They are a bunch of crooks, I bought a mod box 2 months ago and it has gone wrong, battery door is screwed. They are now saying that they can't replace or refund unless it's within 14 days.

I ordered a vape juice that was on sale the shipping was fast and free but the juice was so dark it was almost black it was so disgusting they gave me a coupon but I don’t even know if I wanna use it on more disgusting juice they must store them in a really bad place for it to be that dark and disgusting. Order from vaping.com or breazy way better quality vape juices.

They are good in price and fast shipping, But they advertise free shipping but it’s not, They charge 9.99 for shipping because they ship it to have a adult sign for it , so it’s not free shipping have ordered from several others and never had them charge for a signing

I love this company. The first time I ordered they were wonderful! The shipping was free and arrived in 3 days. I can't say enough of how easy, safe and secure their website is. I have read some bad reviews and it seems many are from a different country. Shipping internationally is always a problem. As for me, I had no problems at all and I'm looking forward to many more transactions!

Order the first time paid extra for fast delivery I received it in six days but product was good. The second time they sent me deffected pods the juice kept either falling, or nothing would come out. Beware! They do not offer refunds on open items my advice to you is do not risk your hard earned money for deffected pods.

*WARNING* DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
They take your money for your online order and leave you sitting in limbo if your order is ever gonna ship. Each time you order, it takes longer and longer for them to even ship your order out, whilst in the meantime you send them emails inquiring about your order to which they NEVER reply. The worst customer service I've ever seen! No legit business would ever treat their customers in this manner!
I'm currently 10 days since placing my order and they've had my money in a matter of seconds of placing it! I get no response EVER! They haven't even created a shipping label yet! Last order the label was created after having waited almost 2 weeks after placing it, and the order still didn't go out for several days after that! It takes 2 days to receive it when shipped. My last order took almost 2 weeks after the label was created to get it because they never actually shipped it for almost a week!!
This is not a legit business! They do not care about their customers! They don't even as much as reply with any explanation or anything. They ignore your inquires. Never a reply back.They pretty much are con artists.

I was thrilled when I found all the juices I use on one site.
But it was too good to be true.
For no reason they canceled my order right after it was made. I called and the idiot I talked to said there was no way the order was going through on that card.
And yet somehow they managed to take the money out of my bank account anyway. So I was lied too and then ripped off.
Since this is a screw up on their side, they are taking their time fixing it. This is unacceptable and completely incompetent.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

yeah there selection is pretty good but once i received an order with bottle missing they refunded me but they were very rude about it saying next time this happens we wont refund you as if am lying to them i could have lied about the whole order not just a bottle so

They contacted me to let me know the flavor may need to steep or sit for a few days. It took a couple days for this to happen. I suggest they make sure it's ready before shipping.

Free shipping, great prices, huge selection, one HUGE negative. All the onsite reviews are junk, they wont allow non-positive reviews. The minute you write anything about any product that's even slightly negative they invalidate your review. 7 orders 15 requests to review products, and only my 5 star positive reviews were posted all others invalidated. If you review the products on other sites your fine. If you dislike hustles and scams and expect honesty than buy elsewhere.

Great service, great selection of products & lots of efficient delivery options if you are ordering for international delivery. Prices can be a little on the high side on some products & cheaper on others which balances out really. Any customer service interactions I've had with this company have always been efficiently resolved. I've ordered many times before & will order many times again. If you're thinking about using them, do it, you won't be disappointed!

Ordered three ejuices totaling 240ml to be shipped overseas. The country I was shipping to doesn't allow more than 120ml, unknown to me. Thought they would have been aware of this and warned me. When I contacted them, pretty dismissive, borderline sarcastic response that I should have checked, nothing they can do, contact the shipping company and it's all in the terms and conditions. Didn't explain what my options were to return them. When I asked the shipping company how much to return, they told me it would cost $156, more than the entire order. No idea why so expensive. Worst online retail experience of any sector, though at the end they did 'apologize for any inconvenience.' Be careful about using them and double check local regs if ordering for overseas.

I have bought from them and they were wonderful. I ordered a little over hundred dollars worth of juice and afterwards I realized I forgot to get my free shipping and contacted them and they responded so quick and credited my account . The people there are very kind and they are very responsible . They do everything in a very timely matter and are happy to do so . Normally I am wary when it comes to buying from a site without PayPal but I am really happy I did . The prices here are amazing so this will be my go to store for ejuice. Thanks E liquid.com

I've been ordering from them for about a year. I love them! I've ordered big orders and little orders and they have always been perfect. They have great deals that I can usually plan my orders around them and save a bunch of money. Shipping has always been just as expected and a few times earlier than I expected. I recently strayed and ordered from another company and I regret it so much! I blame stress and I wasn't thinking. The other company completely messed up my order. I was able to order from eliquid.com and that order got here 4 days before my 'fixed' order. They've had my juice when my vape shop has been out of stock and eliquid is now my preferred method to buy juice. I will never stray online again. Lol, it sounds like I was paid for this but I promise I wasn't. It's just so rare that a company does what they say they will and they have earned my loyalty.

UK buyers beware of import customers charges and extra courier charges upon delivery mine racked up to over 50% extra cost or u.p.'s would not deliver.
After contacting customer services I was told I should have read the small print.
Make what you want of that but if you order make sure your prepared for a large extra bill on delivery.

i ordered for over 160$ across the sea, since my package got stuck in the airport and i didnt wanna pay 230$ in tax i called eliquid to get a refund, they told me that i should contact the shipping company and tell them that they should return the package so i could get a refund, 2 weeks later when i called them to check on, eliquid had called them and said that they should destroy the package... just so they didnt have to send back my money. eliquid is a corrupted site and should never be trusted!

Disgraceful company. Ordered eJuice, bottles came empty, they had leaked in transit. ELiquid.com refused point blank to replace my order. Avoid at all costs.

So I ordered 60ml juice and 2 packs of coils from them Saturday morning around 8-9AM. Monday 3PM comes around and I just got the email for them doing processing. Keep in mind that I ordered priority shipping.
Yes I understand that once its given to USPS its out of their hands. That wasn't the problem, I simply called in to ask about why it took from very early Saturday to Monday afternoon to finish processing. Here is the kicker, it hasn't even been shipped, the label was created, that's it.
So after the customer support rep couldent do anything, I talked to their manager (Joe). Because of my own confusion (which I take blame for), the manager apparently got very upset, started yelling, basically screaming at me. He stated that he did not care about my business and that the company makes tons of orders anyway.
He hung up on me as i was (in a calm voice) trying to explain and state the exact problem so if someone went to look at the recording they could see i was being clear, calm, and precise.
I called their sales department and asked to speak to a different manager. Guy named Pete answered and was VERY VERY helpful and understood. He was nice about the whole situation, he was understanding of my confusion because i was in shock to what had just happened. He apparently took this to the COO level or something like that which i do appreciate a lot. So Pete if you read this thank you very much!
However, in the end nothing happened other than me getting a 5 dollar refund for shipping. They asked if i wanted anything to happen and im not the type of person to say "Yeah I want this this this and that" Im just not. In my professional opinion I think they should have just offered something regardless and emailed it to me. Of course I want compensation for what just happened. The manager just screamed at me on the phone... wow. But again I'm not going to be that type of person. I was never looking for anything more than an explanation in the first place.
So Pete, you get a 5/5, Joe the lowest it will let me go is a 1/5 but I'd give you a 0/5. The company as a whole 2/5 I would say just cause I like the juice and coils are reliable.
Oh by the way, previously when I had ordered from them, I had juice spilling out when I opened the package but I never called them cause no one really cares about 3-4 ML spilled out. But i feel like after this I should just throw that in there.
TDLR: Customer service manager screamed at me and hung up. They offered no compensation other than 5 dollars back and I was hesitant to ask for anything more.
