While I agree that "Just because it protects publishers rights does not make it a big evil website," the website has done enough to make me label it evil:
It makes blatantly false claims regarding its abilities. For example, this is a blatant lie: "The fact is, if anything that you created is being used without your permission, online, you can have it removed!" - two huge glaring exceptions I don't see mentioned in their ad copy are sites in countries where DMCA-type laws don't exist, and content that is used under the 'fair use' exceptions, such as critique, or parody - they can't get your content removed if it's used legally but without your permission. (Well, unless they break in and take it down themselves!)
On the other hand, they do seem to offer some legit and valuable services. Though I've crafted and sent out my own takedown notices, it's not an easy task for folks who can't bear to read and comply with tons of jargon-filled legal fine print that must be precisely followed. (Though it's easy if you just edit a similar notice; there's no creativity required.) Just because the DMCA is a rather bad law doesn't mean it can't be put to good use.
UPDATED: Based on the reply below, I've improved my rating of the site. Also some of the negative reviews are nonsensical.

To all web developers, data is the most important piece of information and the website being hacked or copyright infringement is the last thing that a developer can hope for.
So I would like to introduce this as it gives a deep protection over your website to fight against copyright issue.
Again, it comes in free and paid protection as well!
