When I opened the box some of the buds on the hyacinth heads were lying loose in it. the flowers appeared to be dying. I followed the instructions , trimming the stalks and immersing the bunch in water . After 4 hours some had perked up a little the rest remained droopy. By Tuesday all were nearly dead. What a disappointment, not only to me on Mother's Day but to my son and Daughter in Law who had paid for them . On a positive note , I heard that other recipient's bouquet ( of roses )was "fine" and the chocolates were delicious so I guess that I was just unlucky .

Flowers arrived 2 hours before delivery time. Left in a hot porch, chocolates were warm! NO flower food in box. Many leaves were broken and twisted. Had to throw 6 flowers out next morning as they were dead! Rang company, they were sending a replacement next day.....they didn't turn up. Rang them again, next day they sent one bunch and NO flower food. Rubbish...don't use them, shop elsewhere.

My dear girlfriend was struggling getting back into school as a teacher while dealing with the gloomy, cool weather (she's a summer girl), so I thought I'd scrape up the few bucks I had to send a beautiful bouquet to her school. The first photo is what I ordered, the pile of crap in the second is what was delivered. Basically, it turned a sweet and loving gesture into utter embarrassment for her. The rep from Eflowers, who sounded like a 19 year old boy, had no empathy (of course) and attempted to set up a time for the company to pick up the flowers from her work so they could refund my money, which would of course meant further embarrassment. You would think the pictures I sent would be good enough. This happened over a year ago and every time I've thought about leaving a review, I was too busy. But this should tell you how much I despise this company that I'm still upset enough to complain over a year later!

Never order from this company the flowers are rubbish, the delivery was a such high standard they had to get Yodel to deliver the flowers, and it was fantastic playing the guess game on the ETA, it took Yodel the whole day to deliver the flowers, and when the flowers finally arrived it was dead, lifeless and dried, flowers turned up not in any type of water and the box which the flowers was in was damaged so was the flowers, I wasn't expected the flowers to be in a box, wow such high standard!, Eflorist you could of ruined the occasion anymore, and the day, I should've gone to Tesco or sainsbury's or even Pound stretchers,
If you want to get disappointment then I highly recommended these cowboys, even the cows can run a better flower delivery company then them

I ordered flowers for my mother who was in hospital and selected a specific arrangement that came with a reusable mug. When she sent me picture of what she received it was completely different arrangement in normal vase. The local florist who fulfilled order told me eflowers approved the substitution and indicated it was approved by customer (me). I did not receive a courtesy call asking or informing me of substitution and do not feel the substitute was anything close to wheat i ordered and was not worth the amount of money paid. I called customer service and was told I would be contacted back in 24 hours. I have not received a phone call and do not expect one at this point. I would tell people to order form any site except theirs as they do not care about customer service or fulfilling orders as presented on website. A simple phone call-as they indicated occurred but was not true- to customer regarding substitutions is all I would request. I will tell everyone I know do NOT order from them, there are many other vendors who care about their business more and have integrity.

Just want to mention eflowers were awful, from the ordering system, the customers service and canceling and not delivering my order on the delivery date. I'm not sure if they are even a legal business or not or how they are still opereratin. awful service, will never order from them again

I ordered an all purple bouquet for my sister's birthday. I upgraded to the 'better' arrangement. The description said Good=9 stalks, Better = 14. My sister's arrangement had 8 stalks. There were 3 WHITE roses, and 5 of one type of purple stalk. That equals 8 stalks. So, she didn't even receive the correct amount for a 'good' arrangement. Not to mention that there were only 2 shades in there.. Purple and white, even though the description said: inspires, with it's fascinating cool shades of light and dark. Bringing together a collection of purple's finest blooms, this enchanting bouquet offers a combination of the swirling petals of lavender roses, the fragrant stalks of purple and lavender gilly flower, and purple statice accented with clusters of green button poms and lush greens. "....
What is was heavy on was a whole bunch of large green leaves that I have never seen in a floral bouquet in my left.

I normally read reviews before using a company and didn't this time--huge mistake. I ordered a sympathy plant for an employee on 5/21/2018 to be delivered on 5/22/2018. When a week passed and the employee had not mentioned anything about the plant, I inquired only to learn that she had not received a plant at all. Of course, the company had no trouble charging my credit card for the non-existent plant. I proceeded to call multiple times over the course of several days--each time told by the answering service that I would get a call back from the florist the same day. Fed up, I finally called today and asked to speak the manager of the answering service (they didn't want to pass the phone to her, but finally relented) and she said she would email the manager of the florist. I did get a call today and he tells me that they were having trouble finding a florist in the area--yet no one thought to let me know??? If I had not called they would be $70 richer and my employee still wouldn't have a plant. I finally said refund my credit card and I will now work on sending a sympathy plant to my employee 2 weeks after her loss. This place needs to be shut down--from the other reviews it appears that they do this ALOT.

They don't care if you get your order. Called over 7 times no answer. The answering service takes so much info and still nothing is done.

This was by far the worst service I have ever received. It was impossible to track my delivery. They apparently use 3rd party florists who lack communicating with them. I contacted them on numerous occasions because each time I spoke to a representative, I would get told something different about my order. I was advised they would call me back once contact was made with the florist. No call back. I advised that the delivery needed to be made before the end of business day, which is 3PM for a school. It was made afterwards, and the recipient had left. I spoke with a very rude manager, Alex, who lacked professionalism and customer service and interrupted me as I expressed my concerns. He even insinuated that my calls to their company was bothersome. I was told I would receive an email notification upon delivery. I did not! It was just overall a horrible, unsatisfactory experience that I would wish upon no one. To improve service, there should be a system set up to track the delivery, so calls do not have to be made to a representative. Especially, when you are made to feel unappreciated, and your business does not matter!

Eflowers had my order prepared and delivered same day as promised. These were for my mother for Mother's Day so with all the bad reviews I was worried she might not receive them. However, I ordered around 10am, as eflower's same day policy states orders to be received same day must be placed by noon, and my mom received her arrangement at her office at around 3pm. The arrangement was beautiful and included all of the flowers in the design on the website. Even now, a week later the flowers are still fresh-looking, lively, and gorgeous. I know eflowers contracts out to local florists, but they managed my order perfectly...it truly made my mother's day.

I ordered a $90 bouquet for my son and his wife's 1st anniversary. The bouquet was called "Color Craze" which included the most beautiful colors and I bought "the best" which was to be a huge bouquet of color. What they received was a small, literally a hand full of pale daisy's and lilies that anyone could pick up at the local grocery store check out line. I tried to contact them four times and could only get their answering service. No one ever called me back. I tried contacting them through email ... nothing. After contacting my credit card company to stop payment, they refunded half the amount. I have disputed that as well. I am very surprised that FTD allows them to use their name on their site.

If you want your flowers to arrive on time, don't use eflowers. They'll be late. Guaranteed. Don't use this service. Customer service is a third party who has no interest in helping track down your delivery. They are the worst. Use 1800 flowers instead.

Same story as everyone else. Flowers not delivered, and now response from company after 4 calls and 4 emails. We should all contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.

I ordered large white lilies for a FUNERAL arrangement and when I arrived at the church there was nothing but CLOSED buds. NO blooming flowers at all. 3 calls later I finally got a call back and from a $100 arrangement they would give me the $17 service fee back. DO NOT use them. This is a HORRIBLE company. Not sure how they are still in business!!!

They deducted the money from my account before they even coordinated services with a florist. I received a message that they couldn't locate a florist in the area (I managed to find one to actually get some flowers delivered). I attempted to call them back right away at the number provided and could only reach an answering service. I left a message. No response. I left 3 additonal messages since I can only reach the answering service. I was trying to send flowers to my sister because her elderly father in law was murdered during a car jacking. I had to contact a different, local florist to get flowers delivered and here I am still fighting with this company to just get a return call and my money back. I wish they had a yelp account. They should get a negative star review

eFlowers got back to me by email. They contended the only problem with the arrangement was the lilies had not yet opened. They offered to go get the arrangement and refund my money; replace the arrangement with another like it; refund the handling cost of $17.99 and I keep the arrangement. I told them to keep their money and mine. No amount of opening is going to salvage that scraggly mess. My sister-in-law bought roses and gladiaolas, filled in to make a beautiful arrangement. She's working on constructing a new, printed card with no spelling error underneath the correction.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother's birthday today, May 31, 2018 on eflowers.com It was to be delivered today. I got a confirmation email at 7:45 am. At 12:07 pm I missed a call from 857-500-4092 with a voicemail from "Patrick" stating that they're having trouble locating a florist in that part of Connecticut and to call as soon as possible 1-800-770-7404. I called that number at 12:16 pm where I was told it was an answering service. I had to give them all of my personal information including reference number, name, phone number, address, and the recipient's name and address (it wasn't accessible to the answering service even though I placed all of this online) and was told my call would be forwarded and I would receive a call back. At 1:13 pm, I've yet to hear back anything so I call back again. I was told all the same things and asked all the same questions. I ask the woman if there is a manager or supervisor of the flower company I could speak to and was told that they couldn't give that information out. I said I wanted to cancel my order and get my money $52.98 refunded back to me and the woman let me know that she could not do that on her end and would forward the message on to the flower company and I would have to wait for a call back. It is growing near to flower shop's closing time in my mother's area and I don't have another $53.00 to get them elsewhere, still no callback or resolution regarding my arrangement or money.
