I've wasted so much of my time with this company - all their resources appear to be focused on building a green community, rather than serving individual customers.
The bills are erratically spaced, with often no formula; online bills are different from ones sent by letter; I've also had one phishing email from an account claiming to be from Enercoop, demanding a micro-payment to a different bank account called Enercoop (which suggests to me that they had a data breach).
If you think EDF are bad...then try this one.
[Update: Enercoop don't respond to multiple emails querying bills; if it's too 'challenging' ie too much 'challenge' for them, they simply switch off and ignore it.]
[Update: to get a final and accurate bill has taken me 14 emails to Enercoop, and wasted several hours of my time. The bill when it came was also nonsense. I suspect deep fraud within the financials of this company.]
[Update: the story continues. Getting an accurate final bill from Enercoop seems impossible. They sent me a 'final' bill saying I owe 'zero' then when I enquire they say it's not correct I still need to pay over E100 (no bill sent states this). Honestly, I don't know how this company is still in business.]
[Update: even after all bills are paid and my account closed, it's impossible to delete the online profile. It has taken me 4 emails and I am still waiting for them to stop using my profile online. Of course they are still sending me promo material to the registered email address, even after my account is closed.
Really, this company are beyond useless.]
