Signed up for a free trial. Was subsequently charged over $26 CAD, only sent 1 fax but because they charge by the amount of minutes it takes to send the fax, charges went up.
Reached out to their support and they were happy to refund me.
Although I was upset that I was charged in the first place, they made it right, so good on them.

I have signed up for free account because I wanted to send a fax to Papua New Guinea but the country is not included on the list. I have tried to cancel my account but I have been charge every month.

Initially I had some issues because I inadvertently grabbed a 95 page file from my Google drive instead of the 4 page modified file. Folks it takes 1 minute per page for a fax to be sent and verified. Lesson learned DONT SEND HUGE faxes! I later sent the correct file via laptop instead of phone so I could clearly see the file. Dee helped me straighten things out and sent me a tips link to keep me on the correct path. GREAT Service and I will use them again.

What a brilliant way to send faxes without a fax machine!
I'm no computer expert but even I managed to send a fax from my laptop using eFax. I was completely stuck when I needed to fax a legal document but don't have access to a fax machine. Loved the fact that it can still be done from my home.

Almost impossible to cancel, they wouldn't cancel unless you live chat with someone and know your fax number which is impossible to find. The website looks like it was built in the 1990's and is nearly impossible to use from a UI/UX perspective.
