Terrible! Their all emails goes to spam. They charge you and don't refund any money even they do not deliver any emails and quality.
Their support is a disaster... It's worst of what I got in my entire life. They do not read answers, they just write some nonsense. They tell me that they fixed my issue but none from 5 tests were successful.

I don't get the negative reviews here. Fort several years now I've used ElasticEmail for my business (paid account), and also for a non-profit (free account). I use it for both transactional and marketing emails, and also use their API. I have very little to complain about. The interface is easy to navigate, the API is easy to use, and the cost is really good (at least based on when I shopped for email providers).

they randomly block / suspend accounts without explanations. you basically have to find another email supplier when your account's blocked because no matter how you ask they'll never tell you the reason. And this is probably the only mailing company that forces double opt-in for customers to receive their order confirmations. If you have a shopping site that wishes to tell customers their orders are shipped, don't waste time even trying this company.

This company is literally THE most tragic experience I've ever had. As one of the reviewers wrote, their own emails go to spam immediately. Seriously? Then after having a lot of troubles with the dashboard as it didn't show any of the campaigns that I was creating, I managed to send one campaign to 25K people divided to 5K per day as I was testing the service and this the limit they allow daily. But then out of nowhere my account got locked and the status was "Under review" since a "whopping" 0.016% of recipients (it's 4 (!) people out of 25K) marked my campaign as spam. Today, after 34 days my account is still locked, even though my associate sent 2 emails with full info about our company, the website and the product, etc. They still "investigate", but we got a bunch of links with their acceptable use policy and other terms and conditions.
On the top of all that, there is no way to close the account, which is completely ridiculous. And I'm pretty sure is totally against the recently introduced GDPR. We had to send an email with closing request.
The two stars I gave is solely for the fact that all emails have been delivered. But trust me, it's not worth it considering the overall super stressful experience. Do you research, calculate everything and although EM may seem like a good choice it's not. Stay away.
EDIT after EM response (since there is no option to reply): There is a huge difference between taking spam seriously and just locking the account because a few recipients just clicked "mark as spam". According to EM anti-spam policy, if I exceed amount of 0.1% (10 out of 10K sent) emails marked as spam, my account will be suspended and I will need to contact our support team for advice. Seriously? When your own emails went directly to my spam after I registered at EM? And I did send not one but two emails about the account being "under review" plus I filled some form about the my company. Yet, 34 days was too short for EM to investigate. Again, stay away.

Don't waste your time with this company. Or using their own words - "You will need to find another provider."
In a couple of hours after the first newsletter to about 1200 addresses of my OWN list of subscribers went out, the arrogant email from Elastic Email came 'Your Account ******* has been permanently disabled by an administrator and all in progress email has been canceled' without any explanations and offer to look for the answer on the support forum. Note, there was not a single complain, unsubscribe or bounce.
Eventually, I found out they don't allow affiliate marketing content (along with many others).
Explaining that it was my own subscribers who signed up to receive these newsletters only resulted in telling me they do not allow the content and I need to find another provider.
You bet I will! And so will many others users too!

When the account verification email went to my spam folder. I guess I should have know then this company would be a complete waste of time.
They offer 150,000 email deliveries per month for free, limited to 5,000 per day. This sounds great! They are the bulk email specialists! Wrong! If your list has any incorrect or bounced emails, they suspend your account, and you need to plead with them to reactivate. Even then, your queue of emails never send, they just sit there doing nothing - with the campaigns marked as sent, but zero activity or emails sent. They blame this on "throttling" but failed to give any explanation why a cleaned double-opt in list with a generic GDPR email should be throttled.
Support is $210 per month, but the support is terrible - I mean, they ask questions, don't read answers and reply with canned responses that are inaccurate.
Don't trust these people with your email lists - it is a waste of your time.

They said that you can use free 150,000 email sending credit. But after you register, they will set you account as "under review", then you'll asked for a payment $150 for activate your account and use your free email sending credit.
The payment if you pay via Paypal they will ask as a "Pre-approved contract" via Paypal.
Then they suddenly disable your account without any notification. You're unable for login. if you want to contact support, they'll ask for a premium support with $7/ a day.
Bad service ever,
