Easy to deal with, straightforward, honest, and fair. I have traded a couple times with Essential Watches, and I enjoyed the experience both times. I have recommended them to others, and will continue to do so. They are a professional watch shop.

I bought HD3 model from these Co., their service is rather fast and professional (maybe not so fast as Switzerland Boutiques, while prices of last are higher).
We had some problems with documentation, while i consider that it's not EW mistake, and it's not a big problem in general.
Recommended.
