I follow them on facebook and love all their products but had a horrible experience when I placed an order. I ordered a sign and never received it. After over 3 months of emails back and forth and reassurance I would still get my item, I finally asked for a refund. They agreed to a refund but I had to email them many times about it before it was issued and it took over a month as well. buyer beware

This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering from a company. I ordered my item 7 months ago. Every time I was able to reach someone on the phone, they promised they would escalate my order, after it was already at least 2 months late. When I called again, they said they had "just run out of the vases" for that particular order, so I let them know to put it in any vase and ship it. They said they would and never did. I have repeatedly called and at this point, they do not answer the phone and when I leave messages, there is no return. They will not reply to my emails and still send me advertisements for deals on their website. I was charged for the product and still, the recipient never has gotten it. She was checking the mail for weeks, excited for her Mother's Day present.
I made a different order that DID go through and the recipient said that the shipment arrived broken and the colors were different than what was shown online. Plus, it was 3 weeks late.This company is seriously the worst.

I place two orders with them in may and still have not received anything. I have asked them for a ship date and was only told they are behind and can't tell me when I will receive my items. When you call their customer service they put you in a permanent loop. I am filing disputes through my credit card today

Ecoflower continues to have sales and take new orders, but does not fulfill them. If by chance you happen to get your order after filing a dispute with paypal or the bbb it usually comes damaged and/or incorrect order/missing pieces. Via BBB they quickly offer a tracking number, but still don't ship your item for another 2 weeks, then when you get it damaged or incorrect they offer a store credit and refuse to refund your money. I am currently awaiting my paypal dispute to refund me, the company has yet to respond to them and apparently their paypal account has been suspended due to the amount of fraudulent orders they've taken so now they do not even accept paypal as a payment method on their site anymore. There is a facebook group specifically for those of us who have been waiting and waiting for this nightmare to end.... "Eco Flower Screw Me Over"
