Terrible experience. Purchased ticket flight and hotel package for Roma v Liverpool on the day of the draw to secure the best flights as we had very limited time off. 10 days after booking they informed me the flight was overbooked. The alternative offered was to go out a day earlier than planned and fly from Gatwick return to Stansted. We managed to get an additional day off work but asked for flights to and from the same airport and even gave them details of Easy Jet flights that worked. They refused the Easy Jet option with no explanation so I had no option but to cancel. The only thing I can say that is positive is the refund was processed without delay. Absolutely gutted I'm not going to this match.

I am not going to lie but I was so nervous about using a company like this but I can promise you this was one of the best trips we have done as a family, we cannot thank fooballbreak.co.uk enough for such an amazing trip and service we really truly could not fault anything from start to finish everything was so smooth flight and hotel selections were fantastic so many to choose from our hotel was amazing Barcelo Sants walking distance from Stadium and on top of the train station to get anywhere you like in Barcelona, then the seats we got for the match were unbelievable right near the pitch we could not believe it. Customer service from FootballBreak when I phoned and emailed them before going to ask silly questions because I was so nervous they were great so lovely every time. Made my sons birthday one to remember forever we really can't thank you enough.

When we booked our football they were just ordinary seats! When we collected them from the hotel we had been upgraded to vip.... Very nice surprise. Hotel was really nice and staff were very helpful and friendly 👍👍

we booked a 2 night stay in barcelona, from the 17th-19th. the game was barcelona vs Valencia, the game and atmosphere was incredible (although barcelona lost!), we upgraded tickets to category 2, which we felt was worth paying extra for, we had a great view of the game. we also did the museum tour which was fantastic. we stayed at 'hotel jazz' which is more in the heart of barcelona city, which was extremely clean and modern hotel, and situated in a perfect location for sight seeing. we would definitely use this company again, very easy and informative, we printed off out e-tickets before hand, which are scanned on the gates at the stadium. also a special thanks to Rebecca Reinders-Toussaint, who replied and kept us updated straight away regarding questions we had asked.
all in all a brilliant trip, and definitely recommend. will use again

I booked a Barcelona break for my husbands birthday which included watching Barcelona v Valencia at the Nou Camp. The team at FootballBreak were so helpful with all my questions and even helped to book the stadium tour which saved us time and money. Would recommend this site to footy fans and we all fell in love with the city of Barcelona and cannot wait to return soon.

I booked a weekend break through fooball break to stay in Barcelona and watch Barcelona play at home in the camp nou stadium. It was a surprise for my partners 30th. We both had an amazing time, Barcelona is a very beautiful city with lots to do and see, the football stadium was breathtaking it took 1 hour to get from the hotel to the stadium using the metro. Our hotel Attica21 was beautiful, it offered everything you would expect from a hotel with very friendly staff. It was a 5 minute walk to the metro which took you to any area of Barcelona with ease. I would highly recommend football break to everyone and have already done so. They had everything organised from start to finish with all the information needed for the entire trip. I found it really easy booking a trip with them .

Wonderful Experience, But!
Should have read what I was getting for all that money I shelled out.
Barcelona, Hotel Century Park:
"Twin Basic (2 Beds) Economy (Breakfast)"
Meant a very small room overlooking an interior courtyard towards
peoples smalls hanging from grubby neighbouring apartment balconies
Barcelona, Match Ticket:
Paid for Seating upgrade (Category 2)
Category 2 is the Lowest and Middle Tiers behind the goals.
Ours was Category 2(-), only 7 rows from the front on a shallowing slopping surface.
Would love to have been in the Middle Tier where I could have at least witnessed Lionel Messi scoring his goal without people in front standing and blocking my view.
Nevermind, at least I saw it on UK TV whne I returned home.

I would like to say what a wonderful time my son and I had on our first visit to Barcelona thanks to FootballBreak.co.uk.
From the time of first booking the trip everything was very well organised.
After taking a taxi to the hotel from the airport we spent most of the day walking along the sea front where there was numerous activities going on something to accommodate everyone.
That evening we arrived at Camp Nou early to take in the atmosphere. We wasn't disappointed.
Barcelona went on to win 6-0 we had a great view behind the goal where they scored 5 of the 6 goals.
The following day we took the open top hop on-hop off tour bus to tour the city.It was amazing.
Massive thanks to FootballBreak.co.uk for a fantastic experience can't wait for the next trip.

Just back from our trip to Madrid derby as a treat for my dad. Everything was incredibly well organised - flights on time, apartment perfect, match tickets waiting for us at reception and 10 min walk to stadium. Stayed 3 nights so did a bit of sightseeing - a beautiful city. Stadium tour was brilliant. Atmosphere at match amazing. Told football breaks when i booked that my dad was elderly and sight failing a bit - we got front row seats right next to pitch so he had perfect view. Definitely use the Metro - very cheap and easy to get around the city. Thank you to football breaks for making my 77 year old dad's trip of a lifetime - cannot recomnend your company enough .......

Very well organised trip, fantastic experience. No problems with flight booking, hotel was excellent in a great location. Tickets delivered on time and waiting for us, with great seats, close to the pitch. Barca won 6-0 and we saw 5 goals right in front of us.
Totally recommend football break, you pay a premium over the face value of the ticket for the privilege, but well worth it. I will book again with my son... Real Madrid next

I booked a trip to see AC Milan v Lazio for my partners birthday. Milan is a fabulous city, great shopping, fabulous food and amazing architecture. The Ibis Hotel was basic but clean and stylishly decorated. We used the Metro to get to the game which was very convenient and cheap. My only draw back was that I felt we shouldn't have been advised to take a taxi to the Hotel. The price was extortionate at 110 Euro. There is a coach to and from the Airport at 10 Euro each way which goes every 20 mins from the Airport to the main Train Station which is a bout 10 mins walk to the hotel. I would definitely visit again and use Football Breaks for another game - just do your research before you go!

Well organised, hotel not up to standard, restaurant not open , tickets to football too expensive bearing in mind face value, FootballBreaks need to review package although as indicated organised trip was as stated. Bob and Judith Henshall.

I am not a seasoned traveller, but FootballBreak removed all anxiety and made the process so easy for me and my boys. It was a brilliant experience all round, form the match at Camp Nou to the location of our hotel. We were so well looked after by everyone. Barcelona I am sure we are coming back to be entertained and dazzled again!

The break was for 6 people and somehow we got tickets to sit next to each other at the Nou Camp. We stayed at the Senator Spa which is in walking distance to the football ground. I can thoroughly recommend the Hotel and Football Breaks. This is the third time I have used Football Break and will certainly use them again.

I took my son Jamie to see Real Madrid for his16th birthday. It was a fantastic trip which went like clockwork. Our hotel was well positioned around 20 mins by metro from the stadium and 10 mins from the city centre. We printed our tickets at home which was fine. We chose the cheapest seats and was up in 4th tier up but the view was great. I would highly recommend booking via footballbreak.co.uk and I will definitely be going to another match in the future.
We also did the stadium tour which was surprisingly good with lots of history in the museum. A must for all football fans.
Tips: use the metro it's cheap and easy. When you go to the match get your return ticket when you arrive at Santiago Bernabeu station so you already have it and won't have to join the large queues at the ticket machines after the game.
Do the stadium tour later in the day. You can just turn up. There were large queues to get in at 10am but by 1pm no queue.

Once again FootballBreak.co.uk excelled in their reliability in coming up with the goods . This is the second time I have used them and cannot fault them . My ticket was promptly delivered to my Hotel upon arrival , one has the choice to customise their trip that gives you a very independant travel experience . With Barcelona and now Real Madrid , I had two very good breaks and it is all down to Footballbreak.co.uk , so well done , you truly are a very good operator that I have recommended to numerous people .

I organised a trip for the Barcelona vs Valencia game through football breaks, which included game tickets, flights and hotel. Easy to book and good that you can pay in instalments. A very minor hiccup with airport check was quickly resolved with one telephone call. Very well organised, I'd recommend using football breaks.

A brilliant experience and wonderful day.
You always have a doubt in your mind when travelling without match tickets but that proved to be false. Everything clicked into place and ran like clockwork.
I am retired now and a visit to El Clasico was on my 'bucket list'. I wasn't disapointed.

Football break doesn't matter who your going with... The lads, girlfriend or a father and son weekend... It's fantastic! Simply to book as a package, football tickets given to you on arrival on nice hotel and not that expensive to see some of the worlds best players play the beautiful game. Went football break on my 18th birthday to Real Madrid and loved it! Went Barcelona last week with my girlfriend and loved it! Believe it or not I am currently on another one about to watch the mighty Atletico Madrid! Would like to go Germany next as I feel I have done the big Spanish teams. Would highly recommend for anyone who takes an interest in football!

Definitely a different hotel though staff friendly. Info on getting home from Camp Nou after the game. By the way, the stadium is horrid - no jumbo screen, no info on teams and players, no replays. That was a huge surprise!
