My internet should be working for 3 weeks now. But it doesn't because they can't find a key and very obviously can't be bothered to try and solve this problem. The other day I found out that 4 more people who live in my building have the same problem. Some of them are waiting for more than a month now.
The customer service is rude and unhelpful.
This is definitely the worst internet provider I have ever come across.

Waiting for months for internet. Refer you to other companies. All other companies send you back to them. Nobody can give an answer as to why you cannot get the internet connected. Useless! l would NOT recommend them to others.

Bad Bad. I want to write as bad as i can for these guys. I am waiting for more than a month now to get the fibre line. 1st time mechanic came and he did some stupid thing and said i don't have equipment to complete. I will come back next wk to complete it. No call from Reggfibre next wk. I gave a call and i was told that you need a new appointment. Why the hell i have to wait for some more days when it is your fault? Still i booked another, as other customers said, NO SHOW on 2nd appointment. Again NO CALL from reggefibre. So called again and i was asked let me check with my supervisor whats wrong and wait on call which went for more than 15 mins and no answer. And i was told that i need another appointment. What the hell is this. Is this a joke or service?? I think there should be fine on these guys....
