When I first started my subscription, I paid but didn't have access until a week later when I emailed them telling them I still don't have access. When I tried canceling my subscription I ran into many more problems. There is only one person running all of support and social media, Rebecca Leis.
The only way to cancel or contact them is to send an email. I sent an email well before my billing date with no response. I was charged for the second month and emailed again. She says they can't find an account with my email. She continually refuses to refund my money despite trying to cancel well before the billing date.
Rebecca is very unprofessional, for example started yelling at me through email saying they will not refund me, but will not give me an explanation why. At this point all I want is the billing to stop.
I am now forced to file a dispute with Paypal just to get my money back and will be contacting BBB soon if this is not resolved and I continue to be charged. My subscription still isn't cancelled to this day.
This is a very sketchy company... AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
