Listen to the other review, I had a terrible experience with this company too! They take ages to dispatch, ignore messages and then once they realise you want a refund panic and dispatch the item because they don’t want to lose their money even though you no longer want it! Do yourself a favour, don’t go through all the hassle and just buy from somewhere else. NO communication, NO customer service, and if I want to return the item I cancelled and they sent anyway I will have to use my own money to send it back and will then be out of pocket because of the incompetency of this company! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

found this company when I was searching for a Sabaton hoodie. I checked if this hoodie was in stock and it was. Other sizes of that hoodie actually said that it would be 5-10 days for those sizes. So I ordered one that was in stock. I heard nothing from the company for several days so decided to email them. I responded to the original order confirmation email, but heard nothing back even though they say on the conformation, to reply if you have any questions. I then sent another email through the webstore email, but heard nothing back. I eventually used the customer service email to cancel the order and get a refund, again have heard nothing. The following day I tried calling the phone numbers on the website, and guess what, no one answered any of the calls. So I'm guessing I'm gonna have to go to my credit card company and ask for the money back. I honestly do not know if this company is genuine or not. So if I were you, I would avoid this company like the plague. No reply from emails or no answered phone calls, very dodgy!!! This has to be one of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made, I was "disappointed", now I'm just plain mad!!!

UPDATE, I have received 1 email stating that the hoodie (that was in stock) will take 5-10 days to ship, ???? I DON'T WANT IT NOW!!!! Seriously, avoid them. (who still won't answer their phones or emails)
