After purchasing a wooden urn cremation box they didn't put the correct date on it and the bracelet isn't what I ordered and did not come with a complimentary kit to do undone to place ashes into it. I have sent email informing them and they questioned me "what is that not correct" even when I sent off a photo of the mistake and my order. After sending many other emails all week they have not responded to one of them. This is not good business and you don't treat people poorly by questioning them when something has been pointed out to them in a photo details. Also my items didn't come until 3 months after purchase and I had to continuously ask when I'd be receiving my goods.
$567 is a lot of money and I'm mad with myself for not reading their reviews first because they're not good.

Our Mother died on 12-21-15. We placed the order for the Urn and paid for a Rush fee. We totally understood that there could be a delay due to the Christmas holiday. Today is 12-28-15, we have not received the Urn! We have called multiple times, emailed them and even tried to text them to no avail. Seriously, not even the courtesy of a call back at a time when we are hurting and grieving for our Mother. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you expect any sort of customer service
