Everything is fine with the item I bought, only delivery was too complicated..
I expected delivery from Netherland to Belgium will take around 2-3 working days, but I took more then a week.
As far as understood from tracing, the item was not in Netherland and it took more time.
For the rest is fine.

This was the first time that I ordered with eGlobal. The company seems to be registered in Hong Kong, thus the delivery time I guess. But the price was very good. In the end, the order (action camera) came on time and the product seems to be all in order. I have now used my camera for 10 days and I am happy with it.

I wish I had read some reviews before buying from these people. I bought an underwater camera from them but it got water damage when I first used it. Because their "camera" returns policy doesn't include water damage they will not replace.
Totally ridiculous that an under water camera that let's in water is not covered.

After 1 year my Phone is broken and i can't let it repair for free or payed because there is only 1 year of garanty and the Phone comes from Asia. I didn't know that. But if i would have known i would't be buying it at e-global Central.
They are not willing to help me what ever they say below this text.

they are one of the worst companies i dealt with. my order (apple airpod) wasnt shipped after 12 days , their "own" shipment tracking is a joke. they lied about the order being delivered to the shipping company, and till now nothing has been shipped.
contacted them several times asking for my moneyback and they said they will not refund me.because my order is sent. while they say that my order is also delayed.
it is a scam, so watch out

It seems be an Fraud company.
I wondered A phone Samsung galaxy s10+ and I paid for It 719 EUR, the carrier lost it and they return me 22 EUR (on Carrier web page is indicated that they return 520 EUR for lost packages), not bad for them, it seems they put all my money in their pockets or they sent to me something else which cost 22 EUR for what I paid 719 EUR .
I wrote to European Customer Center and they told that they cannot handle because the company is from Hong Kong, China.
I wrote to the Honk Kong Consumer Center and the EGlobal Central Nederland didn't give any response to them, also they a not responded to the any phone call. The Honk Kong Consumer Center contacted them by phone and email.
I was to the police they already started to investigated this case. If someone else have the same problem don't give up and join me against them.
- informed my bank regarding this company to block all transfers to them.
- started a dispute with them on Hong Kong court, I hope that they not fake and they located same where else than Honk Kong.
- will do other things which I have to decide.
eGlobal Central Nederland is a very dubious company and they distributed in a lot of countries: juridically in Honk Kong, bank accounts in France, Germany and Nederlands, stocks in other country or may by they do not have any stocks and using other companies stocks, so they don't have any risks, all risks was transferred on customer part!
I think that they a not paying any taxes and their produces introduced in European Union as contraband or they sanding fake produces. Also they located juridically in Honk Kong but not physically, so you risk a lot with them, you have to be very carefully if you decided to go with them.
I think that the some comments here was added here, by their self.
Don't by from them, is very difficult to handle a dispute with them, you risk to lose your money.

Ordered a xiaomi phone never received it after 2 weeks of waiting then after contacting them they told me that the product is out of stock and they couldn't bring more of it so they cancelled my order and told me that they will refund my money

I ordered the 2nd of August and still waiting for it.
This is the status: "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible."
Their contact page is completely useless and there is no way to get assistance.

Unfortunately it is not possible to rate this company lower than 1 star. I have ordered a GoPro with some accessories on April 13th 2019. We are now in September (almost 5 months further!) and I still haven't received my order, neither got my money back.
I have spend more than €400 and the only answer I get from the customer service are the automatic generated replies from a Gerda Lanacken. The tracking of DPD hasn't changed since I the order has been 'sent': "Order information has been transmitted to DPD". Even DPD hasn't received my order, so according to eGlobal Central the only thing they can do is putting a claim at DPD. Ridiculous the leave me as a customer empty handed as they have a problem with their chosen transport company.
Probably they will reply to this review with the standard generated answer as you have seen with the other reviews.
If they are able to solve this problem shortly I will adjust this review, otherwise I can only advise: be pennywise and DO NOT ORDER HERE!

no communication whatsoever. They dont respect their shipping times nor their delivery times. They ship from honk kong so delivery time is unpredictable. I prefer to pay few euros more to buy from a european company.

Flipping hell! DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING HERE.
You won't be able to receive any update on your shipment. NOTHING. NO customer service response. what on earth is this!?
Horrendous. are these people leaving positive reviews hired by the company or what?! It's been in the "processing" status and requested cancellation but still no response what so ever. I'm for sure going to withdraw my fund back through credit card protection service. It's a complete scam site.

Follow Up of my review of 12 days (!) ago...
I did receive the ordered phone today. Yeah!!!!
After writing several emails to [email protected] and [email protected] in my own language (Dutch) I received an obviously not computer generated mail back. Lots of apologies and telling me they had learned several lessons. All problems were solved and I could expect the package within 14 days.
The tracking system however didn't show any action at all. Only the day before yesterday DHL showed a message that they had received the package in Hongkong waiting for instructions..... And all of a sudden yesterday I received a message that the package would be delivered at my door today. And that's what happened.
In 4 separate orders I bought a camera, a lens, a cheap smartphone and an expensive one. All 4 deliveries went according to what Eglobal communicated. OK, normally it takes 2 weeks, but the prices are really low.
So only this last order went wrong but is solved now. And to be honest, it is not the fact that I had to wait so long but what's so annoying is that Eglobal is so bad at communicating and at some point I coudn't find any way to contact them. Finally you have to rely completely on emailing to [email protected] and [email protected] and to be faithful...

Two years ago I purchased a DSLR and later a lens at Egloba Central and all went well. Now my son has ordered a smart phone, payed also for the "Express Economy Insured" shipping and after 6 weeks there is still no delivery in sight.
According to Eglobal the phone is 'locked" at the customs office in Hongkong all the time and Eglobal is saying that, because that is not their fault, they are not responsible. They did sent a standard message: "Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer a refund or new shipment until the package is unlocked."
So as long as that status does not change we have no right to cancel the order and get the money reimbursed or a new delivery.
Getting in contact with Eglobal is not possible and up until now we only received computer generated responses to our emails. We have serious doubts whether Eglobal is ever going to contact us and will solve this in a descent way.
I will keep you informed about every real step (not computer generated emails) Eglobal will take towards us. That means that when you don't read any update from me, my son has not received his phone nor got his money back.
To be continued... (hopefully for my son, for you ...and Eglobal !)
