told that I would be automatically signed up for a subscription if I didn't cancel after receiving the order. So from the day I received it for the next 2 weeks I checked my account every single day to cancel and couldn't find a button to do so. I check my orders and it said that zero items were placed to ship. Then I see my bank account charged $171.00!! So I called customer service to tell them I tried to cancel and was THEN told I had to call to cancel. That would've been nice to have written somewhere on the website. So I asked them to cancel the order and please refund me. After about 45 minutes on the phone I was told that there would be a $20 restocking fee and $60 return fee that were non refundable! So Im still being charged $80 for a product I'm not even getting!! Very upset that they weren't more clear about how to cancel and very upset that I'm paying so much for absolutely nothing!!!

They contacted me and are refunding everything!!! I was so upset that I was going to be out a lot of money over this, but after I had contacted them and posted on their Facebook page they got a hold of me and apologized and have greatly earned my respect! Below is my original post and as you can read, I was mad!
I was given a freebie site for first time moms to be and from there clicked a link for a free sample of everyday happy products, had to pay 6$ for shipping but that was ok... Nowhere did it say I would be auto subscribed!!! I leave for a trip to visit family and return 3 weeks later to find not only a sample box, but a huge box of product as well. I open the small box only to find out that I needed to cancel the auto subscribe or be charged 171$+ dollars!!!!! I needed that money for a car seat for my baby! I get on the site and look up returns and it says that I will be charged 20$ for each collection sent for a restocking fee, they sent 3 collections in one box and I am responsible for paying to ship back?! So I will be out at least 70+ dollars for nothing!!! Does your company feel good about ripping off new moms? I will be going through the process of getting what money I can back, because I need that money desperately & canceling the service I didn't sign up for... Everyday Happy-from what I've read you have done this to tons of other mother's, shame on you!

I rarely write reviews or complaints. Generally I let it go and move on with my life, but I want others to be aware of what I experienced today so they can also keep an eye on their accounts.
I received an email confirmation for my first Diaper kit. It lists that the diaper kit at $79.95 and shipping is listed at $5.95, bringing my total to $85.90. When checking my bank account today I noticed $99.90 had been deducted from my checking account by Everyday Happy, so I called to discuss. I explained the situation and was told the Diaper kit costs $79.95 and shipping and handling was $19.95, bringing my total to $99.90. When I questioned this and explained the email (actually I received two emails listing the $85.90 final price) I had received I was told I was wrong and the email must have been a mistake. I can't afford to spend nearly $100 a month on diapers, but more importantly, I don't appreciate poor communication and customer service. I feel that Everyday Happy misrepresented itself and when caught in the act brushed it off as no big deal when there was over a $10 difference. Needless to say, I canceled my subscription.

I got the free trial, paid for shipping, got it in less than a week. But I never saw in the website I was gonna be subscribed for a monthly package which they charge almost $200 for it.
They fu$%&d up my bank account, they said there are not giving me my money back, because I tried cancel the same day they charge me the money their excuse was that "we already shipped out your package and once that is done we can't return you money, even tho I want to return the S&%$+Y DIAPERS THAT I USED WITH MY DAUGHTER AND SHE WAS GETTING WET EVERYTIME SHE WENT , SO I HAD TO CHANGE THE DIAPER CONSTANLY.

EverydayHappy is a good company. Good quality products. Had to cancel since I didn't read the fine print on the sample request. I didn't want a subscription service.
